The Impact of Online Information Source on Consumer Satisfaction in the Internet Shopping Mall (온라인 정보원천이 인터넷 쇼핑몰 소비자만족에 미치는 영향)

  • 웹이라는 환경은 다양한 정보원천을 생성해냈고, 온라인 소비자는 시간과 노력의 비용을 줄여 보다 합리적인 의사결정을 하기 위하여 웹 정보탐색을 한다. 특히 인터넷 환경은 정보를 획득하는 비용을 낮춤으로써 유용한 정보원천의 역할을 수행하고 있다(Bakos, 1997; Bar-Ilan, 2001). 그러나 너무 많은 정보는 오히려 소비자들의 의사결정을 방해할 수 있는데, 이때 소비자들은 정보원천에 대한 인지경향, 즉 신념수준을 가지고 자신에게 필요한 정보를 취사선택하게 된다(Schuman and Johnson, 1976). 이러한 관점에서 온라인상에서의 구매의사결정과 관련해서 주요하게 참조되는 정보원천을 파악하는 것은 의미있는 일이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사전조사를 통해 온라인 주요 정보원천으로 온라인 구매경험, 온라인 구전정보, 판매자 정보를 도출하였다. 그리고 이러한 정보원천이 제품만족, 정보만족에 미치는 영향관계를 알아보고, 이어서 정보만족과 제품만족이 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 대한 소비자의 전반적인 만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 온라인 정보원천의 모든 변수들이 정보만족에 유의한 영향관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났으며, 제품만족과의 관계에서는 판매자 제공정보가 유의하지 않게 나타났다. 또한 정보만족과 제품만족 모두 소비자의 전반적인 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 온라인상에서의 정보의 중요성을 입증하는 것으로, 온라인 소비자의 정보원천에 대한 이용과 평가를 이해하는데 새로운 시각을 제공해주고, 정보원천에 대한 관리와 활용에 관한 실무적 시사점을 제시해 줄 것으로 기대된다.

  • Considering product as mass of information, it is very critical for designers to have good means of accessing to and organizing information on products. However, designers conventionally depend on their experience, bunch of catalogues, or short visit to some fairs for gathering information on products. There are no systematically organized information for designing new products. If any, those are ones developed by market researchers or engineers who speak fundamentally different language from designers. It is needed to develop the information system through which designer can get insights on the essence of product and communicate information with various persons involved in new product planning. At first, the design information in product planning is discussed and the necessity of development of new design information system is emphasized. Then, product is understood as a composite of various attributes and a set of fundamental attributes of product is defined by surveying and summarizing existing theories of product attributes: namely technological, human, and market attributes. The possibility of new design information system is explored by analyzing various relationships between attributes of different products. Computer program 'DISPP' displays various visual information of product itself, perceptual map, trend slope, profile chart and general information of manufacturer, style, color, price, size. Finally, findings of thesis are concluded and further prospects of the study are proposed.

An Associative Search System for Mobile Life-log Semantic Networks based on Visualization (시각화 기반 모바일 라이프 로그 시맨틱 네트워크 연관 검색 시스템)

  • Recently, mobile life-log data are collected by mobile devices and used to recode one's life. In order to help a user search data, a mobile life-log semantic network is introduced for storing logs and retrieving associative information. However, associative search systems on common semantic networks in previous studies provide for a user with only found data as text to users. This paper proposes an associative search system for mobile life-log semantic network that supports selection and keyword associative search of which a process and result are a visualized graph representing associative data and their relationships when a user inputs a keyword for search. In addition, by using semantic abstraction, the system improves user's understanding of search result and simplifies the resulting graph. The system's usability was tested by an experiment comparing the system and a text-based search system.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore latent variables that affect users' satisfaction of mobile internet and to estimate a composite relationships among parameters. In order to examine causative significance between dependent variables and each of the independent variables, we redefined the variables, the quality of information, system and service derived from the DeLone and McLean's model. And we found out the new independent variables: security and service charge. Prior research adopted mainly TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) to investigate the user acceptance of information services or system. Therefore, it is significant that we developed our research model to appropriate on mobile internet's inherent nature and that focused on the important variables like service charge and security. In empirical approach, we surveyed 435 samples and conducted structural equation modeling and multi-regression analysis to estimate the regression parameters. The results of the study illustrated that our hypotheses covering the quality of information, system and service, security and service charge were supported.

