The purpose of this study is to develope BIM Template according to major building material for efficiently and quantitatively evaluating greenhouse gas emission at the design stage. Template users consider various environmental impacts without connecting simulation tools for analyzing environmental impact and Template users who have no prior knowledge can Life Cycle Assessment by using The green template. For this study, Database which was reflected in template was constructed considering environmental performance. and 6 kinds of environmental impact categories and PPS standard construction codes were analyzed by major building material derived from literature. Based on this analyzed data, The major Material Family according to the main building material was developed. When users conduct modeling by utilizing Family established, evaluating result can be confirmed in the Revit BIM Modeling program by using the schedule function of the Revit. Users through the modeling, the decision-making environment performance possible. In addition, we propose to create a guideline for the steps required to build an additional established family.
For the purpose of investigating the effect of evaluation on career support by the college and career exploration efficacy of dental hygiene students on the career exploration behavior, a survey was conducted in December 2014 with students of dental hygiene at universities located in Ulsan and Daegu as subjects. In the result, correlation was found among sub-factors of evaluation on career support by the college, career exploration efficacy, and career exploration behavior. Increase of career exploration efficacy (${\beta}=0.702$, p<0.001), practical career support (${\beta}=0.165$, p<0.05), and relationship establishment efficacy (${\beta}=0.152$, p<0.05) led to increase of career exploration behavior, while increase of individual exploration efficacy (${\beta}=.0.242$, p<0.001) led to decrease of career exploration efficacy. Therefore, it is necessary to build appropriate value system related to job seeking, conduct active discussions to increase relationship establishment efficacy by using interpersonal relationship reinforcement program, and expand career support program by the college.

The study was intended to identify the nurses' experiences, understanding, and attitudes on DNR. Also, the study was to provide the data base for a standard of DNR decision-making and practice. The sample consisted of 347 nurses in eight general hospitals. The data were collected between August 1 and August 31, 2000. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and $x^2-test$. The results of the study were as follows : 1. Regarding DNR-related experience, 74.6 percent of the participants experienced DNR situations. Eleven percent of the participants received DNR education. DNR was most frequently (81.5%) requested by family members and relatives of patients. The decision-making on DNR was most frequently (76.8%) made by agreement between family members and medical staff. The DNR order was recorded at 81.9 percent on charts. Problems after DNR order were negligence in treatment and nursing care (30.6%) and guilty feelings due to doing the best (22.1%). CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) was performed about 49.8 percent of DNR cases. 2. Regarding understanding and attitude on DNR, most of the participants (93.1%) thought DNR was necessary. The major reasons for the necessity of DNR were impossible recovery (44.4%) and death with dignity (41.1%). The decision-making on DNR was most frequently made by patient and family members (47.8%) and followed by agreement between family members and medical staff (25.6%), and patients themselves (16.4%). Most of the participants thought that medical staff must explain DNR to critical and end-of-life patients and their family members. Forty four percent of the participants thought that the most appropriate time for DNR explanation was when patients with critical disease were admitted to hospitals. Most of the participants (90.2%) thought a guide book for DNR is necessary to be made in hospitals. 3. There were significant differences in the participants' understanding and attitudes on DNR according to religion career education and experience of DNR. Of the participants those who have religions and education experience on DNR thought that there would be more DNR requests after DNR is explained to patients and family members (p<.05). In addition, there was higher understanding on the necessity of DNR in those who have more career and DNR experience(p<.01). The findings of the study suggest that a guide book for DNR need to be made with inclusion of legal, ethical, and cultural aspects. Also, there needs to be more education on DNR in medical ethics to health care professional and to provide more information on DNR to the general public.

Most capital reduced companies aim to improve their capital structure. Debt to Equity ratio among financial ratios has improved significantly after capital reduction, yet the profitability of corporations wasn't up to expectations. The analysis of cumulative abnormal returns (CARs) indicates that the CARs were below '0' during whole investigation period. Besides, the CARs of companies listed on the Kosdaq have plummeted to -53.5%. Half of the companies on the Kosdaq in this sample which have reduced their capital to avoid delisting have been eventually delisted after capital reduction. The purpose of this study was to suggest measures for improving training cooperation between industries and universities through employer engagement by analyzing the state of employer engagement in training. The current study investigated the state of employer engagement in training and factors that facilitate employer engagement in training. A survey was conducted with 230 human resource managers who worked for companies with more than 300 employees. The study results showed that employers perceived their engagement in training for their employees are consumers rather than strategic partners to plan educational service and make decisions in their communities. However, employers perceived that their engagement in training would be effective because their training engagement can result in positive direct and indirect business outcomes. Moreover, the implementation of training programs based on industry needs was revealed as a critical factor for promoting collaboration between industries and universities and leading to employer engagement. Based on the study results, several suggestions are presented for improving training cooperation between industries and universities through employer engagement.

In the event of a large-scale disaster such as an earthquake, typhoon, landslide, and building collapse, the disaster situation awareness and timely disaster information sharing play a key role in the disaster response and decision-making stages for disaster management, such as disaster site control and evacuation of residents. In this paper, an exited field investigation system of NDMI (National Disaster Management Research Institute) was enhanced with an LTE-VPN- based wireless communication system to provide an effective on-site response in an urgent disaster situation and share observation data or analysis information acquired at the disaster fields in real-time. The required performance of wireless communication for the disaster field investigation system was then analyzed and evaluated. The experimental result for field data transmission performance of an advanced wireless communication investigation system showed that the UDP transmission performance of at least 4.1Mbps is required to ensure a seamless video conference system between disaster sites. In addition, a wireless communication bandwidth of approximately 10 Mbps should be guaranteed to smoothly share the communication and field data between the survey equipment currently mounted on the survey vehicle.
