This study was a descriptive study to investigate the effects of healthcare workers' consciousness of biomedical ethics, recognition of good death, and self-esteem on attitude toward advance directive. Participants in this study were 292 healthcare workers in the three general hospitals located Y city. The data were collected from April 2 to April 23, 2019 and analyzed descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using the SPSS Win. 22.0 program. The result of the multiple regression indicates the intention to awareness regarding advance directives, intention to execute advance directives, time to complete advance directives and recognition of good death predict 23.5% (F=12.39, P=.000) of attitudes toward advance directives. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a program to establish attitudes toward advance directives by providing education on recognition of good death of healthcare workers.

The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among perception on hospice, self-esteem, knowledge on advance directives and attitudes toward advance directives and identify the factors that affect attitudes toward advance directives in nursing students. The data were collected from 216 nursing students in the two colleges located Jeonnam and December 03 2018 to December 07 2018. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with SPSS 20.0 program. The result of the multiple regression indicates the perception on hospice, gender, intention to execute advance directives and influence of religion on one's life predict 29.7% (F=12.566, P=.000) of attitudes toward advance directives. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a program to establish attitudes toward advance directives by providing professional education on perception on hospice of nursing students.

This study aims at understanding the fundamental characteristics of EV consumer based upon user survey and understanding the challenges to promote EV adoption in Korea. Data are obtained from two different surveys. One asked 304 EV buyers in Korea and another asked 905 prospective customer about EV awareness and perception, EV purchase intention, and etc. Analysis is composed of two parts; one is about the general characteristics and purchase intention of general consumers; another is about the intent to repurchase EV owners. We discuss the policy implications to expand EV demand in Korean market based on two purchase and repurchase logit models.

This study was to analyze the satisfaction and intention to recommend a hospital for spinal and joint patients. Using a structured questionnaire at a spinal and joint hospital in Seoul in 2019, and the relationship between demographic and social characteristics and patient satisfaction, factors influencing hospital satisfaction, and recommendation intention were analyzed. In outpatients, hospital satisfaction was higher in neatness and cleanliness of staff, kindness and facility environment comfort, and hospital satisfaction was low in questions related to waiting time. In inpatients, women's satisfaction was higher in the nursing and hospital environment areas. The correlation analysis between the satisfaction and the willing to recommend, there was a positive correlation. In the sub-analysis, hospital satisfaction was higher in the group that responded with respect and courtesy, listening, satisfaction of the nurse, hospital cleanliness and safety. This study is can be used to improve the quality of hospital care services in related hospitals.

기업간전자상거래 (B2B)의 활성화에 따라 주요 IT 업체들은 B2B 를 위한 다양한 솔루션을 개발하고 있으며, 그 과정에서 데이터 교환 표준으로 XML 이 널리 적용되고 있다. XML 은 인터넷상에서 구조화된 문서를 자유롭게 교환 및 정의할 수 있는 특성을 갖는다. 본 연구에서는 XML 이 최근 급속히 적용되고 있는 요인을 주목하여 기업의 도입의향을 중심으로 연구를 수행하였다. 우선 '조직간 시스템 도입 관련' 선행 연구를 참고하여 설문에 의한 실증분석방법을 통해 XML 도입의향을 연구하였다. 더불어 부차적 방법으로 XML 과 관련 언어 (SGML/HTML/EDI 등)의 특성 비교 과정을 통해 XML 의 특징으로부터 e 마켓플레이스의 등장으로 대표되는 기업 경영 환경 변화 요소를 추론을 시도하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 분석 결과 XML 의 도입 의향에 영향을 미치는 요소를 분석하였고, 새로운 IT 기술인 XML의 적용에서 기업환경의 중요 변화 특징에 대한 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.

출산율이 낮아지면서 대학에 진학하는 학령인구도 점차 줄어들고 있다. 본 연구는 항공서비스를 전공하는 대학생의 학업지속의향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴봄으로써 전공만족, 진로성숙도, 학업지속의향의 관계를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 자료 수집은 전국의 4년제 항공서비스학을 전공하는 학생들을 대상으로 설문을 받았으며, 이를 통해 결과를 분석하였다. SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 통하여 전산 처리하였다. 본 연구의 가설검증 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주요만족은 진로성숙도의 하위변수인 결정성, 목적성, 확실성, 준비성, 독립성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 전공만족이 학업지속의향에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로성숙도는 학업지속의향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 하위변수별 결정성, 준비도, 독립성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper is 1) to find out how they recognize medicinal foods, 2) to analyze what make it select for functional restaurants, then which attributes affect on satisfaction and recommendation, 3) and to suggest distinguished guidelines for attracting core customers continuously. The questionnaires are distributed 200 who had only visited in medicinal restaurants and used for data analysis 181 except 19. The findings are summed up as follows; 1. All three factors which are showed 'health managing & prevention', 'functional foods', and 'cuisine presentation' had significant on satisfaction, recommendation, and revisited intention in medicinal restaurant. Among them, 'health managing & prevention' factor had significant highly. 2. Satisfaction variable had affected strongly on recommendation, and also, recommendation had affected on revisited intention.

