The effects-based operation, which would reduce unnecessary efforts and meaningless sacrifices incurred during a war and simultaneously reach the will of the enemy leadership by strategic attacks, was discarded for the reason that it was difficult to apply it to military power except for airpower. However, cyberspace, which can be thoroughly logical and calculated, can be suitable for conducting effects-based operations. This study examined a way to carry out effects-based operations in such cyberspaces. It laid the foundation for overcoming the limitations of effects-based operations revealed in previous battle cases and executing the operations in cyber battlespace where the boundary between physical and cyberspaces gradually disappeared. Futhermore, it demonstrated that effects-based operations could be carried out in cyberspace by establishing a military strategy, which could conduct the operations through an analysis of previous cyber-attack cases.

담배자판기 규제완화에 대한 산업계의 강력한 의지에도 불구하고 최근 개정을 추진 중인 국민건강증진법 시행령 및 시행규칙 공고(안)에 있어서는 공공지역 흡연구역에 대해 담배자판기를 전면 철거하는 내용이 포함이 되어 있어 산업계에 큰 충격을 주고 있다 이같은 관련입법은 그동안 담배자판기에 성인인증 장치를 부착하는 자율대책으로 규제완화를 적극 주창해 온 산업계 입장과는 전면 대치되는 방향이기에 그 충격이 더욱 클 수밖에 없다. 만약 이 공고안대로 입법통과가 된다면 기존 공공장소 흡연구역에 설치가 된 자판기들마저 전면 철거가 이루어져야 함은 물론 향후 담배자판기 설치로케이션도 극히 제약을 받게 되는 치명적 상황을 맞게 된다. 이같은 사태의 위급성 앞에 협회에서는 ${\ulcorner}$담배자판기 관련 국민건강증진법 시행령 및 시행규칙 개정안${\lrcorner}$에 대해 산업계의 입장을 종합한 소견서를 보건복지부 건강증진과에 제출하고 강력대응을 진행하고 있다. 협회는 이 건의안을 통해 공공장소 흡연구역에 대한 자판기 설치 금지 및 철거 검토 안은 시대적인 조류를 역행함은 물론, 성인인식 담배자판기의 청소년 보호 등 긍정적인 설치효과 측면을 전혀 인정치 않는 초강력 규제로서는 도저히 이 개정안을 수용할 수 없는 산업계 입장을 밝혔다. 아울러 공고안 같은 강력 규제보다는 성인인식 담배자판기가 오히려 합법적인 설치환경을 확보하여 사회적으로 떳떳하고 자신 있게 그 존재가치를 평가받을 수 있게 관련법을 개정해 주길 요청했다. 공고안의 개정통과가 산업계와 협회의 바램과 같이 저지될 수 있을 지는 앞으로 지켜봐야 할 일이다 하지만 분명한 점은 명분과 당위성과 부족한 규제만능주의적인 입법을 산업계가 그대로 수용하고만은 있을 수 없다는 점이다. 따라서 현시점에서 중요한 점은 산업계가 일치단결해 현 관련 공고안에 대한 반대 목소리를 높이는 일이다. 현재의 존립을 위협받는 담배자판기는 발상의 전환과 마인드 변화에 따라서는 얼마든지 합법적인 설치환경을 확보할 수 있기에 산업계의 결속력 있는 대응은 그만큼 중요성을 갖는다. 이번 사안은 결코 포기 할 수 없는 산업계의 권리라는 점은 명심해야 한다. 이러한 취지 하에 금번 정책초점에서는 보건복지부 관련 부처에 제출한 ${\ulcorner}$담배자판기 관련 국민건강증진법 시행령 및 시행규칙 개정안${\lrcorner}$에 대한 업계 소견서 및 건의안 내용을 정리 게재 했다.

