  • There are many events such as festival or assembly. Toilets are needed in these events. Therefore, there are many companies that rental of mobile toilets. But these companies provide only rental of toilet. So in this research, we provide IT services using sensor into mobile toilets. And then has analysed that how to using sensor data from mobile toilets.

  • The Internet of Things, which began by connecting sensors through a network, is developing into an intelligent IoT by combining it with artificial intelligence technology. Elevators are essential for high-rise buildings in the city, and elevators move from floor to floor and perform the functions of transporting goods and moving users. It is necessary to provide safe and convenient services for elevator users in high-rise buildings or special environments (hospitals, etc.). In an environment where rapid patient transportation is important, such as large hospitals, there is a problem that hospital staff and the general public often use the elevator for patients. In particular, when moving patients where golden time is important, the waiting time to board the elevator is a major hindrance. In order to solve this problem, this study proposes an intelligent IoT system for elevator calling using smartphone Bluetooth. First, we experimented with the elevator calling IoT system using smartphone Bluetooth, and as a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that it can authenticate elevator users and reduce unnecessary waiting time for boarding. In addition, we propose an intelligent IoT system that connects with intelligent IoT.

  • As IoT technology becomes popular, more and more data is being generated, and the diversity of data is also increasing. In particular, in smart factory or Home IoT systems, data processing is very important because various data is collected and processed in real time through sensors. In this paper, we present a method for collecting, analyzing, and monitoring various data generated by sensors in IoT environment through Raspberry Pi. We also validate its usefulness by demonstrating that the above processed data can be operated in conjunction with smart mirror and mobile application.

A Study on Selection of Bicycle Road Hazard Detection Elements For Mobile IoT Sensor Device Operation (이동형 IoT 센서 장비 운용을 위한 자전거도로 위험 감지요소 선정 연구)

  • This study selected bicycle road hazard detection factors for mobile IoT sensor device operation and developed service application plans. Twelve bicycle road hazard detection factors were derived through a focused group interview, and a fuzzy AHP-based importance analysis was conducted on 30 road and transportation experts. As a result, 'damage to pavement' (1st overall) and 'environmental obstacle' (2nd) with low visibility but a high risk of accidents were selected the most. The factors in terms of facility management, such as 'disconnected route occurrence' (4th), 'artificial obstacle' (5th), 'effective width' (6th), and 'poor drainage' (7th), were selected as the upper and middle areas. Factors that are not direct accident-inducing factors, such as 'loss of road markings' (11th) and 'free space width' (12th), were selected the least. Based on this, a plan was presented to apply the bicycle road hazard detection service and a service operation strategy according to real-time performance. Nevertheless, follow-up studies, such as human behavioral analysis based on bicycle operators, analysis according to the bicycle road type, service demonstration, and pilot operation, will be needed to develop safe bicycle road management is expected.

  • 우리나라의 무역 활동을 처리하는 항만은 국가 주요시설로 보안에 만전을 기하고 있다. 그러나 항만의 면적이 넓고 복잡하기 때문에 사각지대가 존재하고 사각지대에서의 불법행위 단속 건수는 매년 증가하고 있다. 이에 항만의 보안 강화를 위한 대책이 필요하다. 본 논문은 항만의 상황을 이동형 CCTV에 부착된 IoT 센서들로 인식하여 YOLOv5 딥러닝 모델로 분석한 후 웹 대시보드에 시각화하는 항만 보안 시스템을 제안한다. 이동형 CCTV는 특정 위치로 직접 이동할 수 있어 거리에 따라 해상도가 낮아지는 기존 CCTV의 단점을 보완할 수 있다. 또한 해당 시스템은 주변에서 쉽게 구할 수 있는 장비들과 오픈소스 라이브러리를 활용하기 때문에 다른 보안장비들에 비해 효율적인 비용으로 높은 보안 효과를 얻을 수 있다는 강점을 지닌다. 본 시스템은 항만시설뿐 아니라 군사시설, 물류시설 등 보안을 중요시하는 다른 분야에 확대 적용될 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

  • IoT technology has been used as a core technology of convergence service that needs intelligent information processing, and the importance is largely emerging now. And internal network construction thru IoT interaction device can connect with IoT device effectively, provide diverse services by connection with open platform. Especially, beacon that is based on low electric power bluetooth device is receiving attention as one of core technology of IoT. Beacon technology is utilized widly in various fields of industry, and there are lot of demands in the specific environment and conditions beyond the basic function. On this thesis, the authors are proposing the beacon device that utilized acceleration sensor and hole sensor. this beacon device can control the target on specific situation thru sensing of moving target. For the more, we will expect to apply to the various type of factory environments like detachable installation, optimized management using sensor.

