The location information of wired 112, 119 emergency call is provided immediately by subscriber database of KT. But emergency call made by mobile phone should be ask location information to mobile network. This paper proposes the network protocol for mobile emergency service refer to TIA/EIA/J-STD-036-A with reviews about technical issues, legacy factors and related researches. The mobile emergency service is divided to mobile emergency rescue service and mobile emergency alert service. The network reference model for mobile emergency rescue service is released in domestic sector. In this paper, the interfaces between modules of the network reference model, and service scenarios, message flows are defined. Supplement to mobile emergency rescue service, the network reference model, interfaces and message flows for mobile emergency alert service are developed.

Even when users are moving, a major problem in such a mobile networks is how to locate mobile clients. Two major operations are involved in managing a mobile client's location : the location registration operation and the call tracking operation. The past methods can only minimize the cost of one of these two operations, but not both. The contribution of this paper is to propose strategy that minimize the costs of both operations simultaneously. Our performance analysis proves that the proposed strategies are superior to the past methods.

현대전에서 요구되는 전술통신주의 일계적인 요구조건을 제시하고 외국의 전술통신망 개발 실태와 특징에 대하여 언급하였다. 전술통신망 설계시의 필수 고려 요소인 가인자의 이동과 통신주의 형태 변화에 실시 간으로 자동 적응할 수 있는 고유번호방식 운용개념, 수신 가인자 위치파악방법, 추론 국유번호 할당, 최적통화로 자동 산출 및 통화로 형성 프로토콜에 대하여 세계적인 발전 추세에 입각하여 시스템 구성 기술을 제시하였다.

This paper introduces a new mobile advertisement management system (AMS) utilizing on-line music service in communication networks. The developed AMS delivers commercial advertisement through music service that is preferred in communication networks, which enable advertisers to perform a customer based advertisement and listeners to get a discount on their bills for music service. And eventually the proposed AMS can provide the effective commercial service to the advertisers and the effective clients recruit ways to music providers.

WLAN(wireless local area network)-based positioning is the most attractive because it does not require any special equipments dedicated for positioning even though it is less accurate than the other strategies. Applying our WLAN-based decision tree method for indoor positioning, we obtained pedestrian's tracks, and performed stochastic confidence tests on the tracks in order to validate them.

현재, 인터넷이 정보화 사회의 핵심 인프라로 자리를 매김에 따라 사용자가 폭발적으로 증가하게 되었고, 이로 인한 주소 부족 현상이 심화되고 있다. 한편, 국방정보통신망에서도 통신대상의 증가 및 서비스 품질보장, 전술통신체계의 이동성 및 생존성 보장을 요구하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 주소부족 문제 해결, 이동성, 보안성, QoS 보장 서비스 등 다양한 기능 지원이 가능한 IPv6의 도입이 요구된다. 이에 따라 국방정보통신망에서의 IPv6 도입 전략에 대한 연구가 진행되었다. 이미 시작된 IPv6 도입 전략과 연계하여 본 논문에서는 우리 군에 IPv6로의 전이를 효과적으로 지원하기 위해 웹 기반 IPv6 전이 지원 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 그리고 설계된 체계를 활용하여 국방정보통신망 시스템 자원을 기반으로 IPv6 전이 지원 절차에 따라 점검 자원 DB를 구축한다. 웹 상에서 IPv6로의 전이 요청 부대 실무자가 전산자원에 대한 전이절차 정보 및 예산산출 정보를 지원 받음으로써 IPv6로의 전이를 체계적이고 신속하게 지원하게 된다.

For Interworking, we analyze the characteristic of existing LAN and ISDN and discuss considerations of Interworking and suggest the interworking method for CO and CL services. Also. we construct logical gateway for Interworking betwen LAN and ISDN and make formairnodeling of gateway using Petri net and verify the correctness of protocol with reachability tree. 현재 국내 이동통신기술과 서비스 수준은 전세계 이동통신 서비스 국가 중에서 선두를 이루고 있는 국가 중 하나이며, 다양한 데이터 정보 서비스 수준은 이동통신분야에서는 새로운 시장을 주도적으로 창조해 나가고 있다고 본다. COMA기반의 이동통신 단말기의 전세계 점유율은 1위와 2위를 앞서거니 뒷서거니 하고 있으며, 또한 초고속 인터넷망의 보급율과 인터넷 이용율은 전세계에서 최고를 자랑하고 있다. 이에 발맞추어 기업과 통신사업자의 이동통신망 이용률과 가입자 비율도 상당히 앞서고 있으며. 특히 초고속통신망 가입자는 세계 최고의 인프라와 시장을 형성하는 등 이에 따른 이동통신분야의 어플리케이션 시장이 매우 발달되어 있다. 나아가 한국의 이동통신기술발전에 따른 콘텐츠 개발과 서비스는 매우 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나 지속적으로 제 3의 이동통신시대에 부응하는 멀티미디어형 콘텐츠의 개발과 새로운 기술 환경에 대응하는 생활형 콘텐츠의 창안은 매우 중요한 이슈로 등장이 되고 있다. 이에 미국에서 1988년부터 연구되어 왔고, 일본에서 의용적으로 추진하고 있는 유비쿼터스 환경의 국내 연구와 도업은 시급하게 진행되어야 할 차세대 통신산업의 중요한 화두라고 본다. 이 보고서에서는 유비쿼터스 환청 기반의 콘텐츠의 개요와 개발방향 및 가능성 등을 중심으로 내용을 구성하고 있다. 사람과 사물간의 인터랙티브를 유도하는 유비쿼터스 네트워크 기반에 필요한 콘텐츠와 콘텐츠 기반의 다양한 애플리케이션과 서비스 등을 연구함으로써 보다 한 차원 높은 정보통신을 통한 삶의 질 개선과 유비쿼터스 기반 콘텐츠 산업의 국내 도입과 활성화 가능성을 모색하는데 있다.
