This study examines the possible differences in satisfaction level according to the attributes classified as product, price, and service among women apparel consumers with the experience of buying global and domestic SPA brands. Data were collected through a survey of 270 women consumers aged 20s and with SPSS 15.0. The results are as follows: The exploration of the difference in product, price, and service attributes between the global and domestic SPA brands revealed that for product attributes, domestic brands scored higher in management quality, while global brands scored higher in design. In addition, for price attributes, domestic brands scored higher in promotion, while global brands scored higher in price value. When it comes to service attributes, only in regards to store policy was there a significant difference, with the score of global brands higher than domestic brands. The analysis of the difference in shopping orientation on domestic SPA brands showed significant difference only in customer convenience for the category of service attributes, while on global SPA brands, there were significant differences of the design for product attributes, promotion for price attributes, and customer convenience for service attributes.

This study grouped on/offline browsing consumer types according to on/offline browsing consumer behavior and investigated the differences in shopping orientation, impulse buying, and fashion goods expenditure ratio in on/offline markets based on on/offline browsing types. Data were obtained from 379 consumers aged 10 to 40 in Daejeon Korea. The data were analyzed using factor analysis, cluster analysis and ANOVA. The result were as following. First, respondents were classified into four group by on/offline browsing behavior (high offline browsing group, low on/offline browsing group, high on/offline browsing group, and high online browsing group). Second, there were significant differences among groups in the shopping orientation (except for efficient shopping orientation). Third, groups showed differences in impulse buying and fashion goods expenditure ratio in on/offline markets. This information will benefit marketers in the use of multichannel consumer strategies.
This study investigates the clothing purchase behavior of active seniors in their 50s and 60s. Differences of clothing purchase behaviors were examined according to gender and the group classified by shopping orientation. Data were collected from September 2 to September 9, 2019 using a professional internet research panel; subsequently, 246 sets of useful data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, chi-squared test, ANOVA and Duncan-test using SPSS 21.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, there were significant differences in clothing purchase behavior of purchase frequency, purchase item, purchase price, and purchase channel according to gender; therefore marketers need plan different merchandising and retailing strategies between man's wear and woman's wear. Second. the result of cluster analysis by shopping orientation showed that active seniors were categorized into four groups including 'active shopping pursuit', 'economic/pleasure pursuit', 'convenience/brand pursuit', and 'passive shopping pursuit'. Third, there were significant differences in demographic variables such as gender and occupation according to four categorized groups. In addition, the significant differences of clothing purchase behaviors were verified according to four groups. 'Active shopping pursuit' group was shown to make the best use of offline channels and online channels in information research and product purchase.

This study examines age differences with respect to consumers' clothing purchase behavior. First, the differences of age groups were investigated according to clothing purchase behavior, which include purchase item, purchase price, purchase channel, information resources, purchase frequency, and monthly clothing expenditures. Second, the differences of segmented groups by age variable were investigated according to clothing purchase behaviors after segmenting consumers by clothing shopping orientation. An on-line survey was conducted from July 2 to July 10, 2019, and 500 data were collected from adults aged 20s to 60s who had bought their own clothes within one year. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, chi-squared test, ANOVA and Duncan-test using SPSS 21.0. This findings showed that there were significant differences in purchase item, purchase price, purchase channel, purchase frequency, and information resources according to age group. As a result of segmentation by shopping orientation, consumers were classified into three groups of high shopping involvement, low shopping involvement, and economic pursuit. In addition, there were partly significant differences in clothing purchase behavior according to classified groups by age variable.

This study was administered to identify features of masstiege high-end products by comparing to original old high-end products. For this purpose, the differences in shopping orientation between each consumer groups by product types(high-end products, original old high-end products) preferred were examined. 300 female consumers were surveyed and 279 data were used for analysis. The results are as follows. First, three elements(efficiency, enjoyment, convenience) of shopping orientation were constructed by factor analysis and efficiency element of all elements had highest explanation power. The differences in shopping orientation between masstiege high-end products and original old high-end products were identified by t-test. The consumers preferring original old high-end products regarded convenience element as an important factor and the consumers preferring masstiege high-end products considered efficiency element more. The correlation analysis between shopping orientation factors and demographic characteristics were administered. The consumers who were of low age, low education, low income and unmarried pursued efficiency more, the consumers who were unmarried, of high education and high income showed to pursue enjoyment more, and the consumers who were of high age, high education, high income and married considered convenience element more. Finally marketing strategies for masstiege brands were suggested.

