본 연구는 코로나-19로 인해 아프리카 국가들 중 1인당 사망자수와 케이스 수 그리고 환경적 요인과 의료 환경 요인을 데이터베이스화하여 다각적인 방면에서 측정하고 분석하였다. 코로나로 인해 사망자수가 증가하였으나 무엇이 가장 영향을 끼친 요인인지에 대해서 아직 정확히 밝혀진 바가 없다. 또한, 코로나 특성상 하나의 요인이 아닌 여러 요인이 혼합적으로 작용하여 일어나기 때문에, 여러 상황을 가정하여 외부 환경과 의료 환경을 모두 분석하였다. 이를 통해 요인을 확인하고 요인이 없다면 향후 다른 요인을 밝혀내기 위해 필요한 자료로 사용될 것이며 앞으로 각 국가별로 정책을 실행할 때 이를 이용해 '위드 코로나', '폐쇄 정책' 등을 실시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In order to meet the medical demand according to the changing medical environment and to provide patients with quality dental treatment and improve treating environment by establishing reasonable management plan, with 149 patients for whom continuous dental health program has been applied, the degree of satisfaction with the dental treatment, and the influence factors on the satisfaction were investigated. Using the SPSS Ver. 13.0, mean value analysis were performed on the satisfactions with dental care service and the quality of dental care service according to general characteristics, and regression analysis were performed on the influence of general characteristics and the degree of satisfaction with dental care service on the satisfaction of dental treatment. The result of the multiple regression analysis revealed the human (staff), environment, and the procedure of treatment as the influence factors of the satisfaction with dental treatment. Systematic management and training should be implemented to improve the quality of dental care service and enhance the satisfaction.

The objection of this present study are (1) measurement of patient's expectation toward quality care of dental services. (2) Analysis of differential expectation of dental service by the patient characteristics and (3) presentation of measurement implication for better dental service at the dental clinic. The data used in the study were collected from April 25 to June 9, 2001 and for 77 patients of university dental hospital and 102 patients of dental clinic. The study found, in general, that patient's expectation on the clinic environmental factor was most highly scored followed by dental human factors. The convenience of transportation from the patient's residence to the clinic was highly concerned as be an important factor in dental service utilization.

The goal of this study was to survey the degree of nursing students' knowledge of standard precaution, intention about performance, attitude toward performance, safety climate, performance of standard precaution and to identify factors influencing performance. A cross-sectional survey was implemented with samples of 296 nursing students. We collected the data from June 15 to 30, 2018 and analyzed by SPSS 21.0 program. There were significant correlation between intention about performance, attitude toward performance, safety climate and performance. The factors that affecting performance of standard precaution among nursing students are intention about performance and safety climate, which explained 20% of the variances. Therefore, It needs to develop an infection management education program and to prepare an safe nursing practice environments in hospitals for nursing students to improve their implementation of standard precautions for preventing clinical infection.

This study identified the impacts of organizational commitment on medical service reduction rates by lifestyles of medical institution workers with a medium of environmental factors in a medical institution, and it conducted a survey targeting 300 medical institution workers in Jeolla-do, South Korea. The results are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in an organizational commitment by sociodemographic characteristics based on age, academic career, gender, marital status, occupational description, monthly earnings, the years of employment, and the type of hospital. Second, there was a significant difference in environmental factors by sociodemographic characteristics based on marital status, the years of employment, and the type of hospital. Third, there was a significant difference in the inpatient reduction rate based on the occupational description, years of employment, and the type of hospital. In the outpatient reduction rate, a significant difference was shown based on age, marital status, occupational description, the years of employment, and the type of hospital. Fourth, when analyzing the relationship between organizational commitment, environmental factors, and the reduction rate, there was a significant positive correlation between inpatient reduction rate and outpatient reduction rate. Fifth, when analyzing the impacts on the inpatient reduction rate by deploying organizational commitment and environmental factors at the same time, it was shown that the environmental factors mediated partially in organizational commitment and inpatient reduction rate. In the case of outpatient reduction rate, it was shown that the environmental factors mediated completely in organizational commitment and outpatient reduction rate. The present study is aimed to contribute to providing the baseline data for an efficient operational plan and effective workforce management of medical institutions.

