Machine translation refers to software that translates a source language into a target language, and has been actively researching Neural Machine Translation through rule-based and statistical-based machine translation. One of the important factors in the Neural Machine Translation is to extract high quality parallel corpus, which has not been easy to find high quality parallel corpus of Korean language pairs. Recently, the AI HUB of the National Information Society Agency(NIA) unveiled a high-quality 1.6 million sentences Korean-English parallel corpus. This paper attempts to verify the quality of each data through performance comparison with the data published by AI Hub and OpenSubtitles, the most popular Korean-English parallel corpus. As test data, objectivity was secured by using test set published by IWSLT, official test set for Korean-English machine translation. Experimental results show better performance than the existing papers tested with the same test set, and this shows the importance of high quality data.

This paper examines the problems of big data analysis education and suggests ways to solve them. Big data is a trend that the characteristic of big data is evolving from V3 to V5. For this reason, big data analysis education must take V5 into account. Because increased uncertainty can increase the risk of data analysis, internal and external structured/semi-structured data as well as disturbance factors should be analyzed to improve the reliability of the data. And when using opinion mining, error that is easy to perceive is variability and veracity. The veracity of the data can be increased when data analysis is performed against uncertain situations created by various variables and options. It is the node analysis of the textom(텍스톰) and NodeXL that students and researchers mainly use in the analysis of the association network. Social network analysis should be able to get meaningful results and predict future by analyzing the current situation based on dark data gained.

The purpose of the study compares the difference between the carriers' reported large consumption emotion of customers in regards to the appearance of the crew. The research method was conducted for 15 days from March 11 to 25, 2018, and the number of valid samples was 289 in total. The results of the study showed that customers differ in the influence of perceived consumption sentiment between full service carrier and low cost carrier on uniform of flight attendant. Consumer sentiments perceived by low cost carriers are comfortable, familiar, and lively, and these results have proven that they are distinguished from low cost carriers by being clean, sophisticated, and large. The results of this study are significant when the airline has changed the crew uniform at the right time and considered it to be a marketing tool that is important to the image change of the company.

This paper describes the open API with integration of semantic web service with PARLAY X based open API in 4G mobile network. It can be expected that the intelligence such as the context-awareness, adaptation and personalization in 4G mobile network will be deployed. But the existing PARLAY based network lacks in considering context-awareness, adaptation and personalization. Therefore, the object of this paper is to support the architecture and the Application Programming Interface (API) of the network service for the context-awareness, adaptation and Personalization in 4G mobile network The open API is to provide users with the adaptive network service to the changing context constraints as well as detecting the changing context and user's Preference. For instance, the open API can Provide users with QoS in network according to the detected context and user's preference, after detecting the context such as location and speed and user's preference.

The regression analysis and Adaptive -Network based Fuzzy-inference system (ANFIS) were applied to the explanation on human's visual texture of cotton fabrics with 7 mechanical properties. The ANFIS uses the structure with fuzzy membership function and neural network. The results obtained by the statistical analysis through the coefficient of correlation and regression analysis showed that subjective texture had a linear relationship with mechanical properties. But It had a relatively low coefficient of determination and was difficult that the statistical analysis explained other relationship with the exception of a lineality and interaction among mechanical properties. Comparing the statistical analysis, the ANFIS was an effective tool to explain human's non-linear perceptions and their interactions. But to apply ANFIS to human's perceptions more effectively, it is necessary to discriminate effective input variables through controlling the properties of samples.

This study used social network analysis to analyze trends and the knowledge structure of research in international trade. To this end, 4,840 keywords were extracted and analyzed from 1,797 papers contained in the Journal of Int'l Trade and Industry Studies, the Korea Trade Review, and the Journal of Korea Trade from 2003 to 2019. The results reveal that the distribution of keywords in the trade studies, as with other intellectual networks, followed a power-law distribution. Some differences were observed in the top 20 keywords across journals, with total factor productivity, economic growth, and Korea-US FTA ranking high only in the Journal of Int'l Trade and Industry Studies. Global value chain and trust emerged as a topic that attracted new researchers' attention in the 2011-2019 period. Interest in E-Trade, WTO, and internationalization has declined in recent years. The conventional international trade research trend analyses have predominantly featured qualitative analysis by descriptive method in general, but this study is meaningful in that it employs quantitative analysis using social network analysis techniques.

In the GPRS(General Packet Radio Service) network, the transport layer between SGSN(Serving GPRS Support Node) and GGSN (Gateway GPRS Support Node) is based on IP-Over ATM Network. which means that the connectionless IP traffic is transmitted through connection oriented ATM transport layer. Efficient resource management is needed to perform connection and disconnection of the pertinent VC because of the connectionless IP traffic being passed through ATM transport layer In this paper, Internet Web service traffic model in the GPRS network is applied to the various VC holding Cost Pricing Model. each method is compared through analyzing each VC utilization and setup rate.

The recent mobile industry is providing of a lot of image on/off-line contents are being converted into the mobile contents for architectural design. However, it is difficult to provide users with the existing on/off-line contents without any considerations due to the small size of the mobile screen. In existing methods to overcome the problem, the comic contents on mobile devices are manually produced by computer software such as Photoshop. In this paper, I describe the Automatic Comics Conversion(ACC) system that provides the variedly form of offline comic contents into mobile device of the small screen using Multi-Layer Perceptorn(MLP). ACC produces an experience together with the comic contents fitting for the small screen, which introduces a clustering method that is useful for variety types of comic images and characters as a prerequisite as a stage for preserving semantic meaning. An application is to use the frame form of pictures, website and images in order into mobile device the availability and can bounce back the freeze images contents into dynamic images content.

HMIPv6 is designed to reduce the signaling load to external network and improve handover speed of MN by including Mobility Anchor Point(MAP) in local handover. However in this case of macro handover, it's just used pervious MIPv6 handover algorithm. So, it occurs packet loss and transmission delay problem. In this paper, we propose the mechanism applying the HMIPv6 for Fast Handover to choose suitable to the condition buffering handover. The condition for the selection is result distance measurement between MN and CN, between MN and NAR. Furthermore, using F-SNOOP protocol, it is possible to improve wireless network performance. Wireless network has high Bit Error Rate(BER) characteristic because of path loss, fading, noise and interference. TCP regards such errors as congestion and starts congestion control. This congestion control makes packet transmission rate low. However, F-SNOOP improves TCP performance based on SNOOP and Freeze TCP that use Zero Window Advertisement(ZWA) message when handoff occurs in wireless network.
