식품의약품안전처는 "약사법", "의약품 등의 안전에 관한 규칙", "의약외품 표시에 관한 규정"(식약처 고시 제2013-32호)에 혼재되어 있는 의약외품에 관한 표시 기재를 종합하고 그 내용을 알기 쉽게 설명하고자 본 해설서를 배포했다. 본 고에서는 의약품 표시 기재 관련 일반 사항과 함께 용기 등의 기재사항, 기재상의 주의 사항 등에 대해 살펴보도록 한다. 단, 본 해설서는 현재의 법령 및 규정에 대한 일반적인 해석을 기술하고 있는 것으로서 법적 효력이 있는 사항이 아니며, 개별 사항에 따라 다르게 해석할 수 있음을 알린다.

Korean ginseng, a special product of Korea, has been one of the most important exports since the era of the Three Kingdoms. However, not many records were kept about ginseng in Korea until the Goryeo Dynasty. This paper summarizes the records relating to international diplomatic relations and trade of ginseng in the Goryeo Dynasty and the medicinal books known to have been published at the time. During the Goryeo Dynasty, ginseng was actively transported to the neighboring countries of Bohai, Song, Wa, Later Jin, and Yuan as a diplomatic gift or as a trade item. Ginseng was mainly exported from Goryeo to these countries, but it was also received as a diplomatic gift from Bohai and Khitan. Arabian merchants came to Byeokran Port, a representative international trading port of Goryeo, and traded ginseng. After the Mongol invasion, the demand for ginseng in the Yuan Dynasty was excessive, which became a big social problem. During the Goryeo Dynasty, several medicinal books were published, including Jejungiphyobang, Eouuichwalyobang, Hyangyakgobang, Samhwajahyangyakbang, Hyangyak Hyemin Gyeongheombang, Hyangyak Gugeupbang, and Biyebaekyobang. Hyangyak Gugeupbang, which was reprinted during the Joseon Dynasty, has been handed down to the present time, although this has not been the case for the originals of the remaining books. Recently, some of the latter books have been restored through the study of the references in various medicinal books of later generations. While the medicinal books used in the royal court showed that a high proportion of the prescriptions containing ginseng, not a single prescription for ginseng has been found in theHyangyak Gugeupbang, which was mainly used for commoners. This is thought to be because ginseng was very rare and expensive at the time, so it was difficult for commoners to access it.

의약분업이 의사회와 약사회의 협의로 2000년 7월부터 실시하게 되었다. 이번 합의안에는 '대체조제'를 전면 허용하고 있는데 여기서 문제되는 것은 '약효의 동등성'이다. 최초로 개발해 시판하는 오리지널 제품이 아닌 카피 제품들의 약효를 믿을 수 있는가. 이번 의약분업 실현을 계기로 이미 시판되고 있는 모든 카피 제품들을 재검정하여 약효가 떨어지는 제품은 과감히 정리하여 '약이 국민 건강을 지키는 진정한 약'으로 새롭게 탄생해야 하겠다.

의약용 인간 단백질은 현재 여러 제약으로 인해 동물 세포에서 만들어지고 있다. 그렇지만 곤충세포 시스템의 문제점인 수율과 배양의 까다로움과 같은 단점들을 보완할 수 있는 곤충세포 시스템 개발의 필요성이 대두되고 있고 본 연구에서는 의약용으로 많이 생산되고 있는 erythropoietin (EPO)을 Drosophila S2 cell에서 발현하여 CHO cell 유래의 EPO와 비교하였다. 그 결과 CHO cell에서보다 더 작은 분자량을 갖는 EPO를 확인하였다.

식품의약품안전처는 의약품 투약계량기의 기준 및 시험방법을 대한민국약전 이외에 식품의약품안전처장이 정하는 공정서 및 의약품집을 따를 수 있도록 하고, 규정된 시험방법보다 정확도와 정밀도가 더 좋은 시험방법이 있는 경우 규정된 시험방법을 대신해 시험할 수 있도록 하는 등 의약품 투약계량기의 시험방법을 합리적으로 운영하기 위해 의약품 안전용기 포장 및 투약계량기에 관한 규정 일부개정고시안을 행정 예고했다. 다음에 주요내용과 신 구조문대비표 등에 관해 살펴보도록 한다.

This study was understanding the application of Misutgaru in Diabetes mellitus. To address these concerns, this study was performed to provide basic ideas to further the understanding oriental medicinal cuisine and its application. Also this study designed to provide basic information applicable to promotion of health and medical cure for modern people through the Korean traditional dietary treatment. Basic data on the nutritional composition and oriental diet therapy area approach of Misutgaru was acquired to predict the usefulness of Misutgaru as tonify the liver and kidney. Thus nourish the blood through tonify the liver & kidney. Misutgaru energy was 309.76Kcal per 100g, crude protein was 39.27 g, crude fat was 4.40g, crude ash was 5.21g and carbohydrate was 28.27g per 100g. This study realize the value of functional effects on various foods with oriental theory. I want that many researchers concerning our traditional theory for dietary food effects.
