The purpose of this study is to suggest a systematic procedural model for selecting competent project promoter. The proposed model was made by comparing domestic regulations and procedures with foreign nations', and through interviews with experts and literatures survey. The summaries of this paper are as follows. The current promoter selection procedure was evaluated by reviewing relevant papers, regulations and existing model. Some obstructions which hinder PPI project activation were identified, those are inadequacy of promoter qualification and negotiation process, lack of communication between parties, etc. Some alternatives which remove major obstructions are embodied in the model. The suggested model is comprised of PQ(prequalification), two phased evaluation for the technical proposals which include alternate, communication meeting, etc. To manage the overall procedure well, an involvement of professional "project promoter selection team" would be highly recommended. They will participate in each evaluation stage with full activities, and provide government with some technical materials for selecting promoter as coordinator.

When a great variety of services become available to user through the broadband convergence network in the ubiquitous home environment, an intelligent agent is required to deal with the complexity of services and perceive intension of a user. Different from the old-fashioned command-based user interface for selecting services, conversation enables flexible and rich interactions between human and agents, but diverse expressions of the user's background and context make conversation hard to implement by using either user-initiative or system-initiative methods. To deal with the ambiguity of diverse expressions between user and agents, we have to apply hierarchial bayesian networks for the mixed initiative conversation. Missing information from user's query is analyzed by hierarchial bayesian networks to inference the user's intension so that can be collected through the agent's query. We have implemented this approach in ubiquitous home environment by implementing simulation program.

Recently, quality inspection and defect management have been considered as one of the major issues for increasing customer satisfaction and corporate image in domestic construction industry. However, the quality inspection and defect management have not been performed systematically because of insufficient field managers, the excessive amount of documents, complicated work process and difficulty in communicating construction information. Therefore, the field manager could not perform the quality inspection and defect management work in time as well as the reliability of recorded quality and defect data was decreased. The primary objective of this study is to propose a quality inspection and defect management system using information technology which enables field managers to efficiently gather the information of defection in apartment housing. It is anticipated that the effective use of the proposed system would be able to imp개ve communication among the related participants and systematically accumulate data that might be used in similar construction projects.

This paper will discuss the significance of cooperation between supply chain companies and its components. In addition, it will analyze how this effects the outcome in distribution focusing on companies in the steel pipe industry. In sum, theory 1 was chosen since as a result of hierarchical regression analysis communication, IT, partnership, and success monitoring, which are all components of the supply chain cooperation, are proven to affect the absolute distribution success positively. According to the standardized beta coefficient the most important factor for distribution success is communication, followed by IT, partnership and lastly success monitoring. Moreover, according to theory 2, communication, IT, partnership and success monitoring all affect relative distribution success positively. Most important factors are communication, IT, partnership, success monitoring. Thus, since the most crucial factor in deciding both the absolute and relative distribution success is communication, steel pipe companies are advised to execute strategic use.

여러 연구에서 정부시스템 개발 프로젝트의 핵심 성공 요인을 밝혀내고자 하는 노력들이 지속되어 왔다. 이러한 요인들로 의사소통, 참여자의 자질, 표준화 등의 여러 요인들이 고찰되어 왔으나, 실제 프로젝트 현장에서는 대부분의 프로젝트들이 그 수행의 근본이 되는 범위를 관리하고 통제하는데 실패하여 여러가지 어려움을 겪고 있는 것이 현실이다. 하지만 이러한 범위 관리가 프로젝트의 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증적 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 PMI(Project Management Institute)에서 정의하고 있는 프로젝트 수행 중의 범위관리 활동들이 실제 프로젝트의 공급자와 수요자의 관점에서의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 실중연구를 수행하였다. 이를 통하여 그 영향의 정도와 범위관리의 각 활동들에 대한 우선순위를 도출하였으며, 공급자와 수요자의 관점에서의 프로젝트 성공을 위한 범위관리 전략을 제시하였다.

대다수의 소기업은 많은 취약점을 가지고 있으며, 특히 최근에는 인력 부족이라는 새로운 경영환경에서 경영자들이 큰 애로를 겪고 있다. 한마디로 사람은 많은 데 필요한 사람은 없다. 따라서 향후 기업승부의 관건은 누가 핵심인력을 확보하느냐에 달려 있다고 할 수 있다. 인력확보의 방법으로 훌륭한 인재를 스카웃 하는 것도 중요하지만 기존인력의 유출을 방지하는 것이 무엇보다 시급한 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 창의적 문제해결을 위하여 고안된 허만(Herrmann)의 두뇌우성에 관한 사분면 모델을 적용하여 기업 구성원들의 사고선호도를 도출하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 가장 바람직한 인력재배치를 통하여 기업 구성원간의 의사소통을 향상시키고 상호 갈등요인을 제거함으로써 인력안정을 도모하고자 하였다.

