음성 어시스턴트 시스템에서 발화의 의도를 분류하고 새로운 의도를 탐지하는 것은 매우 중요한 작업이다. 끊임없이 인입되는 새로운 발화로 인해 기존에 학습된 모델의 의도 분류 성능은 시간이 지남에 따라 점차 낮아진다. 기존 연구들에서 새로운 의도 발견을 위해 제안되었던 클러스터링 방법은 최적의 클러스터 수 결정과 명명에 어려움이 있다. 이러한 제한 사항을 보완하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 대규모 언어 모델 기반의 효과적인 의도 발견 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 기존 의도 분류기로 판단하기 어려운 발화에 새로운 의도 레이블을 할당하는 방법이다. 새롭게 인입되는 OOD(Out-of-Domain) 발화 내에서 오분류를 찾아 기존에 정의된 의도를 탐지하고, 새로운 의도를 발견하는 효율적인 프롬프팅 방법도 분석한다. 이를 액티브 러닝 전략과 결합할 경우, 분류 가능한 의도의 개수를 지속 증가시면서도 모델의 성능 하락을 방지할 수 있고, 동시에 새로운 의도 발견을 자동화 할 수 있다.

최근 코로나19로 인한 경제성장 둔화는 청년 취업률에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 취업난이 극심한 가운데 더 이상 대학의 교육이 청년 취업을 위한 관문이 아닌, 창업을 통한경제 활동의 창구역할과 기회를 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 국내의 창업교육 커리큘럼은 단편적, 달발적인 양상을 보이며, 대부분 단일차원에서 창업교육을 정의하는 한계를 보이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 창업교육을 전문성과 다양성의 다차원적 개념을 적용하고, 대학생의 창업의도를 높이는데 효과적인 요인을 확인하는 방식으로 진행하였다. 이를 통해 창업교육을 전문성과 다양성의 다차원적 개념을 적용하여 창업교교육의 특성을 확인하고, 대학생의 창업의도를 높이는데 효과적인 요인을 밝히는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. 본 연구에서는 대학생의 창업교육이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 창업기회(창업기회인식, 창업기회발견)의 매개효과를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대학생의 창업교육이 창업기회를 증진하고, 증진된 창업기회가 창업의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 연구 가설을 설정하고 인과적 경로를 검증하였다.

This study investigated the effects of music and actor evaluation on musical watching intention by performing a survey on 187 undergraduate and graduate students in Korea and China. Controlling respondents' gender, major, interests on arts, annual number of musicals attended and musical participation motivation grouped by music and actor, we found three things. First, a high evaluation of music and actor leads to high watching intention. Second, when a person is motivated by music, high evaluation on music increases the watching intention, but this is not the case for the actor. Third, Chinese people do not show any interaction effects of watching motivation between musical evaluation and watching intention. In conclusion, people are found to have a greater musical watching intention when they are motivated by music and evaluate high on music, rather than when they are motivated by the actor and evaluate high on actor. Also, the differential effects of evaluation on the musical do not exist in China, where a different musical participation culture prevails.

이 연구에서는 경찰의 조직적 특성 중 경찰관서의 규모에 따른 직무만족과 이직의도 수준을 비교 분석하고자 하였다. 경찰관서 규모에 따른 직무만족과 이직의도 수준의 차이를 살펴보기 위해 독립변수는 관서규모와 급지, 종속변수는 직무만족과 이직의도로 구성하여 일원변량 분산분석(One-way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 관서규모와 급지 둘 다 직무만족과 이직의도에서 통계적으로 유의한 수준의 차이가 발견되었다.

