Factors Influencing the Sexual Satisfaction of Middle-aged Women (중년여성의 성만족에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • Sexual satisfaction depends a lot of various factors. The study was conducted to understand middle-aged women's sexual function, sexual communication, and sexual satisfaction and to determine factors influencing sexual satisfaction. As a descriptive correlation study, data was collected during Oct. in 2012 to Jan. in 2013 from 126 middle-aged women in Korea. Sexual function, sexual communication, and sexual satisfaction were averaged 25.02 (range of score 2~36), 3.12 (out of 5), and 2.36 (out of 4), respectively. Sexual satisfaction had a positive correlation with sexual function and sexual communication. Sexual function, sexual communication, and last formal education were influencing factors on sexual satisfaction. Sexual satisfaction of middle-aged women was considered their physical and psychological aspects. Nurses should become aware of the wider consideration that need to be made in relation to the general and sexual quality of life when caring for middle-aged women.

  • Rapid demographic changes such as international marriages and immigration have led to the transition of Korea to a multicultural society, thereby causing the need for education for multicultural students. In particular, there is a growing need to support Korean Language Learners (KLLs) who learn in Korean in their classrooms and whose native language is a foreign language. This study aims to adapt some teaching strategies of the SIOP model developed in the U.S. for English Language Learners(ELLs) to fit classroom situations in Korea and apply them to the Korean language learners to analyze the features of mathematical communication and to examine the possibility of a change in mathematical errors. Specifically, three KLLs in 5th grade participated in seven geometry lessons adapting some characteristics of SIOP model and then, their mathematical communication and mathematical errors were analyzed. The results of this study are expected to provide didactical implications for identifying characteristics of KLLs and for setting direction for teaching them mathematics.

  • The early stage of Korean language education was to understand grammar. However, recent Korean language education aims to improve expressive ability for smooth communication. Hence, educational drama for education has gained attention as one of the effective ways of improving communication skills. Educational drama provides an actual conversational situation in which one can use appropriate words and grammar depending on the situation. Non-verbal expression such as body language and facial expression could be picked up so one also improves one's communicative abilities naturally. This means that educational drama shares Korean language education's goal of improving communicative ability. Moreover, the student becomes the core of the activity and finds solutions through cooperation with others, and this also helps improve social skills and self-esteem. This thesis covers methods of having interviews, re-writing texts to scripts, writing up post-script by imagining the following text, role-playing, and improving expressive ability by debating educational theatrical techniques. To make these activities successful, good quality VOD and learning materials shall be developed and used. Also, efficient training programs shall be created so that teachers make use of what they learn and improve their teaching skills.

  • 서비스 로봇은 일상생활에서 사람들의 업무를 보조한다. 이때, 효과적인 서비스를 위해서는 사람과 로봇 사이의 상호작용이 매우 중요하다 대화는 사람과 로봇이 보다 유연하고 풍부한 의사전달을 하는데 도움을 준다. 전통적인 로봇 연구에서는 명령과 같은 간단한 질의 둥을 처리하는 것이 의사소통의 전부였으나, 실제 사람들 사이의 대화에서는 배경 지식이나 대화의 문맥 둥에 의해 중요한 정보가 대화에서 생략되기도 한다. 이런 상황은 여러 불확실성을 포함하게 되는데 대화의 문맥이나 불확실성을 다루는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 '상호-주도' 방식을 통해 사람이 쓰는 일상 대화를 계층적 베이지안 네트워크를 이용하여 처리하는 방법을 제안한다. 실제 로봇의 시뮬레이션 환경은 제안하는 방법의 유용함을 보여주었다.

  • 학생은 미래뿐만 아니라 현재의 소비자로서 합리적인 의사결정을 통한 소비문화가 요구된다. 하지만 학생의 소비문화와 학교의 소비교육, 가정교육은 문제점을 안고 있다. 학생들은 물건의 필요성이나 용도, 금전상황, 가정상황 등을 전체적으로 고려하여 구매하기보다는 비계획적이고, 즉흥적이다. 학교에서는 교사들이 학생의 소비행위를 한 눈에 파악하여 교육적으로 피드백하기가 쉽지 않다. 가정에서는 학생들의 소비행위에 대한 의사소통의 길이 부족하다. 이에 본 연구는 소비의사결정 5단계와 Decision-Tree의 교육적인 면을 고려하여 합리적 소비 의사결정을 위한 6단계(문제정의, 정보탐색, 대안평가, 가치확립, 구매경험, 구매평가)를 새롭게 제안하고, 소비교실, 용돈 의사결정, 설문모듈을 통해 6단계를 체험하는 시스템을 설계하였다. 제안한 모델은 교사와 학생, 학부모 모두가 참여하여 학생의 계획적이고 합리적인 소비 의사결정 능력을 신장시키는데 도움을 줄 것이다.