Real-time PM10 Concentration Prediction LSTM Model based on IoT Streaming Sensor data (IoT 스트리밍 센서 데이터에 기반한 실시간 PM10 농도 예측 LSTM 모델)

  • Recently, the importance of big data analysis is increasing as a large amount of data is generated by various devices connected to the Internet with the advent of Internet of Things (IoT). Especially, it is necessary to analyze various large-scale IoT streaming sensor data generated in real time and provide various services through new meaningful prediction. This paper proposes a real-time indoor PM10 concentration prediction LSTM model based on streaming data generated from IoT sensor using AWS. We also construct a real-time indoor PM10 concentration prediction service based on the proposed model. Data used in the paper is streaming data collected from the PM10 IoT sensor for 24 hours. This time series data is converted into sequence data consisting of 30 consecutive values from time series data for use as input data of LSTM. The LSTM model is learned through a sliding window process of moving to the immediately adjacent dataset. In order to improve the performance of the model, incremental learning method is applied to the streaming data collected every 24 hours. The linear regression and recurrent neural networks (RNN) models are compared to evaluate the performance of LSTM model. Experimental results show that the proposed LSTM prediction model has 700% improvement over linear regression and 140% improvement over RNN model for its performance level.

  • 사물인터넷은 초고속 이동통신, 고감도 센서, 빅데이터 등의 발전과 함께 가시화되고 있으며, 사물인터넷의 핵심 요소인 플랫폼 기술이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 사물인터넷 플랫폼은 서로 다른 산업에 속하는 디바이스 및 응용 프로그램 간의 상호 운용성이 부족한 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 사물인터넷 플랫폼의 문제점을 파악하고 차세대 개방형 사물인터넷 플랫폼에 대해 분석한다.

  • The Internet of Things (IoT) technology is rapidly developing in recent years, and is applicable to various fields. A smart factory is one wherein all the components are organically connected to each other via a WSN, using an intelligent operating system and the IoT. A smart factory technology is used for flexible process automation and custom manufacturing, and hence needs adaptive network management for frequent network fluctuations. Moreover, ensuring the timeliness of the data collected through sensor nodes is crucial. In order to ensure network timeliness, the power consumption for information exchange increases. In this paper, we propose an IEEE 802.15.4e DSME-based distributed scheduling algorithm for mobility support, and we evaluate various performance metrics. The proposed algorithm adaptively assigns communication slots by analyzing the network traffic of each node, and improves the network reliability and timeliness. The experimental results indicate that the throughput of the DSME MAC protocol is better than the IEEE 802.15.4e TSCH and the legacy slotted CSMA/CA in large networks with more than 30 nodes. Also, the proposed algorithm improves the throughput by 15%, higher than other MACs including the original DSME. Experimentally, we confirm that the algorithm reduces power consumption by improving the availability of communication slots. The proposed algorithm improves the power consumption by 40%, higher than other MACs.

  • In this study, there are regional limitations for the fine dust data provided by public data to represent the wide area air quality. It is about a method that can provide detailed data in a specific area beyond location restrictions. The goal of this implementation is to mount the IoT-based fine dust sensor on a quadcopter that can fly autonomously beyond the positional limitations of the current measuring station, which is fixed, and quickly move the fire-generating area and the area of rapid fine dust to make detailed measurements. Through this, the system is designed and implemented to enable the fundamental analysis of the occurrence. We designed a QDMS system and proposed a method to measure detailed changes in fine dust at a specific location through manufacturing and experiments.