CASE도구의 일부로 제공되는 기존의 문서화 도구들은 개발자들을 위한 편리한 기능을 제공했지만, 문서화 참여자들 사이의 협동작업 및 정보교환을 효과적으로 지원해 주지 못했다. 협동작업 환경 및 정보교환 도구 지원의 미비로 인한 문서화 참여자들 사이의 의사소통 부족은 문서 사이의 불일치(Inconsistency), 누락(Incompleteness), 애매모호함(Ambiguity)을 발생시킨다. 소프트웨어 문서가 사용자 및 개발자를 위한 중요한 자료로 활용되기 위해서 협동 문서화 작업 환경의 구축과 정보 교환 도구의 지원은 필수적인 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 문서 상태와 사건을 중심으로 한 문서화 프로세스를 정의하고 문서 변경이나 삭제가 발생했을 경우, 이를 탐지하여 자동으로 개발자들에게 메시지를 보내주는 메시지 에이전트(Message Agent) 기반의 협동 문서화 작업 환경을 제안한다. 협동 문서화 작업 환경은 여러 명의 문서화 참여자들이 서로의 문서를 공유하며 작업할 수 있는 환경을 제공하며, 메시지 에이전트를 통한 메시지의 자동 전송으로 문서화 도중에 개발자가 직접 메시지를 작성하던 번거로움을 줄이고 문서의 질적인 향상을 기할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

비수지 신호는 수화를 통한 의사소통을 하는 과정에 수지 신호 못지않게 중요한 정보를 제공한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 비수지 신호에 대한 연구는 수지 신호에 대한 연구에 비해 아직까지 매우 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 비수지 신호의 특징에 대해 분석하였다. 비수지 신호를 수지 신호와 함께 재현하는 과정에는 정확도 문제와 동기화 문제가 있는데, 본 연구에서는 동기화 문제를 해결하는 시스템을 제안한다. 구현된 시스템은 입력된 문장을 구문 분석하여 수지 신호와 비수지 신호를 결정하는 부분과 구문 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 수화 애니메이션을 위한 액션 스크립트를 생성하는 부분으로 나뉜다. 수지 신호와 비수지 신호의 연결 순서와 방식에 따라 수화의 뜻이 달라질 수 있기 때문에, 본 연구에서 다루는 비수지 신호의 동기화 문제는 수화 자동 생성에 있어서 매우 중요한 문제이다.

국내 해운회사의 외국인 선원 증가로 의사소통의 어려움, 작업 생산성 감소, 긴급상황 발생 시 대처곤란, 문화적 충돌이 선상폭력으로 이어지는 등 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 또한, 조기하선으로 인한 젊은 층의 관리자급 해기사 부족 및 고령화 가속, 해운선사들의 저임금 외국인선원 선호로 우리나라 해기전승(해기지식의 전달) 단절 초래, IMO 권고에 따른 승선기간의 단축(규격화)으로 육상 타 직종에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 급여, 재승선의 불확실성 및 해기사의 계약직화로 인한 해상직 기피 등으로 인해 해운경쟁력 약화가 두드러지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 우리나라 해운경쟁력 향상을 위한 해결책의 하나로 한국의 우수한 선원 교육 훈련 시스템을 접목한 북한선원 양성체계 구축방안을 고찰하고자 한다.

아프리카의 인터넷 이용인구는 3%로 웹 정보접근성이 부족하다. 디지털 정보자원의 주체인 대학도서관은 정보접근의 수단을 넘어 의사소통의 역할을 담당하기 때문에 대학도서관 웹사이트 신뢰성은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 신뢰성 가이드 10개 요소를 중심으로 아프리카 중부지역의 10개국 14개 대학의 신뢰성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 잘 지켜지지 않은 항목은 정보의 정확성, 정보의 최신성, 오류제한, 웹사이트 기관의 신뢰성으로 나타났다. 이는 웹사이트의 기능과 디자인보다는 콘텐츠로 정보의 정확성, 충실함, 신뢰성에 관한 요인들 이었다. 따라서 운영자는 자관의 사용을 배려한 콘텐츠의 정기점검으로 페이지의 정확한 연결, 안내페이지와 정보페이지의 명확성, 최신정보의 유지, 오류를 최소화 하여야 한다. 또한 도움말 제공과 반복적인 페이지를 제한하여 신뢰성을 갖추어야 하며 이를 토대로 웹사이트를 구축해야 할 것이다.
