The Web Service based Learner Tailoring Adaptive E-Learning System using Item Difficulty (문항난이도를 이용한 웹 서비스 기반의 적응적 이러닝 시스템)

  • A lot of E-Learning system is supplying the existent item difficulty based learning information to learner. And learner is doing learning contents according to the fixed learning course. It is difficult for learner to get efficient learning effect. Because learner has to belong to fixed item difficulty and learning course even thought learner has different degree that understand studying in learning course. This research proposed the learner adaptive E-learning system that is able to control the item difficulty and learning course to analyze the understanding degree of learner in learning course. In this result, learner is able to improve learning effect to get rid of fixed learning course using bi-directed learning such as off-line learning.

  • 본 논문에서는 시스템 사고를 이용한 이러닝 운영 관리를 제안하였다. 효과적이고 체계적인 이러닝 운영관리는 사용자 만족과 밀접한 관계를 가진다. 사용자 만족을 통한 학습 성과의 극대화, 유지보수 노력의 절감, 생산성 향상 및 품질수준의 향상을 위해서는 시스템 사고의 도입이 필요하다. 일반적인 학습 전 단계, 학습 중 단계, 학습 후 단계로 관리되는 운영 프로세스 관리를 확장하여 자산관리, 보안관리, 백업관리, 장애관리, 업무 연속성 관리, 변경관리, 교직원 및 학습자를 포함한 이해관계자 관리 등을 포함하여 동태적인 운영관리가 필요하다. 특히 이러닝 운영관리가 교육성과에 미치는 영향이 크므로 운영관리에 대한 다각적인 접근이 필요하며 운영상의 활발한 정보 공유로 지속적인 서비스 품질 향상이 이루어져야 한다.

Buyer-User differences in relationships among antecedents and e-learning attending intention (이러닝 수강의도와 선행요인간 관계에서 사용자-구매자 차이)

  • I guess that e-learning buying behaviors have some selection criteria which are interactivity, contents quality, perceived usefulness, and corporate reputation. And I propose that the effects of selection criteria on adaptation intention are moderated by buyer-user status. To accomplish research purpose, I conducted a field survey with a self-administered questionnaire in both user-buyer and analysed the causal relations among the variables by regression analysis. Findings are these. In all of the customer, interactivity, perceived usefulness, and corporate reputation had positive effects on re-attending intention to another e-learning class. In case of users(students), interactivity, contents quality, and perceived usefulness had positive effects, but buyer(parents) showed both perceived usefulness and corporate reputation had positive effects on re-attending intention.

A Study on the Satisfaction and Improvement Plan of Fraud Prevention Education about Technical and Vocational Education and Training (직업훈련 부정 예방교육 만족도 조사와 개선방안 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the improvement plan through the satisfaction survey of the trainees involved in vocational training fraud preventive education. In order to do this, we conducted a satisfaction survey(4,263 persons) of 5,939 people who participated in the prevention education conducted by group education or e-learning in 2017. Finally we collected 4,237 effective responses data. Descriptive statistics and the regression analysis were conducted. The finding of the study were as follows. First, the education service quality(4.42), satisfaction level(4.44), understanding level(4.44) and help level(4.45) were significantly higher than those of participants in the preventive education 4 and above. Second, e-learning participants' perceived level of education service quality, satisfaction, comprehension, and help was higher in all variables than collective education's. Third, all of the sub-factors of preventive education service quality influenced satisfaction, understanding, and help in collective education and e-learning, respectively. In the collective education, the contents of education had the greatest influence, and in e-learning, the data composition had the greatest influence. Fourth, desirable education contents were cases of fraud training(70.7%), disposition regulations(47.9%), NCS course operation instructions(32.8%) and training management best practices(32.4%). Additional requirements also included the establishment of an in-depth course, the provision of anti-fraud education content for trainees, and screen switching and system stability that can be focused on e-learning. Therefore, this study suggests that first, it is necessary to activate e-learning for prevention education more, reflecting satisfaction of e-learning is higher than that of collective education. Second, it is necessary to diversify the content of preventive education and to provide it more abundantly, because it has the biggest influence in common with the satisfaction, understanding and help level of the preventive education. Third, education content next, the factors that have a relatively big influence on satisfaction are shown as delivery method and education place in the collective education. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare education place considering the assignment of instructor and convenience. Fourth, constructing data next, the factor that have a relatively great influence on understanding and help are found to be operator support, and more active operator support activities are required in e-learning. Fifth, it is required to delivery prevention activity for trainees participating in vocational training. Sixth, it is necessary to analyze the educational need to construct the contents of preventive education more systematically.