본 연구는 소비자 신뢰의 형성과 역할에 대한 모델을 전자상거래에 적용시켜서 온라인 구매의사결정에 관한 연구모델을 제시하고 그 모델의 유효성을 실험적 조사를 통해 평가하는데 주목적이 있다. 모델의 검증을 위하여 신뢰가 성립하기 위한 선행변수(거래 안전성, 웹사이트 실체성, 검색 기능성)와 조절변수(웹사이트 친숙도), 그리고 결과변수(구매의향)로 구성된 연구모델의 변수간의 구조적 관계를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 개념적 모델에서 신뢰도는 만족도와 함께 온라인 구매의향에 유의한 영향을 미친다고 설정되었다. 122 명의 대학생을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 전산실에서의 통제된 시뮬레이션 상황에서 4 개의 사이트(한솔 CS, 롯데, 메타랜드, 지그타운)를 대상으로 실행된 본 연구의 주요분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 웹사이트 신뢰도는 사이트 안전성과 실체성에는 반응하였으나 기능성은 신뢰도에 영향을 미치지 못하였으며, 웹사이트 만족도는 웹사이트의 안전성, 실체성, 기능성에 모두 민감히 반응하였다. 둘째, 4 개 사이트 중에서 3 개가 웹사이트 만족도 보다는 신뢰도가 구매의향에 영향을 더 많이 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 2 개 사이트에서 웹사이트 신뢰도는 만족도와 서로가 구매의향에 대해 상대적인 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 전자상거래에서 점차 중시되고 있는 신뢰도에 대한 개념을 웹사이트 만족도와 온라인 구매의향과 연관하여 파악함으로써 신뢰도의 원천과 영향력에 대한 실체적이고 현실성 있는 접근방법을 제시하여 줌으로써 웹사이트의 개발에 관련하여 인터넷 마케터들에게 효과적인 마케팅 전략의 수립을 위한 이론적, 실무적 근거를 제공하여 준다.

Purpose : This study aims to identify the influence of individual, parental, workplace, and policy variables on the intention of marriage of unmarried workers. The results of the study can be used as a basis to come up with policy and practical measures to increase these workers' intention of marriage. Methods : Data was collected from 480 participants through a questionnaire. The measuring tools in this study were tested for reliability and validity. In addition, technical statistics, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed by SPSS 18.0. Results : First, unmarried workers' willingness to marry was higher above the average. Second, significant differences in the unmarried workers' intention of marriage were revealed based on gender, age, level of education, total assets, and debt status. Significant associations were also found with parents' economic levels and the possibility of parental support for housing and marriage expenses. The differences in response based on employment patterns, job satisfaction, and family-friendly organizational culture were also significant. The correlation between policy variables and marriage intentions also showed the necessity of a funded housing policy and a marriage preparation policy. Third, based on the hierarchical regression analysis using personal, parental, and workplace variables to identify the factors affecting unmarried workers' willingness to marry, it is clear that gender, age, and the likelihood of parental support for housing and marriage expenses have a significant impact. A family-friendly organizational culture and funded housing policy were also significant contributors. Conclusion : The study found that the funded housing policy was the most important factor affecting unmarried office workers' willingness to marry. Additionally, the possibility of parental support for housing and marriage expenses and a family-friendly organizational culture at work were found to have an important impact on the improvement of unmarried workers' willingness to marry.

This study aimed to examine the relationship of the knowledge of end-of-life(EOL) care, life-sustaining treatment(LST), and advance directive(AD) with the educational needs regarding AD writing among nurses in convergence era. For this cross-sectional study, participants were 169 nurses at a general hospital in South Korea. Data were collected from July 19 to 26 in 2018 using structured questionnaires. Knowledge on EOL care scored 8.56 out of 11 points, knowledge on LST scored 5.11 out of 6 points, and knowledge on AD scored 8.02 out of 9 points. Educational needs regarding AD writing scored 4.31 out of 5 points. There were statistically correlations between knowledge on LST and educational needs regarding AD writing (r=.182, p=.018), and between knowledge on AD and educational needs regarding advance AD writing (r=.234, p=.002). The findings can be used to develop the educational program regarding AD.