The objectives of this study were to investigate the difference the clothing shopping orientation and clothing satisfaction according to satisfaction·dissatisfaction group to examine how the clothing satisfaction was influenced by consumer values demographic variable clothing shopping orientation. The subject were 457 women in Seoul Korea The results of the study were as follows. 1. five factors of clothing shopping orientation (SO) derived by factor analysis : F.1. conspicious SO : F,2 search SO: F,3 recreational SO : F,4 addictive SO :F,5 independent SO . Two factors of terminal value derived by factor analysis : F,1 responsible : F.2 ambitious. 2. Satisfaction group had high levels of search SO, dissatisfaction group had high levels of addictive SO. Satisfaction group was satisfied with color style appropriateness for wearer in order dissatisfaction group was dissatisfied with care price size in order. 3. Conspicious SO were influenced bysocial stratification social recognition and happiness. Search SO were influenced by dwelling area and age. Recreational SO were influenced by social stratification social recognition and responsible value. Addictive SO influenced by responsible value social recognition and happiness. independent SO were influenced by marital status and ambitious value. 4. Clothing satisfaction was influenced by addictive conspicious SO happiness and recreational SO(R2=24.6)

The purpose of the study were to find how the trend had an effect on a buying motivation, a selecting standard, a frequency of use, a purchase place of cosmetics, makeup and the distinctive quality of social strata of regarding a clothing shopping orientation. The subjects of investigation were the women in twenties who live in Seoul and Chonnam province. This study had been done from May to July 2001, and 660 questionnaires were used for analysis. The measuring tools used were the items of matters of preceding studies and developed ones by researchers on which questionnaires were prepared. Factor and cluster analysis and Duncan's multiple range test, ANOVA, x$^2$-test, frequency, and percentage as analysis methods were used through SPSS. The results of the study were as follows. The clothing shopping orientation divided five shopping orientations such as ostentatious style, enjoyable style, economical style, and prudent style, and an attachment style for special brands and shops. On the basis of this result, the groups 20's females were classified into low groups by the cluster analysis; economical shopping group, indifferent shopping group, conspicuous shopping group, and recreational shopping group. In the case of cosmetics purchasing motives, evaluation criteria of cosmetics, stores selection criteria were found according to shopping orientation subdivision, and there was the significant difference between the groups in frequency of use, a purchase place of cosmetics.

The present study attempts to identify the differences in consumer information source, shopping orientation, and store image in the purchase of cosmetics in adult women at the age of 20 or more according to the distributions channels: department stores, specialty stores, discount stores and direct mails. From October 3 to 13, a survey was conducted to 1,200 adult women who visited each channel and who would understand the purpose of this study and complete the questionnaire. 300 sheets were distributed to each of the channels under investigation, and a total of 1,116 questionaaires were used in the final analysis. Using the statistical package, SPSS WIN 10.0, factor analysis, ANOVA, and Duncan's post-hoc test were carried out. The result are as follows: 1. There was a difference in the demographical characteristics of the consumers according to the distribution channels for cosmetics. 2. There was a differen co in the shopping orientations of the consumers according to the distribution channels for cosmetics. 3. There was a difference in the information sources of the consumers according to the distribution channels for cosmetics. 4. There was a difference in the store images perceived by the consumers according to the distribution channels for cosmetics.

The purpose of the study is to investigate relationships between shopping orientations and receptive attitudes towards sales promotion activities by internet fashion companies. Futhermore, the study was to explore differences in shopping orientations and receptive attitudes towards sales promotion activities according to consumer groups who were classified by their frequency of buying fashion merchandise through the internet. A total of 954 questionnaires were administered to internet users, and 943 questionnaires were returned. Data was analyzed by SPSS 10.0, and factor analysis, Cronbach' $\alpha$ coefficient, ANOVA, Duncan's Multiple Range test and Multiple regression were used. The findings of the study were as follows: There were differences in shopping orientations and receptive attitudes towards sales promotion activities among consumer groups. Frequent shoppers had most and non-frequent shoppers had the least shopping enjoyment, fashion orientation, and receptive attitudes towards sales promotion activities than any other group. There were significant positive relationships between 3 factors of shopping orientations and 3 dimensions of receptive attitudes. All three factors of shopping orientations affected each three dimensions of receptive attitudes of internet fashion consumers towards sales promotion activities.

The study investigated the effect of shopping orientations of male and female consumers on the attitude toward sales clerk's service and shopping environments. The subjects of the study were male and female consumers who were residents in Seoul. Among the 400 distributed questionnaires, 364 questionnaires were used for data analysis. Statistical analyses used for the study were cluster analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, and $X^2-test$. The results showed that shopping orientations of male and female consumers had 6 factors: pleasure, economic, store loyal, planned, convenience, and impulsive. These 6 factors were classified into 5 groups by cluster analysis: pleasure/impulsive group, planned group, economic/ convenient group, planned/store loyal group, and low interest group. In regard to the differences among the five shopping orientation groups, the result showed that the groups were significantly different concerning the attitude toward sales clerk's service and shopping environments. In addition, male and female consumers were significantly different in shopping orientations, and the attitude toward sales clerk's service and shopping environment. For example, female consumers sought more pleasurable shopping while male consumers sought more store loyal shopping. Based on the findings of this study, the marketing strategies can be developed fur the specific segmented groups.
