This study supports the introduction policy of the MSO and Profit-making corporation by reviewing, and is intend to reviewing the analysis of policy measures activation in the digital age. The Medical industry is changing at a fast pace, and it is becoming fierce, In that flow, our nation has been giving efforts to the Medical industry in its bot qualitative growth and quantitative growth. However, we are laggard in our policy to activity such as the MSO and Profit-making corporation. It is true that there exists arguing on introducing market economy into the Medical industry, but we need a sound the activity policy which can extend over those negative perspectives.

의료시스템은 모든 것이 병원 네트워크를 중심으로 의료 서비스가 제공되어 진다. 하지만 자연재해, 천재지변과 같은 갑작스런 환자 발생으로 인한 응급 이동 사항, 혹은 진료자의 외진 및 환자 방문시에는 일반 데스크탑 PC에서 이루어지는 상태의 의료 서비스가 아닌 휴대하기 간편하고 언제 어디서나 의료서비스를 받을 수 있는 Personal Digital Assistant (PDA)와 같은 휴대용 기기에서의 의료시스템이 필요하다. PDA는 휴대가 용이하며 유선 네트워크 시스템에 구애받지 않는 무선 모바일 장비로서 무선 통신이 가능한 곳이라면 언제 어디서라도 환자에 대한 의료 정보를 조회할 수 있다. 또한 PDA의 통신 기술로서 병원과의 실시간 통신이 가능하여 응급 환자에 대해 빠른 진료를 제공 할 수 있다. 이와 더불어 임베디드기기 프로세서의 발달로 인하여 연산처리 기술도 많은 향상을 가져왔고 이로 인하여 기존의 PDA에서의 문제였던 DICOM영상의 조회 및 처리속도에도 많은 향상을 가져왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 의료영상 표준인 DICOM표준을 따르며 이동성이라는 장점을 통하여 언제 어디서나 손쉽게 진료자가 환자의 의료정보 및 의료 영상을 조회할 수 있도록 하는 PDA용 모바일 의료영상 조회 시스템을 PXA255 기반의 Embedded Linux 상에서 QT/C++을 사용하여 구현하였다.

With a fast progress of medical information technology, there are many ongoing studies on utilization and integration of medical information in medical industries. But for now, the integration of medical information is a heavy burden to medical facilities since they have to change their systems in general. So the studies tend to introduce EMR system in a cloud base. The centralized system can have a lot of problems that exposure to health information in a cloud environment. This paper proposes a method for integration and authentication of medical information using broker agent in multi-cloud environment.

Precision Medicine, which utilizes personal health information, genetic information, clinical information, etc., is growing as the next-generation medical industry. In Korea, medical institutions and information communication companies have coll aborated to provide cloud-based Precision Medicine Hospital Information Systems (P-HIS) to about 90 primary medical ins titutions over the past five years, and plan to continue promoting and expanding it to primary and secondary medical insti tutions for the next four years. Precision medicine is directly related to human health and life, making information protecti on and healthcare information protection very important. Therefore, this paper analyzes the preliminary research on inform ation protection models that can be utilized in cloud-based Precision Medicine Hospital Information Systems and ultimately proposes research on ways to improve information protection in P-HIS.

최근 코로나 19가 장기화하면서, 비대면서비스로 대체되고 있는 한편, 의료분야에도 서비스 패러다임이 변화되고 있다. 특히, 국내의 법 제도적으로 묶여 있는 원격 의료서비스의 적용이 가능하고 상급종합병원에서는 비대면 진료서비스를 도입하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 비대면 원격판독시스템은 모바일 의료영상진단기기를 기반으로 의료사각지대에 있는 환자들의 영상촬영과 이에 대한 판독 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템이다. 제안한 시스템은 의료환경에 적용하기 위해 환자의 개인정보를 보호하고, 원격으로 환자의 영상 데이터를 판독하기 위한 시스템과 그 처리 과정을 보인다. 그리고 끝으로 구축된 시스템의 수행 결과를 보인다.

