The purpose of this study was to draw social constructive implications for the child protect system(CPS) in Korea. As the value of social constructivism for child protect system, the participation and the negotiation were identified through theoretical research. And this paper examined how the participation and the negotiation were done in other government's child protect policies. In addition, the focus group members were interviewed. 11 child protect practitioners and researchers were interviewed about the problems of child protect system, law and policies, and they discussed how the participation and the negotiation were done in Korean child protect system. The result of the discussion were as follows. The democratic relationship must be reconstructed through the participation and negotiation in CPS, Korea lacks of legal basis to force the abusers to participation. And in our country, negotiation parties for children cannot be recognized. Finally, the amendment of the law and regulations concerned with the child protect system were proposed based on the FGI's discussions.

본 연구는 고객 지향적 통시서비스 품질기준 정립을 위한 기초연구 과제로서 크게 통신 고객의 감 성파악 및 감성실험 부분으로 이루어졌다. 우선, 전형적 감성공학적 접근법에 의해 화상회의 시스템 을 사용할 때 느낄 수 있는 206개의 감성어휘가 추출되었으며 이를 어의적 기준과 상대적인 중요도를 기준으로 하여 10개의 주요 감성으로 정리하였다. 사용자의 불만사항 등으로부터 감성실험을 위한 설계변수를 추출하였으며 실험환경 구축을 위한 simulator가 구성되었다. 실험은 음성지연, 음성에코, 화면의 초당 프레임수 그리고 통화주제를 인자로 하는 2$^{4}$요인배치법에 의해 실시되었으며 16명의 피실험자와 Magnitude Estimation방법을 이용하여 파악된 각 감성이 주관적으로 평가되었다. 분산분석 결과, 음성지연은 모든 주요 감성들에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 화상프레임 수는 거리감과 안정성을 제외한 모든 사용자 감성에 주인자로 작용하였다. 또한 요인분석을 실시한 결과 동적인 요인과 정적인 요인으로 전체 감성을 구분지을 수 있었으며 속도감과 깨끗함이 각각을 대표하는 감성으로 나타났다. 주관적이고 복합적인 통신 사용자의 여러 감성을 단일 품질 평가지수로 나타내어 통신소비자의 시스템 선호도 평가에 사용할 수 있는 방법이 제안되었다.

본 연구는 부실기업의 갱생에 있어 중요한 요인인 청구권자들 사이의 정보불균형 및 이해갈등 문제에 초점을 맞추어 부실채권 정상화를 위하여 채권자주도로 시도되는 M&A의 성공여부에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 로지트(logit)모형에 의하여 M&A의 성공여부를 회귀분석한 결과, '청산가치비율'(+)은 1%의 유의수준에서, '구경영진 부실경영책임여부 가변수'(-)와 '파산이후 순이익 정리계획안 계획대비 달성률'(+)은 5%의 유의수준에서 관련성을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 '광고연구개발비율'(+) 및 '파산이후 매출액증가율'(+)은 1%의 유의수준에서 관련성을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 채권자가 주도하는 M&A의 성공요인으로 파산전후 청구권자들 사이의 정보불균형 문제가 적은 부실기업일수록 그리고 '광고연구개발비율'이 높은 부실기업으로서 상대적으로 무형적인 자산의 가치가 높고, 전문적인 제품을 생산하는 기업은 M&A의 성공 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부실기업에 대한 부채조정 등 재무구조의 변화에 따라 '파산이후 매출액증가율'이 높은 기업일수록 M&A의 성공가능성이 높다고 추론할 수 있을 것이다 그러나 '담보권 있는 금융기관 수 비율'(+), '금융비용부담률'(-)과 '대주주지분율'(-) 등은 비유의적인 것으로 나타나서 부실기업의 부채조달내역의 우선권 구조, 재무구조 불안정성 및 소유구조 등은 M&A의 성공여부와 관련성이 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다.

Political trust is defined as the degree to which people perceive that government is producing outcomes consistent with their expectations. Political trust as a concept has endogenous as well as exogenous characteristics in that it can cause and be caused by other political factors. The purpose of this study is to introduce and evaluate various theoretical perspectives related to the causes and effects of political trust. With respect to its causes, this study focuses on the following five factors: government policies, unethical behaviors of politicians, citizens' penchant for participatory democracy, the public's misperceptions on government, and political culture. On the other hand, this study discusses the impacts of political trust on each stage of political process by paying attention to the following factors: government's governability, election outcomes, political recruitment, and the directions of government policies.

The purpose of this study Management Effectiveness Analysis of Construction Process Management. This study is to analyze the effects that process management has in outcome has been done by setting 5 elements of process management system as independent variables, making hypothesis, surveying and analyzing. The results of this analysis showed that process management operation level can be measured effectively through the application of Business Process Management System, and Process management strategy is found out to be contributed to improving strategy operation support, process management and IT connection technology. By seeing this research result, through optimally applying 'process management' in construction industry, process management can be used to improve the construction industry's potential competitiveness by improving effectiveness in works in the fields of strategy operation, process management, IT connection etc. So, by practically verifying the effectiveness of 'process management system', the purpose of this research is to come up with the necessity and the development of 'process management system' in construction industry.

