기본조성이 0.5[Pb(Ni$_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3/)O$_{3}$]-0.5[0.65PbTiO$_{3}$ -0.35PbZrO$_{3}$] (PNN-PT-PZ)인 압전세라믹스를 NaCl-KCI를 사용한 flux의 양 및 소결온도에 따른 생성반응과 소결특성, 유전 및 압전특성을 조사하였다. 이때 1몰의 산화물에 대한 flux의 양은 0.1, 2 및 5mole로 하였으며 소결온도는 1000-1200.deg.C로 하였다. 본 연구의 flux법은 고상반응법에 비해 낮은 하소온도에서 pyrochlore상을 현저히 줄일수 있었으며 고상반응법보다 낮은 온도에서 치밀화가 이루어질뿐 아니라 유전 및 압전특성을 개선할 수 있었으며 소결온도도 낮출 수 있었다. Flux의 양이 증가할수록 결정의 입성장이 빨랐으며 유전 및 압전특성이 가장 좋은 flux의 첨가량의 조건은 1mole이었다.

본 논문에서는 Run & Jump 모바일 게임을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 게임은 다양한 동물 캐릭터가 달리면서 장애물을 피하고, 별 아이템을 획득하기 위해 점프하여 점수를 획득하는 게임이다. 이 게임의 특징은 XNA Framework를 사용하여 메인화면과 도움말, 게임중 일시정지, 다양한 동물 케릭터 선택 등의 기본 기능을 구현한다. 또한 게임실행 로직, BGM, 효과음, 사운드 켜기 끄기 기능을 구현한다. 그리고 별 아이템 획득 및 장애물를 피하면서 얻는 점수를 DB에 저장하여 관리하는 ranking 시스템을 구현한다.

One of the limitations of conventional ASCI for high-power induction motor drives is the high voltage that is produced in the commutation capacitors during the current commutation from one phase to another. Since the capacitor voltage appears directly on the semiconductor components, it increases their required voltage ratings. Also, the high-voltage spikes generated at the motor terminals may cause damage to the motor insulation. And we investigated how de input power is increased or decreased according to size of de link inductor. In this paper, de link inductor and clamping capacitor in GTO inverter suitable for induction motor drives are propose through experiment.

The effect of Co dopant on the (La, Sr)MnO3 cathode was investigated. La2Zr2O7 and SrZrO3 were formed as the reaction products between YSZ and LSMC. The reactivity of LSMC with YSZ increased with increasing Co content. However, the cathodic polarization resistance decreased with increasing Co doping. Therefore, doping Co at Mn site in the (La, Sr)MnO3 cathode was effective on controlling the polarization resistance of the cathode. The polarization property of LSMC-YSZ composite(60 wt%: 40 wt%) cathode was better than that of LSMC single cathode.

This paper proposes the LSF or LSP that is the method of using to transfer the speech parameters after processed the speech to LPC, which is digital coding transferring efficiently, for the best quality and the lowest bit rate of parameters. The new revised transform algorithm between LSF and LPC coefficients is proposed. The proposed algorithm eliminates all multiplications, computes fewer operations, and reduces memory buffer sizes.

인터넷의 급속한 보급과 사용이 일상화됨에 따라 웹사이트를 이용한 온라인 예약은 이미 다양한 분야(교통시설, 공연티켓예매, 식당예약 등)에서 폭 넓게 이용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내의 특급 호텔 및 특급식당을 운영하는 기업의 온라인 예약 사이트를 중심으로 예약을 직접 수행하는 과정을 통하여 사용자 인터페이스의 평가 및 분석을 실시하고 바람직한 인터넷 예약 사이트의 사용자 인터페이스 설계방법을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 평가방법으로는 설문 및 모니터링을 통하여 사용성 평가를 실시하였으며 평가결과를 기초로 하여 온라인예약 사이트 구축과 관련한 사용자 인터페이스 설계 시 우선적으로 고려해야 할 사항을 제안하였다.

The quartemary system ceramics 0.5[xPb(Zn$_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3/)O$_{3}$-(1-x)Pb(Ni$_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3/)O$_{3}$]-0.5[yPbTiO$_{3}$-(1-y) PbZrO$_{3}$ for piezoelectric actuators were prepared bv the were added to the raw materials up to 5 mole. Sintering temperature was varied form 1000.deg. C to 1200.deg. C. Sintering characteristrics, dielectric and piezoelectric properties were then investigated. Piezoelectric properties of sample prepared by the molten salt method were improved compared to those prepared by the conventional method. Addition of PZN shifted morphotropic phase boundary to more Zr-rich composition and decreased the piezoelectric properties.

The ceramics in the system 0.5[Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3]-0.5[0.65PbTiO3-0.35PbZrO3] were prepared by conventional solid state reaction method, double calcined method (columbite precursor method) and flux method using NaCl-KCl. Amount of pyrochlore phase for the calcined powders, sintering charateristrics, dielectric and piezoelectric properties were then investigated. Sintering temperature was 1000~120$0^{\circ}C$ and in case of flux method, the amount of flux to oxide was 1 : 1 mole ratio. The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of ceramics prepared by double calcined method and flux method were found to be better than those by conventional method. It was also possible to lower sintering temperature and reduce the amount of pyrochlore phase either by double calcined method or flux method. But with increasing sintering temperature, the difference in characteristrics due to diffrent fabrication method gradually.

Ni-YSZ 음극의 미세구조와 임피던스특성에 미치는 YSZ 입자크기 및 소결온도의 영향을 고찰하였다. 0.3~0.6$\mu\textrm{m}$의 미세한 NiO 분말을 사용할 경우에는 NiO 분말과 크기가 비슷한 미세한 YSZ 분말(TZ8Y, 0.3$\mu\textrm{m}$)을 첨가했을 때 NiO의 입성장을 억제하는 효과가 가장 크고 환원후 Ni의 입자크기를 미세하게 유지할 수 있는 미세구조를 형성하였다. 또한 미세한 YSZ 분말 (TZ8Y, 0.3$\mu\textrm{m}$)과 조대한 YSZ 분말(FYT13.0, 2$\mu\textrm{m}$)의 혼합비를 달리하여 후막을 제조하였을 때에 TZ8Y 분말만 첨가한 조성이 가장 낮은 분극 저항을 나타내었다. 한편 소결온도는 삼상계면의 양과 분극저항에 영향을 주었으며, 140$0^{\circ}C$에서 소결한 시편의 분극저항이 가장 낮은 값을 나타내었다.
