Multiple primary lung cancer is a rare disease entity and its clinical characteristics, treatment, and prognosis are poorly described. But the multiple primary lung cancer have a more favorable prognosis than locally recurrent or metastastic disease. Therefore, appropriate identification of multiple primary lung cancer will be very important. We have experienced a case of stage I multiple primary lung cancer in a 76-year-old male with two large mass in the right lower lobe without metastasis in the mediastinal lymph nodes with right mid and lower lobectomy. The microscopic pictures revealed adenocarcinoma in the one & small cell carcinoma in another. The post-operative courses were in uneventful for 4 months & but he was treated with chemotherapies, 2 times for complete remission of small cell carcinoma to now after discharge.

카포시형 혈관내피종은 주로 영유아기에 발생하는 혈관내피세포에서 유래하는 혈관종양이다. 성인에서도 발생할 수 있으나 발생률은 정확히 알려져 있지는 않다. 뼈 또는 연조직을 침범할 수 있으며 경계성 종양으로 알려져 있다. 모세혈관종 또는 카포시형 육종과 유사하게 혈관이 포함된 침습적이고 경계가 불분명한 결절을 형성하며, 보통 사지의 연조직이나 간, 폐에 발생하는 경우가 많다. 문헌상으로 두경부에 발생한 증례가 몇 편 보고되어 있으나, 그 중 익구개와에 발생한 경우를 보고한 경우는 없었다. 저자들은 5개월된 남아에서 익구개와에 발생한 카포시형 혈관내피종을 인터페론 알파와 수술적 절제로 성공적으로 치료하였기에 이를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

산업현장의 제어기들은 센서들로부터 수집된 다양한 형태의 신호들을 처리한다. 이 신호들은 고정된 값을 가지지 않고 물리적으로 변화하는 특성을 가진다. 이와 같이 변화하는 값을 처리하는 방법으로 다양한 형태의 연구가 진행되고 있고, 그 한 분야로 퍼지(Fuzzy)이론을 바탕으로 한 퍼지 제어 시스템에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. Fuzzy PLC 시스템은 현재 초기단계 형태로 개발되어 사용되고 있으며 그 응용 방법도 조금씩 보급되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 변화하는 값들에 대해 간결하고 적절한 제어를 수행 할 수 있는 기 개발된 Fuzzy PLC 시스템을 이용한 플랜트 제어에 대한 연구이다. 크레인(Crane) 제어용으로 사용한 Fuzzy PLC 시스템은 Moeller사의 FT4-400-MM2 PLC 모듈이다. 본 시스템을 이용하여 대상 플랜트인 크레인을 제어하는 퍼지 함수 로직을 개발하고, 입 출력 제어 프로그램 기법에 대하여 연구한다. 또한 퍼지 제어 시스템을 이용한 퍼지 제어 기법을 개발하는 과정에 대하여 소개한다. 결론적으로 Fuzzy PLC System 개발 및 응용 모델로서 제안하고자 한다.

To promote fuzzy logic in industrial applications, the German Association of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers(VDI/VDE) established the work group UA451, focusing on "Fuzzy Logic and Fuzzy Control" in 1991. The group focuses on two activities: providing information platforms for designers to exchange project experiences and fuzzy logic standardization. This article presents some of the intermediate results of the standardization activities and discusses future standards for fuzzy logic systems.

Modal parameters of the total missile structure including a hinge mechanism are estimated by the experimental modal analysis. The free-free boundary condition is simulated by hanging the missile structure with a wire rope, and the missile structure is excited by the random vibration technique. Test results are used to verify the FE analysis, the 1-D FE model is modified by 3-D model at the hinge part. Consequently, the modal parameters of the missile structure are estimated preciously.

본 논문에서는 회전체에 붙어있는 센서에 전원을 공급하기 위하여 전자기 공진형 무선전력전송을 사용하고 있다. 회전체는 철제 스핀들로 만들어 졌으며, 스핀들 표면에 수전기를 부착하여 무선전력을 수전하고 있다. 송전기에 무선전력을 송전하고 수전기에서 전력을 수전하고자 할 때, 철제 스핀들 때문에 전력 전달효율이 감소된다. 따라서 최적의 전력전달 조건을 찾아 송전기와 수전기의 위치 및 크기를 설계하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 송전기의 위치를 변화시키고, 수전기의 각도를 변화시키면서 송 수전기 간의 전력전달 특성을 연구하였다.

A new type ac plasma display panels(PDPs) cells are designed and tested electrically and optically. One cells have the structure of sin discharge path shape and small electrode area. The other cells have the non-symmetric structure with a same electrode area. They show a higher luminous efficiency and a lower power consumption about 25% improvement than the conventional standard ac PDP cells.

방대한 양의 격자점 데이터 및 일기도 관련 데이터를 효율적으로 저장 및 검색 하기위해서는 데이터들의 유형을 찾아 서로 유형이 비슷한 데이터를 하나의 클러스터로 연관지어 놓으면 효율적인 저장과 검색을 할 수 있다. 클러스터링에서 데이터들의 어떤 특징 벡터를 추출하는가가 클러스터링의 결과에 가장 중요한 영향을 끼친다. 본 논문에서는 격자점, 기압값 데이터로부터 일기도의 특징을 표현할 수 있는 벡터로 변환 한반도도 중심의 8방향에 대한 고/저기압의 분포와 동아시아 지역을 24영역으로 나누어 각 영역별로 고/저기압의 분포 정보를 특징벡터로 추출하여 클러스터링하였다. 클러스터팅 알고리즘으로는 unsupervised mode인 SOM(Self Organizing Map) 기법을 사용하였다.

Until now, there is no report for the relationship between the condition of addressing and the characteristics of surface discharge in ac- PDP. We have known that such experiments were important to drive a-PDP. Therefore, This paper deals with the probability of transfer and the characteristics of luminance according to addressing voltage (Va), blocking voltage (Vg)in addressing period and sustain voltage(Vs)in sustaining period and we use waveform according to ADS (Address and Display period Separation) method.

A fuzzy control algorithm is used to weigh alloy metal into electric arc furnace and implemented by using ladder program for programmable logic controller, where weight error and its derivative are used for input variables and vibration amplitude of alloy bin is used for output variable. Proposed fuzzy control algorithm is applied to the plant and results in higher measuring accuracy as well as faster measuring term than conventional on-off control system.