  • 본 연구는 경영학 관련 분야에서 멀티미디어 기술의 경영학적 측면의 응용에 관한 연구의 중요성이나 필요성을 많은 학자들이 인식하고 있음에도 불구하고 아직 멀티미디어에 관한 연구가 전무한 실정에서 시도한 초기연구라는데 연구의 의의가 있다. 이러한 시점에서 교육공학과 경영정보학을 접목시킨 멀티미디어에 관한 연구는 상당히 중요할 것으로 판단된다. 이와 같이 본 연구는 경영정보학 분야에서 멀미미디어에 관한 연구로서는 초기의 연구로서, 본 연구가 가지는 연구의 필요성이나 중요성에 대해서는 우리들이 충분히 인식할 수 있을 것이다. 지금까지 국내외적으로 멀티미디어 정보시스템을 이용한 교육의 효과에 관한 연구는 몇 편의 탐색적 논문이 발견되고 있으나, 멀티미디어를 이용한 교육의 효과를 구성하는 요인이 무엇인지를 밝히기 위한 연구는 거의 전무한 실정이다 이러한 상황에서 멀티미디어를 이용한 교육의 효과를 구성하는 요인이 무엇이며, 구성요인 중 어떤 요인이 기업이나 학습자에게 가장 큰 효과를 가져다주는지를 밝히기 위한 연구는 현실적으로 상당히 중요하며 의미 있는 연구로 받아들여진다. 본 연구는 멀티미디어 정보시스템을 이용한 기업체 교육훈련의 효과요인을 도출하기 위하여 문헌연구와 실증적 연구를 병행 수행하였다. 우선 멀티미디어 정보시스템에 관한 문헌연구를 통하여 멀티미디어를 이용한 교육의 22가지 효과항목을 도출하였다. 다음으로 멀티미디어 정보시스템을 갖추고 있는 국내 5대 재벌 그룹연수원의 멀티미디어 교육실에서 교육을 받은 517명의 기업체 사원들을 대상으로 약 2개월간 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하고, 통계분석 패키지를 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 방식을 결합한 하이브리드 형태이다.인터넷으로 주문처리하고, 신속 안전한 배달을 기대한다. 더불어 고객은 현재 자신의 물건이 배달되는 경로를 알고싶어 한다. 웹을 통해 물건을 주문한 고객이 자신이 물건의 배달 상황을 웹에서 모니터링 한다면 기업은 고객으로 공간적인 제약으로 인한 불신을 불식시키는 신뢰감을 주게 된다. 이러한 고객서비스 향상과 물류비용 절감은 사이버 쇼핑몰이 전국 어디서나 우리의 안방에서 자연스럽게 점할 수 있는 상황을 만들 것이다.SP가 도입되어, 설계업무를 지원하기위한 기본적인 시스템 구조를 구상하게 된다. 이와 함께 IT Model을 구성하게 되는데, 객체지향적 접근 방법으로 Model을 생성하고 UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 Tool로 사용한다. 단계 4)는 Software Engineering 관점으로 접근한다. 이는 최종산물이라고 볼 수 있는 설계업무 지원 시스템을 Design하는 과정으로, 시스템에 사용될 데이터를 Design하는 과정과, 데이터를 기반으로 한 기능을 Design하는 과정으로 나눈다. 이를 통해 생성된 Model에 따라 최종적으로 Coding을 통하여 실제 시스템을 구축하게 된다.the making. program and policy decision making, The objectives of the study are to develop the methodology of modeling the socioeconomic evaluation, and build up the practical socioeconomic evaluation model of the HAN projec

Understanding Topical Relevance of Multimedia based on EEG Techniques (뇌파측정기술(EEG)에 기초한 멀티미디어 자료의 주제 적합성에 관한 연구)

  • This study proposed two topical relevance models, simple and complex models, using EEG/ERP techniques. In the simple model regarding simple search tasks, N300 and P3b components are used. The N300 is specific to the semantic processing of pictures and the P3b reflects mechanisms involved in the decision about whether an external stimulus matches or does not match an internal representation of a specific category. In the complex model regarding complex search tasks, on the other hand, N400 and P600 components are used. The N400 reflects activation of an amodel system that integrates both image-based and conceptual representations into a context, whereas the P600 is related to complex cognitive processes. Our research results can be used as a source to design an EEG-based interactive multimedia system.

  • The importance of hi-tech communications technology including mobile or ubiquitous system and the related business field is currently expanding. In terms of wellness for enhancing quality of individual life, ICT technology became a requirement, not an option. The first purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence user's perceived usefulness & perceived ease of use related to the acceptance of TAM focused on ubiquitous fitness service through multiple regression analysis, thereby discovering important factors influencing consumer behavior. In conjunction with the result, the second purpose of this study has also its implication on the u-Healthcare system development using QFD. That is, this research is to propose the possibility of combining the external variables of TAM to u-Healthcare system service characteristics with user requirement reflected by using QFD method. Based on these results, the suitable system may be constructed and developed.

  • Tour is cultural method that makes educational effects smoothly, metaphorically. In a context, dark tour have a function that sustains memorial of accidents and with social meaning, ethic value. This study aims to understand practical solutions of Sewol-Ho memorial on focusing Dark Tourism. This paper considers fascination with this subject and examines explored for good decision. It means that we examines a construction of tour contents within the dark tourism. This article evaluates an dark tourism in a contents program various country, for considering in a case at a Sewol-Ho accident. As a result, we comment some variety choice of strategy effectiveness for a sustainability of ethic value and education memorial.

  • The purpose of the study is to analyze the operational case of gap year which can explore about guidance in some times before college entrance or during college life in the universities of main nations(England, American, and Japan) and draw from some implications for possibility of it's introduction in Korean university. It means that before students enter the college after finishing high school, they have various guidance activity and voluntary service activity for experiencing self-understanding out of regular curriculum. The study analyzed four universities in America, two universities in England, and one university in Japan. The main results indicate that the gap year can divide into system and university assisting finance. Based on the results and their implications of gap year case analysis in universities of England, America, and Japan, the study suggests that it needs to consolidate the related system of university and assist some finances, and systematic steps such as career exploration, career decision-making, career plan, and career preparation should be constructed.

  • This study aimed to point out the social meaning of acting and art and the change of perception according to the time change. The research method was based on qualitative research through literature review. Based on the findings of this study, the following conclusions should be made. Acting is an art directly linked to the life of an individual. Therefore, the life of an individual is an activity that sublimates his or her life into art through acting. Every activity that we do in our daily life is acting, which is directly related to our talents. In other words, a talented person is recognized as a good actor, and a person with a lack of talent plays the role of an extra person. However, talent is influenced by effort and is also influenced by a given environment. That is, an individual's talent is not fixed but can be changed according to the situation. Education is the area that deals with the possibility of changing these talents. Education has been operating in a variety of ways, but with regard to acting, it has long been centered on apprenticeship education. However, as the 20th century began, systems gradually began to emerge, and in recent years, countries have developed into different educational systems. Therefore, it is necessary to practice the development and operation of various education programs so that the acting and the art are naturally applied in everyday education process and can be applied in daily life.