The market for medical tourism services in the world is steadily increasing and the medical tourism market in the South Korea is also showing high growth. However, they have also problem such as informal various information and services, irregularity price competition etc. In order to solve this problem, We have designed a medical tourism service model based on ICT specific on domestic medical ecosystem. First, analysis trends of domestic and overseas medical ecosystem and identify current problem of medical tourism. In order to solve existed problem we also have designed a medical tourism strategy. Based on the strategy, we have designed business service model based on ICT platform for as fit as Korea medical tourism status. The proposed medical tourism business service model can provide usability to customer and also can solve current medical tourism problem. We expect industrial effect and contribution to the activation.

The disasters in Korea, such as the Sewol Ferry Ship sinking disaster has had problems related to the medical response system, with the problems of emergency medical support team in the site, the cooperation between medical staff and fire department officer at disaster site, field medical support and hospital acceptance of the wounded in trouble, the lack of specific systematic medical response manual. Therefore, from May 2014, when the disaster emergency information center in Central Emergency Medical Center starts, collection, modification and education of scattered preexisting disaster emergency medical manual had appeared as important issues. So, it was necessary to develop the early medical response system to disaster. The correction planning of disaster emergency medical response system by Central Emergency Medical Center included quick response system with the fast medical team operation, but the practical application was not enough. So the researcher and his team developed the first Korean disaster emergency medical response manual and the process of development was documented and arranged with the application by education and training.

The purpose of this research is to find the cause of low degree of utilization of medical equipment that are provided as Official Development Assistance(ODA) and to suggest an effective medical equipment support system for ODA. This research analyzes the supporting process of the medical equipment as ODA in Kitengela Health Center in Kenya. As the result of analysis, it has been found that the following problems. 1) It was found that users was attended insufficient to demand medical equipment. 2) The determination of medical equipment request was inadequate. 3) It was appeared to be organized the compilation of the budget for purchases and operation of medical equipment 4) The improvement of procurement system of medical equipment was appeared to need. 5) It was appeared to need to build conditions for installation of medical equipment. 6) It was necessary to secure finance, to conduct periodic management training, and to ensure available human resources in management and maintenance in order to sustain the medical equipment management ability and it is encouraged to promote leadership in healthcare facility management. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of this research are discussed.

It can determine the outcome of the lawsuit whether or not there is a causality between the medical malpractice of a physician and the patient's injury when the patient is filing a lawsuit against the physician in order to pursue civil liability for a medical accident. In medical malpractice lawsuits, it is not easy to judge causality between different civil cases because of the special nature of medical care. Also, information such as medical records is concentrated on doctors and the medical knowledge of the patient is relatively insufficient compared with the doctor. Therefore, it is recognized through medical malpractice lawsuits that the burden of proof of the causality burdened by the plaintiff patient is relaxed. In this paper, I examine the legal theory on how to recognize causality in medical civil liability and then concern the attitude of the case in Korea, which is divided into the types of the causality - such as the case of general medical practice, explanation duty, no causality with medical malpractice.

This study aims to identify the inequalities and characteristics of health care expenditure of the elderly and non-elderly households by income level. As a result, health care expenditure of elderly households was statistically significantly higher than that of non-elderly households. As a result of calculating the concentration index of health care expenditure by income level, inequality was higher in order of non-elderly households, elderly households, and total households. In order to confirm the effect of health expenditure on household income inequality, we calculated the concentration index of income excluding total health care expenditure from total income. As a result, inequality was higher in order of elderly households, whole households, and non-elderly households. There was not much difference in inequality of health care expenditure among elderly households and non-elderly households. And, the health care expenditure of elderly households was much higher than that of non-elderly households. Also, inequality of health care expenditure by income group was serious. There should be no cases where the medical care support policy for elderly households can not use necessary medical services.
