로봇의 사회적 의사소통을 위한 정서 생성 기술 및 동향 소개

  • 서비스 로봇의 성장으로 사람의 정신적, 정서적 보조 역할을 하는 사회적 로봇 개발에 관심이 커지고 있다. 본 논문은 로봇의 사회적 의사소통을 위한 정서 생성 기술의 심리학적 이론 배경을 설명한다. 이와 함께, 로봇에 적용된 기존의 정서 생성 연구를 소개하고, 학회와 저널을 통해 발표된 최근 연구들을 정리하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 AAC기술과 TTS기술을 조사 및 분석하여 스마트폰의 가장기본적인 기능인 전화와 문자전달 기능을 일반적으로 의사소통이 어려운 언어장애인들에게 보완 대체 의사소통의 수단을 제공하는 MLS시스템을 제안하고, Text to Speech기능과 의사소통기능, TTS전화기능, 설정기능을 설계하였다.

Relationship between Communication Efficiency and Marital Satisfaction of Middle-Aged Couples -Mediation Effect of Self-Esteems- (중년기 부부의 의사소통 효율성과 결혼만족도와의 관계 -자아존중감의 매개효과-)

  • This study attempted to understand how the communication efficiency of middle-aged couples affects marriage satisfaction and to verify the mediating effect of self-esteem. To this end, the results of analyzing the influence relationship between the variables by collecting questionnaire data on the variables of 421 middle-aged couples living in D city are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the communication efficiency, self-esteem, and marriage satisfaction of middle-aged couples had a positive relationship. Second, the partial mediating effect of self-esteem in the relationship between marriage satisfaction was verified by the communication efficiency of middle-aged couples. Based on these research results, an action plan to improve marriage satisfaction in the middle-aged part was suggested.

Study of the relationship between filial piety and communication with parents in accordance with the general characteristics of teenagers (청소년의 일반적 특성에 따른 부모와 의사소통 및 효의 상관관계에 대한 연구)

  • This study analyzed the gap in perception between communication with parents and filial piety according to the general characteristics of teenagers. The test subjects were high school students from academic and vocational school from different districts of Seoul. A survey was conducted from March to July of 2014 to 290 high school students. Data analysis was conducted on the SPSSWIN 18.0 program using a t-test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and other tests. The empirical analysis of the experiments were verified at the significance level of 5%. First, communication with fathers differed significantly depending on the school division, economic class, religion; and communication with mothers differed significantly depending on school division, grade-level, academic performance, domestic discipline, and economic class. Second, the perception of filial piety showed a significant positive correlation with the communication with the mother; and with the communication with the father. The implication of this study is that better communication between the parents and teenagers correlate with the higher filial piety according to the general characteristics of teenagers, and should become a central material for policy.

Influence of Nursing Students' Communication and Leadership on Ethical Nursing Competency (간호대학생의 의사소통, 리더십이 윤리적 간호역량에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between communication, leadership, and ethical nursing competency for nursing students and to identify factors that affect the ethical nursing competency of nursing students. The subjects who participated in this study were 328 people, and data were collected using questionnaires after obtaining research consent. The collected data was statistically analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 28.0 program. As a result of this study, ethical nursing competency and communication (r=.67, p<.001) and leadership (r=.56, p<.001) showed a significant positive correlation. The factors that affect the ethical nursing competency of nursing students are communication (𝛽=.52, p<.001) and leadership (𝛽=.23, p<.001) has been identified. The regression model of this study was significant (F=155.74, p<.001). The explanatory power of the model was 48%. Therefore, it should include improving communication skills and leadership when developing a program to inhance the ethical nursing competency of nursing students.

A case study on the effect of communication training program on nurse's communication ability, emotional intelligence (EQ), self - esteem and interpersonal ability (의사소통 훈련 프로그램이 간호사의 의사소통능력, 감성지능(EQ), 자존감 및 대인관계능력에 미치는 효과에 대한 사례연구)

  • This study was a non-equivalence-based Quasi experimental study comparing the difference in communication ability, emotional intelligence (EQ), self-esteem, and interpersonal abilities between an experimental group with communication training and a non-control group. The subjects of the study were nurses working for D university hospital located in C city and comprised an experimental group of 21 people and a control group of 21 people. From April to May 2017, the experimental group took communication training programs, which were designed to improve communication capacity, emotional intelligence, self-esteem, and interpersonal ability for a total of four sessions (for 2 hours a week), and pre-post examination was conducted for the validity of the study. For data analysis, the SPSS for Windows 23 was used for the mean and standard deviation of pre-post tests, and U-test of the independent sample Mann-Whitney and the Wilcoxon code order test of the corresponding sample were carried out. The study results indicate that, compared with the control group, the experimental group showed communication capacity (Z=-3.361, p<.05), emotional intelligence (Z=-2.209, p<.05), self-esteem (Z=-1.633, p<.05), and interpersonal relationship (Z=-2.577, p<.05). After the communication training program, scores of communication capacity, emotional intelligence (EQ), self-esteem, and interpersonal competence of the experimental group increased significantly, and all hypotheses were supported. These results suggest that nurses' use of communication training experience in performing nursing work in a clinical setting would improve communication skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), self-esteem, and interpersonal skills and provide therapeutic communication and effective nursing, thereby enhancing patients' satisfaction and contributing to the improvement of nursing quality.