원전 비상직무에서의 주제어실 운전원의 의사소통 수행도 분석

  • 원자력발전소의 설계는 다중방호의 개념에 의해 이루어져, 그 구조가 복잡하고 운전 형태도 다양하며, 이에 따라 사고의 전개 과정도 다양하게 나타난다. 이로 인해 원자력발전소의 운전원들은 발전소의 유동적인 상황에 대처할 수 있는 고도의 능력이 요구된다. 특히 주제어실 운전원들은 발전소의 기동 및 전출력 운전, 정지, 그리고 비정상 및 비상 상황 시의 적절한 대처에 대한 책임을 지고 있다. 발전소의 사고 분석 결과에 의하면, 사고에 대한 운전원의 대응이 사고의 전개에 직접적인 영향을 미치게 되며, 결과 적으로 사고에 대한 운전원들의 적절한 대응 능력은 발전소의 안전성에 중요한 부분임이 밝혀졌다.(중략)

  • 본 연구는 전문 D/B의 본문 필드를 텍스트 언어학적 상부구조로 분할하고 태그를 부여함으로써 이용자의 목적이나 상황에 따라서 필요한 부분만을 검색할 수 있는 전문탐색기법의 타당성을 고찰하였다. 한 문헌은 다수의 텍스트 단위로 구성되며, 이 텍스트는 의사소통이나 인지과정의 기본 단위로써 문헌 전체를 통괄하는 상부구조에 의해 연결된다. 상부구조는 텍스트의 생성과 이해에 중요한 매개체 역할을 하며, 정보요구의 상황이나 목적과 밀접하게 관련되어 있음을 밝히고 정보검색시스템의 주요 대상인 학술문헌의 상부구조를 고찰하였다.

Development of the Items for the Assessment of Mathematical Thinking (수학적 사고력 측정을 위한 수학 평가 도구의 개발)

  • The study aims the introducing the items for the assessment of mathematical thinking including mathematical reasoning, problem solving, and communication and the analyzing on the responses of the 5th grade pupils. We categorized the area of mathematical reasoning into deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning, and analogy; problem solving into external problem solving and internal one; and communication into speaking, reading, writing, and listening. And we proposed the examples of our items for each area and the 5th grade pupils' responses. When we assess on pupil's mathematical reasoning, we need to develop very appropriate items needing the very ability of each kind of mathematical reasoning. When pupils solve items requesting communication, the impact of the form of each communication seem to be smaller than that of the mathematical situation or sturucture of the item. We suggested that we need to continue the studies on mathematical assessment and on the constitution and utilization of cognitive areas, and we also need to in-service teacher education on the development of mathematical assessments, based on this study.

Predictors of Caregivers' First Aid Confidence (요양보호사의 응급처치 수행자신감 예측요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the communication confidence, self-efficacy, and self confidence in first aid and to identify the predictors of self confidence in first aid. Subjects were 202 caregivers and data were collected by questionnaires from march 1 to 31, 2023. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficients and Multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 29.0 program. Self-efficacy was a positive correlation with communication confidence (r=.54, p<.001), and self confidence in first aid was a negative correlation with communication confidence(r=-.18, p<.05) and self-efficacy(r=-.31, p<.001). Predictive factors for self confidence in first aid were absence of nurse's aide(β=-.18, p=.009) and self-efficacy(β=-.30, p<.001), and explanatory power was 11.0%(Adj R2=.110, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, to develop and apply an educational program focusing on emergency problems.

A Study on the Perception of Communication Ability of University Students - A junior college of engineering students (대학생 의사소통능력 관련 인식 조사 연구 - A전문대학 공대생을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to investigate and analyze the perception of communication capability which is one of the sub-competencies of NCS vocational substructure basic competence, and then seek the direction of prospective courses. To do this, the researcher conducts a non-face-to-face survey by creating five questions under the following five categories: The importance and necessity of communicative competence, students and educators of communicative competence classes, contents and methods of curriculum and teaching and learning, communicative competence and writing skills and operation of extracurricular programs. This researcher has been teaching basic education even before the communication skills curriculum was created in college, now, in a situation where communication skills have become selective education, it is intended to grasp the perception of college students about communication skills for first graders. This study attempted to analyze the survey area in more depth through group FGI after conducting an online survey by dividing it into several items. As a result, students felt that communication skills became motktkre important through COVID-19. Among the bottom five communication skills, speaking skills were found to be the most important, reading ability was recognized as the least important. On the other hand, there was a strong hope to know about the level of communication ability, type of communication, and method of communication about oneself. In addition, they recognized that communication skills should be learned in their first year of college, and hoped to be operated at all times as a non-disciplinary program. In particular, in the bottom five areas of communication skills, the expectations and actual hopes for speaking skills were the highest compared to the rest, and in terms of teaching and learning methods, they wanted to improve their skills through feedback and practice rather than theory. These research results have great implications for setting the direction of operation of classes, such as the content and method of classes in communication skills, in the future.
