본고는 한국어에 나타나는 동사의 연쇄현상(serialization in verbals)에 있어서 단일절(mono-clausal)내에서 소위 복합동사(compound verb)라 불리는 일련의 동사들의 결합 현상을 고찰한다. 연결사(linker/connective)를 매개로 서로 결합하는 동사 연쇄증에는, 일반적으로 동사하나가 하나의 사건을 나타내는데 비해 2개 이상의 동사가 배열됨에도 동시에 일어나 묶여질 수 있는 하나의 사건(single event)을 지칭하는 동사부류가 존재하는데, 이를 통해 동사 결합간 긴밀성을 우선적으로 유추할 수 있고, 역으로 통사적 현상에 의해 그 긴밀성이 확인된다는 점에서 문장 접속의 통어적 구성과는 다른 문법범주 형성을 뒷받침하는 개념적 근거가 된다. 여기에서는, 이러한 연속동사구성(연쇄동사)에 있어 행위성/비대격성을 지니는 동사들간의 연쇄현상을 제약하는 여러 원인들을 검토하고 아울러 이들의 의미적 범주선택을 고려한 거르개로서의 생성여과 규약을 제안한다.

멀티미디어 통신기술을 이용한 통신 환경의 구축은 초고속, 광대역으로 발전하는 통신기술의 발전과 날로 고도화 되는 컴퓨터 기술의 발달에 힘입어 그 적용범위가 확산되고 있다. 특히 이러한 환경에서 동영상의 통신은 기존의 문자, 그래픽 혹은 정지화상을 이용한 통신에서 보다는 더욱 많은 정보를 사용자에게 이해하기 쉽게 전달한다는 점에서 그 응용분야가 증대되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 동영상 통신에서는 동영상이 화상회의 등의 예에서 보듯이 사용자에게 단순히 영상정보를 제공하는 수단으로서만 이용이 되었다. 진정한 의미의 양방향 통신을 위해서는 이러한 동영상에 대한 사용자의 제어가 가능한 인터페이스가 필요한데, 본 연구에서는 이러한 인터페이스의 구축을 위한 기반기술로써 동영상내의 물체 추적방법에 대해 소개한다. 개발된 방법은 영상의 밝기나 형태변화에 민감하지 않고 추적물체의 모델링을 자동적으로 할 수 있다는 점에서 기존의 영상처리 방법과는 구별된다.

해양환경문제는 지역적으로 시작하여 광역적으로 확산되기 때문에 지방정부에서 사고 시에 신속하게 대응하고 상시에 사전예방적으로 관리하는 것이 중요하다. 현행 해양환경관리는 대부분 중앙정부가 담당하고 있기 때문에 지방정부의 역할을 보다 강화할 필요가 있다고 본다. 본고는 역대 부산광역시의회 안건처리일람을 분석함으로써 해양환경관리 부문에 있어서 지방의회의 역할을 분석하고자 하였다. 이는 지방정부 정책형성과정의 공식적 참여자로서, 또한 지역주민의 의견을 수렴하는 대표기관으로서 지방분권 시대에 그 중요성이 점차 높아지고 있는 지방의회의 역할을 되짚어 본다는 측면에서 의미가 있다고 하겠다.

In the transfer machine translation, transfer dictionary decides the complexity of the transfer phase and the quality of translation according to the types and precision of informations supplied in the dictionary. Using the phrasal level translated informations within the human readable dictionary, human being translates a source sentence correctly and naturally. In this paper, we propose the verb transfer dictionary in which the various informations are constructed so the machine readable format that the Korean-to-English machine translation system can utilize them. In the proposed dictionary, we first provide the criterions by which an appropriate target verb is selected in phrase-to-phrase translations without an additional semantic analysis in transfer phase. Second, we provide the concrete sentence structure of a target verb so that we can resolve the expressive gaps between two languages and reduce the complexity of the various structure transfer in word-to-word translation.

We focused on relationship between phytohormones and AtEXPA3 gene in gravitropic response of A. thaliana. RT-PCR analysis shows that AtEXPA3 was highly expressed in actively developing tissues such as leaf, rosette, root and flower tissues. AtEXPA3 gene expression was enhanced by gravistimulation, BR and IAA. Furthermore, decreased gravitropism was observed when treatment of AVG, an ethylene biosynthetic inhibitor, suggesting that ethylene has a gravistimulating effect itself as well as BRs and IAA. Inhibition of gravitropism in AtEXPA3 RNAi mutant suggests that BR, auxin and ethylene are playing roles as regulators of AtEXPA3. In addition, altered gravitropism in BRs signaling mutant (decreased in bri1-301, bak1, and increased BRI-GFP) indicated that BRs signaling mediated the gravitropism. In conclusion, gravitropic responses of Arabidopsis root resulting from root growth were mediated by increased expression of AtEXPA3 gene, which is stimulated by phytohormones.

