A Study on Design Security Management Evaluation Model for Small-Medium size Healthcare Institutions (중소형 의료기관 보안관리 평가모델 설계 연구)

  • In this paper, the security characteristics of healthcare institutions were derived through analysis of previous research, and the characteristics and status of small and medium sized healthcare institutions were surveyed through field surveys of small and medium sized healthcare institutions. The security management evaluation model for small and medium sized healthcare institutions was designed and verified based on the security characteristics of small and medium healthcare institutions. For the design, we compared and analyzed existing security management system and evaluation certification system of healthcare institutions. We also confirmed the proposed security management evaluation model and the degree of sharing. In addition, we conducted validation for the statistical verification of the proposed security management evaluation model for small and medium sized healthcare institutions, and we performed the relative priority analysis through AHP analysis to derive the weight for each item. The result of this study is expected to be used as a standard of security management evaluation model that can be practiced in small and medium sized healthcare institutions.

지면보수교육 - 암관리법 완화의료 관련 규정

  • 2006년 정부에서 암정복 10개년 계획을 발표하면서 추진전략의 하나로 암환자 재활 및 완화의료 지원 강화가 포함되었다. 2008년부터 '말기암환자 전문의료기관 지정고시'를 제정하여 인력, 시설, 장비기준을 충족할 경우 완화의료전문기관으로 지정하여 사업평가 및 운영비를 지원하고 있다. 2010년 암관리법이 개정 공포되면서 '완화의료제도' 관련규정 또한 강화되었으며, 2011년 대상자, 사업범위, 인력기준, 시설기준 등이 포함된 시행령 및 시행규칙을 개정 공포함에 따라 말기암환자 완화의료 전문기관에서는 이 규정에 따라 평가 및 운영되고 있다. 말기암환자는 호스피스완화의료의 일부이지만 현재 정부의 제도안에서 시행되는 법령이기에 호스피스완화의료기관 운영에 도움이 되기를 바라며 암관리법 중 완화의료관련 규정을 소개하고자 한다.

Awareness, Job Stress, Turnover Intention, Safety Management Perception Change of Nurses in a General Hospital -Before and After Medical Institution Certification System- (일개 종합병원 간호사의 의료기관 인증평가 인지, 직무스트레스, 이직의도, 안전관리 인지 변화 -의료기관 인증평가 전·후 비교-)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the perception of medical institution certification evaluation, job stress, turnover intention, safety management cognition of a general hospital nurse before and after the medical institution certification system. Data were collected from June 1, 2016 to July 17, 2016. The collected data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, and paired t-test using SPSS 21.0. The results of this study showed that there was no significant difference between before and after certification of medical institution recognition, turnover intention, and safety management awareness, but mean score was high and job stress showed significant difference before and after certification.(t = 2.825, p = <. 005). That is, the job stress was higher than that after the authentication. Therefore, in order to reduce job stress of nurses preparing for certification, active and diverse human and physical support of medical institutions that can reduce work burden is needed.

  • Since most of studies for information efficiency measurement of healthcare organizations have mainly focused on searching a measuring standard used for performance of informatization and each researchers subjective standard having been used, they can not be easily measured and objective. This study showed a possibility that efficiency measurement of healthcare organization can be performed by solving a problem related to objectiveness, which may occur in measuring many organization with many measuring items, with DEA (data envelopment analysis). For proving this possibility, efficiency evaluation and analysis for information resources utilization of domestic tertiary healthcare organizations have been performed by using DEA model. As a result, DMU (decision making unit) having efficiency rate of 1 will be evaluated that output is higher than input and information resources are being used efficiently, but on the other hand, DMU having efficiency rate of below 1 will be evaluated that output is lower than input and information resources are being used inefficiently, which is required to be improved.

A Study on the Status and Improvement Direction of Radiographic Imaging Examination Assessment in Korea Medical Institutions (한국 의료기관의 방사선 영상검사 평가 현황 및 과제)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the status radiological imaging examinations assessment in Korea medical institutions conducted in the public sector and suggest a direction for improvement. Among the assessment of medical institutions, the main assessment related to radiographic imaging examinations are the certification evaluation of medical institutions and the adequacy assessment of radiographic imaging examinations. The certification evaluation of medical institutions evaluates the image inspection operation process, provision of accurate results, and compliance with safety management procedures. In the assessment of adequacy of radiographic imaging examinations, structural indicators related to manpower and equipment, patient evaluation implementation rate, and exposure reduction programs were included. However, for safer and higher-quality radiological imaging examinations, it is necessary to increase the participation rate of medical institutions in certification evaluations. In addition, it is necessary to improve the manpower indicator, and incentive payments can be considered to induce quality improvement of medical institutions in the future. Integrated management of radiation exposure at the national level should also be carried out simultaneously.

