육상의 U-health서비스와 달리 해상이라는 특수한 지리적 요건으로 인해 사용 가능한 통신기술이 제한적이며, 선박이라는 특수한 공간에서 발생하는 진동과 소음 등 환경적 요소와 의사 및 의료팀의 부재에 따른 의료지식이 현저히 부족한 의료 관리자 및 일반인이 쉽게 시스템을 사용가능하도록 사용성을 고려하여 해상의 선박 및 플랜트 등에서 원격으로 의료서비스 지원이 가능하도록 해양환경에 최적화된 원격의료시스템을 개발하였다.

u-헬스케어 서비스는 개인 의료 정보를 다루는 분야로서 단순한 건강 검진 및 치료의 수준을 넘어 생명과도 밀접한 관계가 있다. 개인 의료 정보 속성은 매우 민감하기 때문에 만약 개인 의료 정보가 불법적으로 노출되거나 악용될 경우 단순한 개인 프라이버시 침해뿐만 아니라 생명까지도 위협받을 수 있다. 이러한 이유로 안전한 개인 의료 정보 공유 및 인증방법이 가장 우선시 되어야 하며 보안성을 고려하여 u-헬스케어 시스템을 구축해야 한다. 또한 개인의 건강 정보에 대한 관리를 체계적으로 수행하여 의료 서비스기관에 의한 개인 의료 정보 남용을 방지하기 위해 보안 감사 시스템이 강화되어야 한다. 따라서 본고에서는 u-헬스케어 서비스와 관련된 다양한 보안 취약점 및 최신 정보보호 기술 동향에 관해 알아본다.

지난 수십년간 의료기기는 비약적인 발전을 거듭하며 의료서비스에 이바지하여 왔다. 최근의 기술동향으로는ICT(Information and Communication Technology) 기술의 발전이 전통적인 진단과 치료 방법에서 새로운 의료서비스의 형태로 진화를 유도하고 있다. ICT 기술과 의료기기의 융합을 통하여 진단, 치료, 의료정보화 및 개인건강관리 분야에 이르기 까지 신속하고 정확하고 효율적인 의료서비스 개선을 추구하고 있다. 인구의 고령화, 만성질환자 증가, 의료비상승, 의료진의 부족이 예상되는 미래환경에서 ICT 기술의 기여도는 점점 더 커질 것이다. 전세계적인 정보통신망 인프라의 활성화와 개인용 스마트 디바이스의 보급으로 정보와 기기에 대한 접근성이 훨씬 용이해지고 웰빙에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 개인 건강관리에 대한 서비스 요구가 높아지고 있다. ICT 종주국으로서 의료기기 산업에서도 국내기업의 활약을 기대하며 ICT 융합 의료기기의 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

Emergency medical service pertains highly to the public service sector which has to be provided equally in a society and evenly in a spatial dimension by the government. However, emergency medical centers in Korea are inequally distributed in a space and also human capital, facility, and equipment for emergency medical centers show clear disparity among regions. This research analyzed the spatial balance of the demand supply level for emergency medical service in Seoul by constructing the potential demand surface map and supply surface map for this service. The surface map of demand-supply balance for emergency medical service was constructed by GIS based map algebra algorism. The results by this analysis very clearly reveal the spatial disparity of emergency medical service. The places where are over-represented by demand level compared to their supply level are estimated to require an additional establishment of emergency medical centers in the near future. While, the places where are over-represented by supply level compared to their potential demand for emergency medical services indicate the possibility of problems in the management of emergency medical centers because of a surplus in the supply of emergency medical services. The results of this research can be utilized in providing valuable information for the adequate provision of emergency medical centers and for the estimation of range on the service area of emergency medical services.

본 논문에서는 시장에서 추계되는 소비자 의료가격지수의 바이어스를 가져오는 두 가지 원인을 살펴보았다 첫 번째로 가격지수구성이 갖는 구조적인 특성으로부더 야기되는 바이어스문제를 살펴보았고, 두 번째로, 소비자가 시장에서 실제로 구매하는 의료서비스와 해당 서비스 가격에 대한 모호한 정의로부터 야기되는 바이어스 문제를 살펴보았다 일반적인 가격지수는 최종 소비재 및 서비스 가격 변동 추계를 원칙으로 한다. 그러한 원칙이 의료가격 지수 구성의 경우 무시되고 의료서비스 생산을 위한 생산 요소가격 변동을 추계하여 최종 의료서비스 가격지수로 대용하고 있음을 보여주고 있다.