The harmful effects of online malicious comments are continuously increasing. Many previous studies have confirmed that neutralization of malicious comments is a key predictor. Neutralization is theoretically composed of seven multidimensional concepts, and the significance of neutralization factors varies depending on the type of deviant behavior. This study focuses on the fact that the malicious comment researches have considered the neutralization techniques in a single dimension as opposed to demonstrating the multidimensional neutralization techniques in the deviant behavior research. On the other hand, the role of arbitrator in deviant behavior can contribute to restraining deviant behavior, but the research of intervention intention is relatively lacking in malicious comments research. This study, composed of two complementary studies, tried to find out the related factors of malicious comments and intervention intention. As a result of study, This study revealed that malicious commentator uses the neutralization techniques of condemn the condemners and denial of responsibility. In addition, we found that affective empathy has a significant effect on the intervention intention in malicious comments.

최근 정보검색분야에서는 사용자의 검색 의도를 이해하거나 효과적으로 결과를 전달하고자 하는 시도가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 현재 제공되고 있는 시스템은 현재 검색 사용자의 의도가 아닌 타인의 의도가 반영된 결과로 실제 사용자의 의도와 상이할 수 있으며, 사용자가 의도하는 바를 유효하게 반영하는 검색 결과를 제시하는 데는 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 사용자가 원하는 정보를 쉽게 발견할 수 있도록 검색어와 관련된 의도 정보를 제공하거나 검색 결과를 효율적으로 클러스터링 하여 전달하는 기능이 검색의 유용성을 증대시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 검색어에서 사용자의 검색 의도를 자동으로 파악하여 그 의도에 맞는 검색 결과를 제공하기 위하여 사용자 클릭 로그를 사용하여 의도에 맞는 검색결과를 제공하는 방법에 대하여 제안한다.

This paper explores the impact of banner exposure and clicking on brand-attitude changes and purchase intention changes. It is found that simple exposure to banner ads does not change people's initial brand-attitude and purchase intention, while voluntary exposure to target ads by clicking banner ads results in positive or negative brand attitude and purchase intention changes depending on the likability of the linked target ads from the banner ads. For methodology, this study employed a pretest posttest control group design and used online data collection technology called Cold Fusion. A total of 961 subjects participated in this research.

독해 과정에서 문장 의미간 개연성 파악은 저자의 저술의도 파악에 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 개연성 파악을 위해서는 우선 어휘들과 그들의 연관관계로 구성된 개연사슬을 발견할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 Factotum SemNet을 활용하여 개연사슬의 발견을 자동화하였고 이에 대한 도구를 개발하였다. 그 후, 이 도구를 이용한 실험을 통해서 개연사슬 발견의 자동화가 가능함을 알 수 있었다.

This research focuses on the effect of consumer's innovativeness and the trust in other domain affecting the intention to use mobile payment services. The result of this paper reveals that consumer's innovativeness has both a direct impact on the intention to use mobile payment services and a indirect impact. Relative advantage and image play a mediating role between consumer's innovativeness and the intention to use mobile payment services. Moreover, the study reveals that the trust in other domain not only directly affects on the intention to use mobile payment services but also indirectly affects by mediating relative advantage, image, and perceived risk. This study indicated that a customer's established trust in other domain influences his or her trust in mobile payment services. Electronic payment service providers should consider that the trust-building process encompasses other domain as well as mobile relationships. And electronic payment firms should do their best to reduce customers' perceptions of risk.

본 연구는 갑상선암 초음파 수검의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하기 위해 시도하였다. 자료는 2010년 12월 13일부터 2011년 1월 31일까지 한 종합병원 건강검진센타에 내원한 검진자 205명을 대상으로 설문 및 면접조사로 도출하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 보건의료에 따른 갑상선암 초음파수검의도는 수검의도가 있는 응답자의 경우 본인의 건강이 양호하다는 85.5%로 건강이 양호하지 못하다의 14.5%보다 유의하게 높았다($X^2$=6.73 p<.01). 둘째 갑상선암 초음파수검의도의 영향요인은 본인이 건강하다는 사람이 그렇지 않은 사람에 비해 2.53배 수검의도가 유의하게 높았다(95% Cl=1.39-12.7) 따라서 홍보를 통한 초음파검진에 대한 국민적 호응을 유도하는 것이 갑상선암의 조기발견을 위한 초음파검진 정책을 효율적으로 운영하는 대안이 될 것이다.