90년대 중반에 이르러 세계는 정보화사회로의 진입이 예고되고 있으며21세기는 지 식과 정보로 이루어진 사이버스페이스(Cyberspace)가 지배하는 가상사회(Virtual Society), 그리고 나아가 가상세계(Virtual World)가 될 것이다. Cyberspace는 컴퓨터와 통신망을 통한 다양한 멀티미디어 정보통신 서비스에 의해 형성되는 가상의 공간을 의미한다. 이러 한 21세기 정보화사회의 특성은 사회적 그리고 기술적 Paradigm 변화의 추세와 속성이 변질되고, 정보사회의 변화에 대해 그 근간이 되는 21세기 정보통신기술은 각각 정보의 운반수단, 정보용량, 정보신호처리방식, 통신영역, 그리고 정보통신 자원 등의 영역에서 그 기준과 수준이 변화할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 21세기 사회의 변화에 적응하는 정보통신 기술의 진화 모델과 차세대 정보통신 기술의 예측항목들을 분석하여 지능화(Intelligent), 복합화(Multimedia), 개인화(Human) 등의 IMPH의 특성 요소를 정의 한다. 정보화사회에 있어서 인간 중심의 정보통신 체계(Human Oriented Information and Tele-communication Service System)는 인간의 성능과 특성에 가장 최적합한 서비스 기능 체계를 구축하기 위해서 인간의 각 정보통신 처리 영역인 Perceptual Processor, Cognitive Processor에 대한 구현 서비스들의 정의와 그와 관련하여 예측되는 연구 및 기반기술 과제를 기술한다. 또한, 광대역 멀티미디어 정보통신 서비스들의 형태, 응용, 정보 요소, 기술적인 대칭성과 연결형태 등을 분석하고 4단계로의 차세대 정보통신 기술의 연구개발 전략과 방안을 제시한다.

To alleviate the blocking inherent in 2-phase commit protocol(2PC) that is widely used to ensure the atomicity of global transactions in distributed environments, an optimistic 2PC can be used. Under the optimistic 2PC, compensation transactions are introduced to ensure the atomicity of transactions, which may result in the violation of global serializability due to the properties of compensation, transactions. In this paper, we propose several valid management protocols for global transactions to ensure the global serializability through the analysis of transaction of state transitions. To determine the execution of one global transaction, the proposed protocols check the sates of other concurrent global transactions. According to the result, execution of the global transaction may be delayed to ensure the global serializability.

To date the major business investments have been made in CRM continuously, even though many executives realized the return expected from the investment in expensive cutting-edge IT components for CRM system. However, researcher have not clearly answer the role and effects of CRM systems. The research is designed to identify the CRM system's chain-reaction effects, to investigate the relationships between factors identified, and to provide the roles and effects of CRM system in strategic perspectives. The findings illustrate that the improved information capability and enhanced competitive advantages encouraged by the CRM system implementation may lead strategic performances improvement, and finally financial performance improvements.

디지털 트윈이란 현실 세계의 물리적인 사물을 컴퓨터 상에 동일하게 가상화 시키는 기술을 의미하는 것으로, 물리적 사물이나 시스템을 모델링하거나 IoT 기술에 접목되어 활용되고 있는 기술이다. 디지털 트윈 기술은 가상의 모델을 무한정 시뮬레이션을 통해 동작을 튜닝하고 환경변화에 대한 대응을 미리 실험하여 리스크를 최소화할 수 있는 장점을 지닌다. 최근 인공지능이나 기계학습에 관련된 기술들이 주목받기 시작하면서, 이와 같은 물리적인 사물의 모델링 작업을 데이터 기반으로 수행하려는 시도가 증가하고 있다. 특히, 산업현장에서 많이 활용되는 인더스트리 4.0 공장 자동화의 핵심인 협력 로봇의 디지털 트윈을 구축하기 위해서는 로봇의 동작을 인지하는 과정이 필수적으로 요구된다. 그러나 현재 협력 로봇의 동작을 인지하기 위한 시도는 미비하며, 센서 데이터를 기반으로 동작을 역으로 예측하는 기술은 더욱 그렇다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 로봇의 동작을 인지하기 위해 가정용 협력 로봇에서 전류 및 관성 데이터를 수집하기 위한 실험 환경을 구축하고, 수집한 센서 데이터를 기반으로 한 동작 예측 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 방식은 로봇의 동작 명령어를 조인트 위치 기반으로 분류하고 전류와 위치 센서 값을 사용하여 학습을 통해 예측하는 방식이다. SVM 을 이용하여 학습한 결과, 모델의 성능은 평균적으로 정확도, 정밀도, 및 재현율이 모두 96%로 평가되었다.

The main purpose of this paper is to propose the direction of financial IT development in macro-perspective. And it also shows a theoretical basis on the financial IT system that will be progressed with regard to an empirical model on the basis of the transformation process of the domestic financial IT environment for the future. In the process, this research produces and analyzes the meaningful patterns that have a significant influence on the financial IT development for 40 years, and attempts to backtrack the life-cycle of the core-banking model. This paper can be summarized as follows: Firstly, I analyzed the life-cycle of financial IT system in Korea per 10years. Secondly. The life-cycle of core-banking model is analyzed by 11years on the average and the one of the long term model by 33years. Thirdly, from the earlier days, the models of a long-term survival core-banking have been designed and developed through the objective analysis and bench-marketing. Lastly, the financial IT field should be developed into the integrated industry, and systematization of core-banking model studies and more professionals need to be extended. This research has contributed to provide the new frameworks through the analysis of the core-banking model that has not studied obviously for a long time. The paper involves two related sections, the first section deals with the significance of backtracking in core-banking model and also focuses on the key components from the perspective of financial IT management strategies. Based on the process, the second section figures out the life-cycles of actual core-banking model.