This study investigates the parameters that affect the choice of Korean medical services, as well as the relationship between the cultural characteristics and the behavioral intention to use Korean medical services. The cultural characteristics of Chinese and Russian individuals have an impact on the national image and image of Korea's medical services, and that this affects their behavioral intention to use Korean medical services. Nevertheless, there were differences among the cultural characteristics, in terms of specific elements. Among Chinese individuals, the national image is affected by 'power distance', 'individualism-collectivism', and 'long-term orientation'; for Russians, it is affected by 'individualism-collectivism', 'power distance', 'uncertainty avoidance', and 'long-term orientation'. On the other hand, for Chinese, the image of Korean medical services is affected by 'power distance' and 'long-term orientation', while for Russians it is affected by 'power distance' and 'uncertainty avoidance'. These in turn influence their behavioral intention to use Korean medical services. As such, by recognizing these cultural properties, and by designing and offering suitable services with these in mind, Korean medical institutions can nurture among foreign visitors greater satisfaction and a desire to revisit.

Although the patient's problem with access to health information has been improved due to rapidly developing information technologies, such as the internet, some patients still do not have enough ability to understand, interpret, and analyze the health information. Given this view on the patient's asymmetric information problem, if a doctor provides sufficient effort to help patients understand and interpret medical information, the efficiency of patient's medical care use could be improved. This paper shows firstly that the patient's inefficient use of medical care originates from his information problems, such as the misperception of the effectiveness of medical care and secondly suggests that if the doctor makes sufficient effort to correct patient's information problems, the inefficiency can be ameliorated. This paper also suggests the manipulation of a doctor's payment method can lead a doctor to provide optimal level of efforts which can in turn lead patients to use the optimal level of medical care. With an optimal level of effort, a doctor can more easily achieve a patient's compliance with the newly recommended amount of medical care.

The study was performed to measure structural relationship among service value, brand image, and royalty of patients in regional public hospitals in Korea. Based on the analysis, the study aims to establish strategic direction of the regional public hospitals. Through a review of related literatures, measurement variables were identified, and a path model was developed for the study. Five regional public hospitals were chosen, and questionnaire has been collected from 387 outpatients and 358 inpatients. The study found that service value has a positive direct effect on brand image, and brand image has a positive direct effect on loyalty. Based on the findings, it is desirable for the regional public hospitals should mange the issues with lower level of perception and those with bigger effect, and establish low pricing strategy with improving the quality of service they provide.

This research was conducted to explore the factors that cause medical tourists' dissatisfaction, and find ways to solve the tourists' problems by researching on the relationship between the service recovery and the failure of medical services. Also, the research has put more emphasis on establishing marketing strategies that enable Japanese medical tourists to actively visit Korea, and finding out the effects that the medical tourists satisfaction and trust have on their behavioral intentions, recommendations, and positive feedbacks. The summary of the research analysis results as follows. First, the service recovery after the service failure has positive influences on the medical tourist's satisfaction. Second, the service recovery has proven its positive influences on the tourists' trusts and behavioral intentions. Third, the satisfaction of the service recovery has built the mutual trust between the tourists' and the medical center, and this has positive influences on the customer's behavioral intentions. Finally, the research was conducted to analyze the moderating effects on the relationship between the service recovery and the recovery satisfaction. It was found that the medical service failure recognition type has proven no moderating effects.

의료영상기기의 발달과 등장으로 진단과 치료목적으로 생성된 의료영상은 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있다. 게다가 의료 환경이 보다 전문화, 집중화 되면서 의료기관 간의 협업의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 의료기관간의 효과적인 의료협업을 위해서는 의료정보의 원활한 가시화와 이를 지원하기 위한 정보 처리는 필수적이다. 의료기관간의 의료정보를 가시화하기 위해서는 안정적이고 다양한 의료정보를 표현하기 위한 플랫폼이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 의료정보 협업을 지원하는 의료협업 플랫폼을 제안하고 기존의 PACS-Grid 와 서비스 기반의 의료정보 협업 가시화 서비스를 설명하고자 한다.