  • The web services of the CTLs(Center for Teaching and Learning) of 30 well known Korean and foreign universities have been evaluated in the present study. The CTLs of renowned foreign universities surpass Korean CTLs in terms of manpower. Nevertheless, the web services of the renowned Korean universities' are in no way inferior to those of the foreign CTLs surveyed in the present study. We found some web services to be desired and suggested a more system oriented web service function model.

  • AI 모델 서비스 제공에 강제되는 높은 메모리 사용량을 해결하기 위해 일반적으로 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술을 이용한다. 클라우드 기반 서비스는 개발자로 하여금 메모리 사용량에 대한 걱정을 덜어주고 서비스 이용자에게는 편리하게 양질의 서비스를 제공받을 수 있게 한다. 하지만 보안 대책이 미흡한 클라우드 서비스는 서비스를 제공받아 얻는 이익만을 생각하기에는 보안사고로 인한 피해가 막대할 수 있다. AI 기술이 인간의 삶에 깊이 파고든 현 상황에서 우리가 대부분 이용하는 클라우드에 기반 서비스의 보안 문제는 그 중요도가 굉장히 높다고 할 수 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 클라우드 기반 머신러닝 서비스를 분석하여 어떤 공격이 이루어질 수 있는지 분석하고 그에 대한 연구된 방어법들의 효과를 확인하여 효과적인 것들을 선별하고 접목시키는 시도를 한다.

  • As city functions develop more complex and advanced, interests in smart cities are also increasing. Smart cities refer to the cities effectively solving urban problems such as traffic, safety, welfare, and living issues by utilizing ICT. Recently, many countries are attempting to introduce big data, Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence into smart cities, but they have not yet developed into comprehensive urban services. In this paper, we review the current status of domestic and overseas smart cities and suggest ways to solve issues of data sharing and service compatibility. To this end, we propose a "Deep Learning City Framework" that incorporates the deep learning technology into smart city services, and propose a new smart city strategy that safely shares spatial and temporal data in cities and converges learning data of various cities.

  • The learners using learning content through the smart devices can access to the Internet from anytime and anywhere. However, with the rapid increase of learning content on the Web, it will be time-consuming for learners to find contents they really want to and need to study. Therefore, e-learning systems should not only provide flexible content delivery, but support adaptive harmonizing fusion content. The harmonizing fusion content it is a very important in fusion e-learning service. The representative method to provide synchronization between fusion content is a provide absolute time value between of the contents. However, this method is occurs a problem transferring time delay. Also, to enter an absolute time value for the duration of the each content is several problems arise. In this paper introduces a new smart e-smart service support the harmonizing media based technology to create synchronized learning presentation.

Design of Efficient Simulation-based Contents at e-Learning (이러닝에서 효율적인 시뮬레이션 기반 콘텐츠 설계)

  • When a designer creates a new web-based learning-teaching system, there are so many considerations to help learners' learning effect through effective interaction. First of all, web-based simulation is recommended to provide learners with effective and attractive learning environments in web. Efficient study design should be considered because well designed simulation-based contents provide continuous interest for learner. Until now many e-Learning systems provide web-based simulation using various technique. However, those contents require to be reorganized considering the level of accomplishment, learning styles. In this paper, I proposed a system that the learners can share simulation objects among other e-Learning systems using XML web service. By experimental result, the proposed system shows that is more efficient than the conventional system in the self-leading study activity and interactivity.

  • 최근 스마트기기가 널리 보급되고 소셜네트워크 서비스가 확산되면서, 스마트 기기 및 소셜미디어를 활용함으로서 학습에서 상호작용을 극대화한 교육환경으로 스마트러닝이 크게 부각되고 있다. 그리고 스마트러닝 콘텐츠 및 환경의 확산으로 PC 위주에서 스마트폰 등으로 이러닝 콘텐츠의 사용환경이 확장됨에 따라 콘텐츠 저작의 경제성과 효율성 등을 고려하게 되었으며, 하나의 콘텐츠를 다양한 환경에서 활용 가능하도록 하고 있다. 그러나 기존 PC기반의 콘텐츠를 스마트기기에 적용함에 있어 여러 가지 문제가 발생하는데 이 문제들을 해결하는 방안으로 먼저 콘텐츠에 대한 표준화가 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전자책 표준화를 활용한 효율적인 스마트러닝 기법을 제시하고자 한다.