Factors Influencing Organizational Commitment Experienced the JCI(Joint Commission International) in Hospital Nurses (국제의료기관평가를 경험한 임상간호사의 조직몰입 영향요인)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify factors affecting nurses' organizational commitment of the JCI. Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed using questionnaire. Data were collected from 198 nurses who worked at one hospital from 5 to 14 May 2013. Tools were used general characteristics, perception(Yang & Choi, 2014), job stress(Park, 2005), organizational commitment(Mowday, Porter, & Steers, 1979). Results: The scores of perception, job stress, and organizational commitment of the JCI were 3.21/5, 4.08/5, and 2.65/5 respectively. Organizational commitment was significantly different according to degree. A positive correlation was observed between perception and organizational commitment. Organizational commitment was negatively correlated with job stress. The explained variances for organizational commitment was 26.3% and factors affecting nurses' organizational commitment were degree, perception, and job stress. Conclusion: These results showed the significant factors for nurses' organizational commitment of JCI. These findings can be utilized to development of strategies for reducing job stress, and enhancing perception of JCI.

A Modeling of an efficiency analysis based on DEA_AR and AHP for the improvement of usefulness of the Accreditation of Hospitals (의료기관평가의 유용성 증대를 위한 AHP와 DEA_AR 기반의 효율성 분석 모델 구축)

  • This study aims to elevate the usefulness of the current annual Accreditation of Hospitals. To achieve this purpose, A modeling of an efficiency analysis based on DEA and AHP to the Accreditation of Hospitals Data from 2004 to 2008. By applying to AHP and DEA_AR to the scores derived from the various domains in data, An adequate prediction model about conversion factor in fee contract is made. By summarizing information derived from DEA, factor analysis and Generalized Linear Model, The linear functions combining conversion factor and efficiency index is successfully established. The factor analysis with AHP was used to merge diverse scores from the domains of evaluation. Not only the input and output initially introduced, AHP scores, dummy variables of hospital classification, geographical location are effective variables to forecast a conversion factor. If a predicted conversion factors from efficiency is used, It will be a great contributions to the annul doctor's fee contract.

  • 전 세계적으로 공공데이터를 민간에 개방하고자 하는 노력으로 오픈데이터(Open Data) 정책을 도입하고 있다. 최근 보건의료에서는 삶의 방식과 환경의 변화로 인해 다양한 질병에 노출될 가능성이 증가하면서 예방과 진료를 목적으로 의료기관을 이용하려는 고객의 수 또한 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 이 논문에서는 공공데이터 심사평가원에서 제공하는 보건의료 공공데이터를 활용하여 의료기관 정보에 대한 대용량 데이터를 활용하여 앱을 개발하였다. 개발된 내용은 심사평가원의 의료기관별 정보와 구글 맵 Open API를 통해 병원 위치를 지도를 통해 제공하며, 추가적으로 각 병원별 진료과목, 시설 정보 등의 상세정보를 제공한다.

Usability Evaluation for Hospital Web sites in Korea (국내 의료기관 웹 사이트에 대한 사용성 평가)

  • In this study, we evaluated web usability for hospital web sites in Korea and analyzed the evaluation results of web usability. Estimators investigated twelve hospital web sites and answered a questionnaire. They also performed predefined tasks which were frequently used services in hospital web sites. We had an interview with the estimator for finding what happened in process of evaluating usability. The evaluation results showed that university hospital provided comparatively better web usability for users. But ambiguous and complicated user interface caused confusion among users. The simplifications of service processes and interfaces were necessary to improve web usability. Some hospitals did not offer primary web services and their services related to the tasks were not systematic.

  • 웹 사용성(Web usability)은 웹 사이트 이용자가 원하는 목표를 보다 쉽게 달성하도록 시스템을 설계하는 것으로 이용의 편이성을 말한다. 본 연구에서는 국내 의료기관 웹 사이트를 대상으로 사용성 평가를 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 의료기관을 종합병원, 대학병원, 일반병원 3개의 그룹으로 나누고 각 그룹에서 4개씩 총 12개 병원을 선정하여 평가하였으며, 사용성 평가를 위해 평가 전설문지, 태스크 수행 평가, 평가 후 설문지 그리고 평가자 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 설문지 결과와 인터뷰 결과를 볼 때, 대다수의 병원들이 예약과 취소, 정보검색 등 웹 서비스 제공에 노력을 기울이고 있지만 실제 사용자는 병원의 주요 서비스를 이용하는데 있어서 편리하다고 느끼지 않는 것으로 조사되었다. 태스크 수행 평가 결과를 살펴보면, 대학병원은 다른 그룹과 비교해 볼 때 비교적 사용성을 고려하여 잘 설계되었으나 서비스 절차의 단순화 작업이 필요하다고 판단되며, 일반병원의 경우 태스크 수행과 관련된 서비스 자체가 제공되지 않거나 체계적이지 못한 경우가 있어 개선이 필요하였다.