담배자판기 규제완화에 대한 산업계의 강력한 의지에도 불구하고 최근 개정을 추진 중인 국민건강증진법 시행령 및 시행규칙 공고(안)에 있어서는 공공지역 흡연구역에 대해 담배자판기를 전면 철거하는 내용이 포함이 되어 있어 산업계에 큰 충격을 주고 있다 이같은 관련입법은 그동안 담배자판기에 성인인증 장치를 부착하는 자율대책으로 규제완화를 적극 주창해 온 산업계 입장과는 전면 대치되는 방향이기에 그 충격이 더욱 클 수밖에 없다. 만약 이 공고안대로 입법통과가 된다면 기존 공공장소 흡연구역에 설치가 된 자판기들마저 전면 철거가 이루어져야 함은 물론 향후 담배자판기 설치로케이션도 극히 제약을 받게 되는 치명적 상황을 맞게 된다. 이같은 사태의 위급성 앞에 협회에서는 ${\ulcorner}$담배자판기 관련 국민건강증진법 시행령 및 시행규칙 개정안${\lrcorner}$에 대해 산업계의 입장을 종합한 소견서를 보건복지부 건강증진과에 제출하고 강력대응을 진행하고 있다. 협회는 이 건의안을 통해 공공장소 흡연구역에 대한 자판기 설치 금지 및 철거 검토 안은 시대적인 조류를 역행함은 물론, 성인인식 담배자판기의 청소년 보호 등 긍정적인 설치효과 측면을 전혀 인정치 않는 초강력 규제로서는 도저히 이 개정안을 수용할 수 없는 산업계 입장을 밝혔다. 아울러 공고안 같은 강력 규제보다는 성인인식 담배자판기가 오히려 합법적인 설치환경을 확보하여 사회적으로 떳떳하고 자신 있게 그 존재가치를 평가받을 수 있게 관련법을 개정해 주길 요청했다. 공고안의 개정통과가 산업계와 협회의 바램과 같이 저지될 수 있을 지는 앞으로 지켜봐야 할 일이다 하지만 분명한 점은 명분과 당위성과 부족한 규제만능주의적인 입법을 산업계가 그대로 수용하고만은 있을 수 없다는 점이다. 따라서 현시점에서 중요한 점은 산업계가 일치단결해 현 관련 공고안에 대한 반대 목소리를 높이는 일이다. 현재의 존립을 위협받는 담배자판기는 발상의 전환과 마인드 변화에 따라서는 얼마든지 합법적인 설치환경을 확보할 수 있기에 산업계의 결속력 있는 대응은 그만큼 중요성을 갖는다. 이번 사안은 결코 포기 할 수 없는 산업계의 권리라는 점은 명심해야 한다. 이러한 취지 하에 금번 정책초점에서는 보건복지부 관련 부처에 제출한 ${\ulcorner}$담배자판기 관련 국민건강증진법 시행령 및 시행규칙 개정안${\lrcorner}$에 대한 업계 소견서 및 건의안 내용을 정리 게재 했다.

The purpose of this paper is to provide a multi-modular account of double accusative constructions in Korean in the framework of Autolexical Grammar. The grammar views syntactic, semantic, and morphological structures of sentences as modules which are generated simultaneously and independently. Unlike syntactocentric theories, this paper analyzes semantic characteristics of double accusatives through function-argument (F/A) structure along with roles structure (RS) and information structure (IS). In F/A structure of double accusatives, the first accusative becomes an argument of a predicate, unlike the possessive, which is an argument of a relational noun. Furthermore, the first accusative of double accusatives takes the role of patient in RS, which allows it to become the subject of a passive sentence. On the other hand, the second accusative, which is originally the possessee, becomes a focal area in IS. Therefore, the purpose of double accusatives is twofold: one is to turn the possessor into an independent argument of a predicate which takes patient role, and the other is to turn the possessee into a focus. Such semantic characteristics of double accusatives can be expressed by means of multi-dimensional structures of F/A structure, RS, and IS of Autolexical Grammar, which allows an integrated account of the phenomenon.

The aim of this paper is to examine the long-standing regional disparities and social division in the UK which are considered one of the crucial facts of Brexit. Since Brexit, also, the changed regional development policies are reviewed. Regarding policy perspective, we delve into the process of the UK government's strategic policy choices, such as privatisation of public enterprises and financial reform, amid the neoliberal globalisation in the late 1970s, drawing its implication to us having similar problems. Besides, the UK's self-sustaining regional development fund, policy, and changed governance are dissected with several ongoing debates. Finally, this study asserts the necessity of the social consensus of regional disparity policies and the establishment of the spatial environment particularly in regions left behind, giving the quality and equity of life.

The theory of creative city can be seen as one that reflects a relationship between recent change of economic environment and socio-spatial reconstruction in the so-called 'cultural turn' to deindustrialization. This paper considers approaching methods to knowledge-based economy or cultural economy as a context of development of theory of creative city, and suggests types of conceptualization of creative city. Then it reviews creative perspectives which can be found in recent domestic and oversea research trends on creative city, especially relating its nature with neoliberalism. Finally this paper discusses critically the concept of creative class as a social constitution of creativity or creative economy, and that of creative city as its spatial constitution. The concept of creative class can be criticized in terms of ambiguity of the concept of class, class-biased and economy-privileged idea, market valorization of culture, individualization against community, normalization of flexible labor market, and uncertainty of economic success of creative city. The concept of creative city can be criticized in terms of limitation of interests to city, ignorance of national and global dimensions, decontextual normative vision, legitimation of neoliberal city, lack of proof of causality between creative class and economic success, polarization of within and between cities.
