목적: 보건의료 관리 분야의 진로는 급변하는 사회적 요구와 시대적 흐름에 발맞추어 다양한 형태로 변화하여 왔다. 본 연구에서는 학습 수요자 측면으로 교과과정에 대한 만족도와 보건의료 계열 취업에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 보건의료 계열 학과 학생들의 취업률을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 방법: 경기도 성남시 소재 보건의료 계열 학과 163명을 대상으로 2013년 5월 6일부터 5월 9일까지 설문조사를 거쳐 분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 성별에 따른 교육과정의 만족도는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았으나, 고학년으로 올라갈수록 교육과정에 대한 만족도가 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 성별과 학년에 따라 자격증 취득 계획 여부는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 즉, 성별이 여학생이고 학년이 낮을수록 전공관련 자격증 취득 계획이 높았다. 전공관련 자격증 취득에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 '성별', '학년(학번)', '보건의료계열 분야로의 취업 여부'가 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 보건의료계열 취업 여부에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 '교육과정 만족도', '전공관련 자격증 취득 계획'이 통계학적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 결론: 보건의료관련 학과 학생들의 동일계열 취업률을 향상시키기 위해서는 전공관련 자격증 취득에 직접 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 학생들의 요구를 파악하여 교육과정에 반영하는 것이 중요할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to study of correlation of characteristcs of bio-medical ethics and self-esteem for undergraduate students and to compare bio-medical ethics perception between health science and non-health science undergraduate students. We investigated bio-medical ethics and self-esteem of 651 undergraduate students including health science students and non-health science students for two weeks in May, 2015. The results of this study showed significant correlation between self-esteem and bio-medical ethics. The higher self-esteem, the more important bio-medical ethics. But it showed no significant difference between two groups in bio-medical ethics about brain death, euthanasia except biotechnology.

비보건계열 대학생들을 대상으로 치과위생사 의료인화 정책에 대한 찬반의견을 조사하였다. 비보건계열 대학생들은 의료인, 의료기사의 구분에 대한 인식 수준, 치과위생사 업무에 대한 인식 수준이 낮았고, 40%의 응답자가 치과위생사 의료인화 정책에 찬성하였다. 치과위생사를 단순히 의료인으로 편입시키는 정책보다는 치과의료와 관련된 법률을 제정한다거나 치과위생사 직업의 단독법을 제정하는 등 국민구강건강을 향상시키는 데 바람직한 체계가 무엇인지 다양한 시각으로 모색할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the expectation toward medical artificial intelligence(AI) of students in majoring health, and to utilize it as a basic data for widespread use of medical AI for 500 students majoring in health science at Cheonan city. The awareness of AI was 18.6%, the reliability of AI was 24.8%, and agreement to use of medical AI was 38%. Also, the higher the awareness and reliability of AI were, the higher the expectation of AI was. As a result, education on medical AI in the major field should be a cornerstone for the development of an effective healthcare environment utilizing medical AI by raising awareness, reliability and expectation of AI.

This study is planned and designed to develop an education program for students majoring health care in order to improve their knowledge and attitudes of ethics and service. First, this study examine the educational needs of 505 students majoring health care and 175 field workers through literature reviews, survey of questionnaire, and opinions of experts. And then, the educational goals, contents, methods are selected and established in this study. Lastly, the effects of the ethics and service education program shown by their knowledge and attitudes are examined. In the effect analyses, we can see there is meaningful difference in average variation of knowledge level in before and after the education, and also find that average scores after education was higher than before education in the field of intrinsic, social, and altruistic compensations. We can conclude that the developed education program in this study, has an effect on increasing a standard of value of the students participated in the program.

Objective : The objective of this research tried to know the differences about the perception of volunteering between the elderly group of seniors with experience of college's Department of Health Care Services and the elderly group of seniors without it. Method : We researched 79 people aged using the facilities for the elderly and the facilities for welfare for the aged from August 2010 to November 2010. Result : As a result of perception of the old according to whether to experience in services of students in the college of department of health care or not, the old (89%) of the whole person was positive. The perception of the volunteer of student in the department of health care was not a statistical difference between the old group with experience in volunteer service and the old group without it. The field that two groups want to be serviced was the highest in the department of rehabilitation. Conclusion : It is necessary for the university with the functions of social service to provide health and medical service to the old in the community through systematic training to meet their needs.

This study conducted a survey to find out the opinions on oral health behavior and oral health education according to gender in health and non-health college students. According to the research results, there were many girls in the health-realted field and boys in the non-health-related college students. Among the oral health behaviors, brushing in school was common in both boys and girls in the health-related college students, and professional oral health education experiences were also found in the health-related college students. The need for oral health education among male students was 76.4% for healh-related college students, 48.3% for non-health-related college students, whereas female health-related college students showed 80.3%, and non-health -related college students were 60.4%. Participation in oral health education in order of male health-related students, male non-health-related students, female health-related students, and female non-health-related students were 81.9%, 68.1%, 84.8% and 73.3% respectively. The preferred method of oral health education was experiential education such as brushing for both male and female in the health-related college students, and lectures by dentists or dental hygienist were the highest reponse for non-health-related college students. The preferred location for oral health education was highest in schools. Through the results of this study, it was considered necessary to develop and disseminate appropriate oral health education programs according to college students' majors and gender, and to form correct oral health knowledge, attitudes and behaviors for oral health through oral health education.

This study aimed to identify the effects of Basic Life Support course for healthcare providers on the knowledge and attitude of the health science college students. The study was a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent pre-post test. The subjects included 140 health science college students from a D college in D city. BLS course for healthcare providers was given to the experimental group from August 3 to August 29, 2010. The knowledge and attitude of cardiopulmonary resuscitation were measured. The data were analyzed with ${\chi}^2$ test, Fisher's exact test, independent t-test, paired t-test and ANCOVA using the SPSS/PC 12.0 win. For the CPR knowledge, a significant increase was observed in the experimental group (F=47.227, p<.001). For the CPR attitude, the experimental group were significantly increased compared to the control group (F=40.204, p<.001). The study showed that BLS Course for Healthcare Providers has positive effects on CPR knowledge and attitude for the health science college students. Subject related to CPR through the division of health science needs to be recommended and systemic and standard educational programs should be developed.

This study attempted to describe the essential structure of lived experience of a students trans ferring into the nursing program. A study on the experience of students who have a major in this of health or who have experience in a medical institution is aimed at identifying the nature of incorporating nursing into each individual. The experiences were analyzed and the meaning of the experiences was understood by applying the phenomenolgical Analysis method of Colaizzi. The total number of people who majored in health care and five experienced medical institutions was nine, which resulted four themes and 14 central beauty. Based on the results of this study, it will provide basic materials for fostering professional nursing personnel at various nursing sites by understanding the nursing departments and experiences of students with experience in the health care system.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between self-esteem, appearance satisfaction, interpersonal relationship, and job-seeking stress in health care related students and to investigate the factors influencing college students' job-seeking stress. A self-report type survey was conducted targeting a total of 184 of college students in a city from June 11 to 15, 2018 were enrolled. The results are as followed; The strongest predictor of job-seeking stress was self-esteem (${\beta}=-.407$, p<.001). Self-esteem, employment impact of appearance, academic grade accounted for 18.5% of job-seeking stress based on multiple regression analysis. In order to reduce the job-seeking stress of health care related students, it is necessary to develop a personalized employment program for each major field and individual that can improve the self-esteem of the individual.