This research studies the shipping industry rationalization of 1984 and the 2009 shipping industry restructuring and policy to raise competitiveness. According to this research the operation of the two policies showed significant difference in the enforcer, aim and policy contents. In 1984, under government initiative, M&A of shipping companies was accomplished but in 2009 restructuring of shipping companies is being pushed ahead by the group of creditors. The use of different policies, M&A of shipping companies and restructuring of insolvent shipping companies, as solutions in a crisis shows different characteristics. The act of shipping industry rationalization in 1984 was proposed on the very basic and aggressive aim and targeted to improve Korea's shipping industry structure. On the other hand, the 2009 policy of the restructuring of the shipping companies and improving competitiveness was based on the protective concept. This policy aimed for a prevention of bankruptcy of the shipping companies and hence preserve the shipping industry.

Through academic-industrial collaboration program, special knowledge and human resources in the university are utilized in the society and it may contribute to the development of industry and enhance the competitiveness of the corporation to the activation and acceleration of the regional economy and finally to the enhancement of competitiveness of national industry in international level. This study is based upon design process for the development of body-shower product for bath room, and expected to be used as an important educational material for establishment of order-based education system which conforms to the job site needs that may be analysed from feedback of product results and for practical learning.

The modern political scientist Liang, qi-chao (1873-1929), who insisted on the richness of China, was a major axis of Korean intellectuals in the nineteenth century. His patriotism for Chinese reconstruction oppressed by Western powers has greatly influenced Korea 's will to build a modern nation. There was military power and physical education at the center of Liang, qi-chao thought. He emphasized military strength through military strength with a strong stamina, so he mentioned the necessity of military and physical education. Based on the idea of this kind of Liang, qi-chao, the korean intellectuals believed that the Korean people should be born healthy through physical education. The initial introduction of physical education in Korea was integrated with the Military Sports. For the first time, Being introduced Western Sports in 1895, The fact that the army athletic gymnastics was first introduced into school education in 1896 proves this oneness. Moreover, Ethnic scholars continued to focus on fostering strong nationality through physical education based on the spirit of Liang, qi-chao, and was emphasizing the gymnastics of the military sportsman at the central idea.

The purpose of this study was to change of Psychological skills strategy and Self-management behavior according to the level of Resourcefulness of collegiate fencing-athletes. Methods: This study was a single case for 12-week intervention. and it took about 60-90 minutes, once a week. Participants were 154 Student athletes and 20 fencing-athletes. The effect of this study was utilized a questionnaire. To analyze the responses of research, the paired t-test were used for finding the significances of mean differences(p<.05). After 12 week education session the results are as follows: Firstly, high group of Resourcefulness showed greater increase in Attention and Image. low group of Resourcefulness showed greater increase in Will power, Goal Setting, Confidence, Attention, Image. Secondly, high group of Resourcefulness showed greater increase in Physical management. low group of Resourcefulness showed greater increase in Training management. fencing-athletes were significantly increased of capacity for Performance and self-management according to the level of Resourcefulness, after 12-weeks. This study suggested useful information about sport psychological skills training and intervention of fencing-athletes.

오늘날 빠르게 변화하고 있는 기술 및 시장 환경에 대응하기 위해서 기업들은 차별화된 전략을 통해 경쟁우위를 확보하는 것이 필요하다. 특히 2000년 이후 침체기에 빠진 온라인 업계는 기업 간 연결을 통해 위기를 극복하고 새로운 기회를 마련하려 하고 있다. 전략적 제휴는 온라인 기업에게 기술과 시장에서의 경쟁력을 확보하는 데 매우 유리한 도구로서 논의되어 왔다. 그러나 모든 온라인 기업들이 제휴에 대해 만족하고 있지는 않다. 제휴에 참여한 업체들이 제휴 만족을 얻지 못하는 데에는 처음부터 변화에 대한 대응이 잘못되었거나 적절한 형태의 제휴를 선택하지 못하였기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 환경요인을 중심으로 국내 온라인 기업의 전략적 제휴 유형에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고 제휴 만족도를 분석하고자 한다. 이러한 요인들은 기존의 선행연구들에서 사용된 변수들을 통합적으로 고려하여 경쟁불확실성, 수요불확실성, 기술불확실성, 자원특성, 제휴의지로 재구성하였으며, 종속변수로는 제휴만족을 사용한다. 특히 시장지향형제휴와 기술지향형제휴의 형성에 서로 다른 요인들이 영향을 준다는 데 초점을 맞춘다. 연구 결과를 통해 각각의 전략적 제휴 유형이 주는 제휴 만족도가 다르다는 것을 보여줌으로써 국내 온라인 기업들에게 제휴에 대한 전략 방향을 제시해주고자 한다.