The Mediating Effects of Self-efficacy in the Relationship between Communicative Competence within the Medical team and Turnover Intention in Hospital Nurses (병원 간호사의 의료진 간 의사소통 능력과 이직의도 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the mediated effects of self-efficacy in relation to communication competency within the medical team and turnover intention of hospital nurses. Data were collected from 208 nurses working at two university hospitals. In analyzing data using SPSS/WIN 23.0 program, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and after analyzed with Multiple regression analysis using Baron & Kenny's 3 stage procedure, confirmed indirect effect with Sobel test. Evaluation of relationships among communication competency, turnover intention and self-efficacy of subjects revealed a negative relationship(r=-0.22, p=0.001) between communication competency and turnover intention, a positive relationship(r=0.61, p<0.001) between communication competency and self-efficacy and a negative relationship(r=-0.25, <0.001) between self-efficacy and turnover intention. Concerning the mediated effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between communication competency and turnover intention, the influence of communication competency at stage 1 on turnover intention was significant(${\beta}=-0.22$, p<0.001), but communication competency at stage 3 had no significant influence on turnover intention(${\beta}=-0.11$, p=0.194). Accordingly, the mediated effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between communication competency and turnover intention fully mediated and the mediated effect of self-efficacy was significant(z=-2.15, p=0.032). Heightening self-efficacy by improving communication competency could effectively reduce the turnover intention of nurses.

A Concet Analysis of Psychiatric Nurse's Compassionate Communication Competence: Hybrid Model (혼종모형을 이용한 정신 간호사의 공감적 의사소통역량 개념분석)

  • This study was analyzed using a mixed methods approach to clarify the concept of compassionate communication competencies of psychiatric nurses. In the theoretical phase, the literature published from 2000 to 2022 was collected and 38 articles were analyzed. For the fieldwork phase, in-depth interviews were conducted with eight psychiatric nurses from December 1 to December 28, 2022. In the final analysis phase, the dimensions and attributes of psychiatric nurses' compassionate communication competence were identified and conceptualized. Based on the attributes identified in the theoretical and fieldwork phases, the definition of psychiatric nurses' compassionate communication competence was synthesized into five dimensions and 12 attributes. Therefore, psychiatric nurses' compassionate communication competence refers to the skills and abilities of psychiatric nurses to use active listening and empathic skills for effective communication based on compassion and understanding of the target, to be sensitive to the thoughts and feelings of the target, to accurately convey what the target wants to express, to respect the target, and to empower the target.

Effects of Communication Style with Parents Perceived by Female College Students on Smartphone Addiction and Depression (여대생이 지각한 부모와의 의사소통 유형이 스마트폰 중독과 우울에 미치는 영향)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of parent-child communication style on smartphone addiction and depression among female college students. The subjects were 151 female students in three different universities located in S city. Data collection for Parent-Adolescent Communication Inventory (PACI), Smartphone Addiction Proneness Scale, and the Center for Epidemiologic Studies-Depression Scale (CES-D) were conducted from November 1 to December 8, 2017. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Smartphone addiction in college students was 35.08 (SD = 6.83), and when communication with the mother was absent and the problem recognized, smartphone addiction was higher (${\beta}=.27$, p = .028). Open communication with the father lowered smartphone addiction (${\beta}=-.27$, p = .030). Depression in female college students was 15.86 (SD = 10.45), and 45% experienced depression. Depression was higher when communication with the mother was higher (${\beta}=.29$, p = .022). Therefore, a customized communication program that focuses on parent-child communication as a strategy to reduce or prevent degree of addiction and depression of female college students will be helpful.

Effective Use of Internet Communication Tools in Hotel Marketing (호텔마케팅에서 인터넷 의사소통 도구의 효율적 이용방안)

  • With the introduction of internet applications to the hotel industry hotel customers are very willing to use the electronic communication tools in their both searching information and purchasing behaviors. It is generally agreed that the internet communication tools can be a strategic one for less competitive hotels in the traditional marketing environment. This study found that there are significant differences among several classifications of hotels in the use of internet communications as a marketing tool. The study also found that there are some possibilities for local hotels to overcome the current marketing handicaps with internet communications.
