In this paper, we proposes a emergency medical information system for predicting emergency situation by using the body's vital signs. Main research of existing emergency system has focused on body sensor networks. The problem of these studies have a delay of the emergency first aid since occurring of an emergency situation send a message of emergency situation to user. In the serious situation, patients of these problem can lead to death. To solve this problem, it need to the prediction of emergency situation for doing quickly the First Aid with identify signs of a pre-emergency situations until an emergency occurs. In this paper, the sensor network technology, the security technology, the internet information retrieval techniques, data mining technology, and medical information are studied for the convergence of medical information systems of the prediction of emergency situations.

In the medical field, augmented reality is being used for surgical and medical education. However, augmented reality technology is not applied to emergency patients. In this paper, we propose a medical service support model that can support rapid medical service to emergency patients through an augmented reality - based IT device. The proposed model has the function of collecting the information necessary for the first aid simply through the IT equipment based on the reality of reality, and also receiving the first aid method appropriate for the emergency situation to the medical staff and supporting the service. In addition, the proposed model hierarchically collects information related to emergency patient information inquiry, emergency patient status and emergency treatment based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The collected information uses a pair of comparison matrices to compensate for the ambiguity between the information. In particular, the collected information is stored in the server of the medical staff, and in addition to the unique information of the collected information, the collected information can be reflected in the medical service of the medical staff.

Recently, medical technology and IT technology have been trying to converge to overcome limitations of the time and the space in medical technology application. In this study, an app was developed to support remote medical direction for emergency medical services. The developed app allows doctors in remote locations to receive real-time emergency patient situations from emergency paramedics. It can also guide the patient's condition diagnosis and emergency treatment and enable rapid response from the emergency room.

In the recent years, an attempts have been made to convergence medical technology and IT technology to overcome the limitations of temporal, spatial in the medical technology applications. Emergency care is primarily intended to provide primary care and stabilization to the patient, thereby saving the patient's life and minimizing the risk until hospital care. In this study, we developed an application S/W to support emergency services for emergency medical services. Paramedics can easily keep a log of emergency activities and monitor the patient's condition in real time with this application S/W on smart devices. In particular, medical signals and information emergency status of emergency patients can be measured or photographs of affected areas can be taken. In addition, this report can be delivered to remote medical doctors for rapid emergency measures and immediate hospital response.

This study investigated a differences in grade (G), academic performance (AP), and household income (HI) on adolescents' stress (S), peer relationship (PR), and depression (D) in the coal mine area. The study method was to measure S, PR and D according to different of G, AP, HI for 87 middle school students located in Taebaek and Samcheok Dogye area. As a result, there were significant differences in PR in the 2^nd G, and significant differences were shown in PR and D according to HI and AP. Based on these results, it is necessary to expand the support program for PR of middle school students in the coal mine area, and to develop and support active health promotion programs in the community for stress relief and academic activities, especially for low HI.

Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the treatment outcomes according to the socioeconomic factor of patients who visited the emergency room. Methods: This study conducted frequency analysis, percentage analysis, and Fisher's exact test analysis method, using the R 4.1.2 program based on the 2019 data from the Korea Health Panel. Results: Among the treatment results of 1,648 patients, 392 patients were hospitalized or transferred to other hospitals, 845 were discharged after treatment, 224 were discharged, and 7 died. The Fisher's exact test of treatment outcomes and socioeconomic factors was not statistically significant for status of the worker and employment relationship, but was significant for the housing, household, economic activity, and insurance types, and marital status and education. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to conduct follow up studies on socioeconomic factors to provide basic data that can contribute to fairness and equity in the health care field.

응급의학은 여러 가지 질환이나 외상, 사고 등의 원인으로 생명이 위독한 상태에 있는 긴급한 사람을 신속히 진단하고 치료하는것이 주 역할이나, 때로는 사람이 사망하였을경우 이를 다시 살리는 이른바 심폐소생술을 시행함으로써 죽은 사람을 살리는 일도 취급한다. 이러한 행위를 심폐소생술이라 일컫는 이유는, 사람이 죽으면 심장이 멎고 폐를 통한 호흡이 중단되므로 호흡과 심장박동을 인위적으로 다시 소생시켜 주는 시술이기 때문이다. 심폐소생술에는 기본심폐소생술과 전문심폐소생술로 구분한다.