To empirical analysis as a background element present hypotheses and research model setting, study population and method of analysis of the set, factor analysis and reliability, validity analysis conducted, and Windows 7 operating system SPSS 19.0 analysis tool for Regional Medical Center enable the public health was to investigate the relationship between factors and variables, PLS 2.0 as an analytical tool to test the hypothesis through the analysis of the model was used.

This study was a descriptive study performed to identify factors affecting medical satisfaction in multicultural members. The survey participants were 301 multicultural members in A city. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Independent t-tests, One-way ANOVA, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis with the SPSS 14.0 program. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the predictors of satisfaction among the medical staff were satisfaction with age and health insurance, which accounted for 28% of all variance. Predictors of satisfaction with the medical environment were age and jobs, which accounted for 17% of all variance. Predictors of satisfaction with medical expenses were multicultural form, educational level, and jobs, which accounted for 33% of all variance. These results suggest that we need to develop and implement strategies and programs that can enhance satisfaction with medical use among multicultural members.

본 연구는 환자의 의료기관 선택기준에 관한 조사를 실시하는데 있다. 외래, 중 병원에서 검사한 사항을 CD로 담아 타 병원 진료 후 현 병원에 내원한 대상자와 본 병원에서 진료 후 CD를 가지고 타 병원으로 전원 하는 환자 및 보호자를 대상으로 2009년 10월 5일부터 10월 26일까지 본 연구에 동의하는 대상자 302명을 대상으로 하였다. 내원 전원 환자의 물리적 특성에서 주차시설, 주위시설, 의료진 서비스 품질에서는 간호사 친절도, 전문성, 설명, 의료 서비스 품질 특성에서는 의료기기 최신설비, 병원 평판에서는 의료인력 의술, 주위 환경, 병원 외적 요인에서는 진료의 권유 항목이 유의하였다(p<0.05). 내원 시 병원 선택 변수 평균치 검정 결과 중 성별에서는 만족도, 연령별에서는 의료진 서비스품질, 거주지에서는 병원외적요인, 병원지역에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료기관에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료구분에서는 만족도에서 유의하였다(p<0.05). 전원 시 병원 선택 변수 평균치 검정결과 중 연령별에서는 의료진 서비스 품질, 거주지에서는 병원외적요인, 병원지역에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료기관에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료 구분에서는 만족도가 유의하였다(p<0.05). 본 연구에서는 내원 전원 환자는 물리적 환경, 의료서비스 품질, 병원 평판 등 을 병원 선택에 중요한 요인들로 지각 하고 있으며 간호사와 주위 사람들의 권유에 의하여 병원을 선택한다고 나타났다. 내원 환자는 의료진 서비스 품질, 병원 평판, 만족도에서 평균치가 높게 나타났다. 전원 환자는 물리적 환경, 의료진 서비스품질, 의료 서비스 품질, 병원 평판, 만족도에서 평균치가 높게 나타났다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 12.0 Window Program을 이용하였다.

This study analyzed technical efficiencies of health service industry of OECD countries with DEA and SFA approaches using 10 year data from OECD Health Database. The results can be summarized as follows: First, Korea was found the best practice among 15 OECD countries based on CRS nondirectional SBM models. Second, it was found that some inefficiencies were due to environmental factors. Third, we found that environmental factors were important factors in efficiencies of health service industry by observing that there were large efficiency changes after adjusting slacks due to environmental factors. From the above, Korea led the OECD countries in health service industry and was the most competent. But this study has some limitation since the quality and cost of health care was not taken into account.

최근 우리나라는 대형병원이 증가하고 의료시장 개방에 따른 외국병원의 국내유입으로 중소병원은 환자의 수가 줄고, 우수한 의료진 확보가 어려워지는 등 심각한 경영난을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중소병원 경쟁 확보방안을 제시를 위해 원격의료서비스를 포함한 의료서비스 품질이 환자만족도에 미치는 영향을 보고자 하였다. 중소병원에서 시행하는 사전 약 처방에 있어 전화원격의료서비스를 받은 고객을 대상으로 의료서비스품질이 환자만족도에 미치는 영향을 설문을 통해서 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 통해서 기존의 의료서비스인 병원 환경 및 의료진 서비스 요인보다는 원격의료서비스요인이 의료서비스만족도에 보다 높은 영향을 미치는 관계를 검증하였다. 이를 통해 연구적 시사점을 도출하고, 중소형 병원의 의료서비스개선을 위한 전략수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다.