현 정부의 주요 정책 중 하나가 일자리 창출이며 소상공인을 포함한 중소기업의 창업을 통한 일자리 창출의 효과는 이미 여러 연구와 기사를 통해 소개된바 있다. 소상공인과 중소기업의 창업을 활성화하기 위해 정부 지원책이 지속적으로 이어 지고 있으나 창업과 환경개선 등을 위한 직접적인 정책자금의 지원은 의존 성향을 심화시킬 수 있고 자생하려는 의지가 약화될 수 있기에 정부에서는 이를 방지하기 위해 자금지원과 컨설팅을 병행하는 정책을 추진하고 있으며, 소상공인과 중소기업의 경쟁력을 높이는 방안으로서 규모의 경제효과를 얻을 수 있는 조직화. 협업화의 중요성에 대해 주목하게 되었다. 그러나 지금까지의 소상공인과 중소기업의 조직화, 협업화에 대한 선행 연구들과 정부 정책은 주로 음식업과 소매업종을 중심으로 성공적인 조직화. 협업화 모델을 연구하여 제시하는 수준에 머무르고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 업종과 업태를 대상으로 소상공인과 중소기업의 조직화. 협업화 확대 적용 방안과 확산 및 기능 활성화 모델을 탐색적 연구를 통하여 도출해 보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze characteristic of mobile commerce based on mobile internet and diagnose obstacles and suggest promotional plans in terms of for mobile commerce. First of all, this study defines the concept of mobile internet and mobile commerce as on, and then analyzes the characteristic and the status quo of mobile commerce in the aspect of technology and business and customer. In conclusion this study there are many problems to overcome to expand mobile commerce environment. However, the environment of internet is moving from online to wireless and the volume of e-commerce through internet is growing rapidly. Thus, mobile commerce will be a matter of course in information society.

본 연구의 목적은 후기 고령노인의 자살시도 경험의 의미와 본질을 탐구하여 이들의 경험에 대해 보다 심층적으로 이해하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 서울지역 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$구에 거주하는 자살시도를 경험한 75세 이상 노인 6명을 연구참여자로 의도표집하여 심층면접을 실시하였다. 수집한 자료를 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. Giorgi가 제시한 4단계 분석 절차에 따라 자료를 분석한 결과 6개의 구성요소와 20개의 하위 구성요소가 도출되었다. 연구를 통해 후기 고령노인의 자살시도 경험의 4가지 구성요소는 <모진 세월의 회한; 죽도록 고생한 모진 인생, 조실부모와 가난의 대물림, 도무지 잊을 수 없는 자식들의 외면, 가족갈등에서 온 깊은 원망>, <절망적이며 처량한 신세; 경제력을 상실과 절망, 마음대로 죽을 수 없는 처절함, 차라리 죽고 싶은 죄책감>, <쓸모없는 무가치한 삶; 아무 쓸모없는 사람, 자녀들 및 신세지기 싫은 강박관념에 괴로움, 자살충동이 일어남>, <참을 수 없는 신체의 고통과 무기력: 죽음과 삶의 두려움, 우울증, 정신병, 치매, 무기력>, <의지할 곳 없는 외로움; 하루 종일 고립됨, 숨쉬고 있지만 마지 못해 살아감, 죽은 것처럼 살고 있는 나, 하루가 지루함>,<마지막 선택; 세상이 싫어 떠날 것임, 먼저 간 배우자 따라.., 아무것도 바라지 않음>으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 후기 고령노인의 자살시도 경험에 대한 의미와 본질을 논의하고 노인자살예방을 위한 실천 현장의 구체적 개입전략, 생명존중문화의 실질적인 대처 방안에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.
