This paper is a study that analyzes the use and techniques of rap in music that entered Melon Chart, one of the major music sites in Korea, during 2020. Among the songs that entered the chart, reflecting the public's preference, the trend of rap music, an important element of hip-hop music, is analyzed and musical features such as representative artists or frequently used rhythm patterns are analyzed. Through this paper, characteristics of rap music favored by the public and artists in recent popular music have been organized and formalized, and based on this, the elements of etude development for technical polishing are summarized. Through this, it is hoped that just like the long-time analyzed and structured performance techniques such as vocals and instruments, various styles of rap music can develop into a systematic and step-by-step technique system for students who want to learn and practice it.

In this paper, we analyzed through the EEG signals how musical stimulus affects learning activities. Musical stimuli were divided into sedative and stimulative tendency music, preferred and non-preferred music, and the learning activity tasks were divided into mathematics tasks and memorization tasks. The signals measured in the EEG experiments were analyzed with the power spectrum of SMR waves known to be related to human concentration. Those spectra used for quantitative comparison in this paper. As a result the power of the EEG signals was observed to be greater than the case where music was given as a stimulus. Regardless of the type of task, the power of the EEG signals was observed to be greater in the case of sedative tendency than in the case of stimulative tendency, and the power of the EEG signals was observed to be greater in the case of favorite music than in the case of unfavorite music. From these results, it is estimated that if the musical stimulus exists, in the case of sedative tendency music, and in the case of favorite music, concentration can be increased than in the relative case.

This study deals with Timing Synchronization of motion picture and music in film music's physical point of view. Timing Synchronization appears by using Click Track, which calculates time of picture and location of bar. We also can find Hit, the emphasis point of music, by computation Frame Per Beat and estimate the location of note per time. Hit can be placed at upbeat, but, because of music's characteristic, it is more convenient to composer when it's placed at downbeat. Therefore, this study suggests three methods to sync the music and picture. First of all, sync through time conversion, second of all, sync through tempo conversion, and lastly, there is way to sync through offset. These each methods have their pros and cons, so choice should be made based on the music's natural flow.

This study verifies the diversification effect when non-financial asset such as fractional music royalties investment which is recently get interest from masses, is included in traditional global asset allocation portfolio. From Jan 2019 when Music Royalties index is announced to Jun 2022, compared traditional global asset allocation portfolio and the portfolio included with music royalties. To eliminate the enhancement effect from portfolio strategy itself rather than including non-financial asset, used the four basic portfolio strategy such as buy & hold, constant rebalanced, mean variance, risk parity. As a result, all the portfolios included with music royalties shows less risk with higher returns. This means the sharpe ratio has enhanced and that results the portfolio diversification effect is placed. The empirical analysis of the study found academic significance in that the portfolio included with music royalties investment has diversification effect, and show the possibilities the not only on the music royalties, other non-financial asset can be shown the portfolio diversification effect.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of rope-jumping to music with weight loading on middle school girls' blood lipid and growth hormone. Toward this end, the study targeted 24 middle school girls at Y Girls' Middle School in Yangsan, Gyeongnam, who have no health problems or exercise experience, after sufficiently explaining to them the study's purpose. The selected students were categorized into a music rope-jumping group (8), a music rope-jumping group with weight loading (8), and a control group (8). In a comparison of blood lipid within the exercise groups showed that the music rope-jumping groups' measures changed significantly by demonstrating increases or decreases in RBC, T-C, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C (p<0.05). The music rope-jumping group with weight loading showed significant differences in WBC, RBC, glucose, T-C, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C by demonstrating increases of decreases (p<0.05). A comparison between the exercise groups revealed that the music rope-jumping group showed significant increases in growth hormone (p<0.05). The music rope-jumping group with weight loading also showed significant increases in growth hormone (p<0.05). The study's results identified music jump-roping with weight loading to effect students' blood lipids and growth hormone.

The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of teacher education using applications. To do this, we conducted research on pre-school teachers. To summarize the performance of the study, it is as follows. Teacher training was conducted through music creation activities. The subjects of the study were 56 students(29 experimental group, 27 control group) in early childhood education of A University located at Gyeonggi, Korea. The music creation activities using the application were conducted on the 10th week and the experimental research was carried out. Analysis of the difference between the experimental and control groups in the pre-test and post-test, showed a statistically significant effect on belief in musical teaching efficacy of the control group. The results showed that the teachers' positive attitude toward the role of teacher in the teacher education program using the application was positively influenced. The results of this study by taking advantage of new educational media of applications in teacher education and to provide a basis for exploring concrete action plans for utilizing the application in the teacher training curriculum for future educational.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the changes of the digital music platforms and digital profit distribution issues which are considered to be the most important part of the application to the Global music industry based on the block chain system. This attempt is not to reveal the success of the block chain and the value judgment in the societies that will come in the future. How to apply the original function of the block chain in the field of the music industry, which has changed a lot in the digital era, this paper focused on what we need to work on. First, I will briefly review the structure and major functions of the block chain system and the crypto-currency, and examine the link between the blockchain and the music industry. In addition, I will focus on some overseas' cases that are actually applied, and examine the possibility of applying them in the domestic music industry. Through this, I expect that this article will become a cornerstone for discussing the development direction of the music industry, especially the Korean music industry, which is constantly changing due to the technological advancement process.

The purpose of this study is the suggestion of tempos and genres to make a effective mood in a hotel and restaurant. As a result of this study, it was verified which genre and tempo is the most effective at each case of various restaurant. The result of this study shows that the genres and tempos of background music effect to a mood of customer, and a satisfaction related to a return visit and a recommendation. This paper offer a useful method when a manager want to change a ambience of business place. For example, a manager will be able to choose a change of background music instead of remodeling requiring much money. At the other case, a manager will be able to maximize a expression effect of business concept as following the suggestion of this study. This thesis suggests how a managers can simultaneously achieve a customer's satisfaction and a financial benefit by selection of music.

This study aims to classify and examine Changjak Gukak composed by composers who majored in Western music and help the composers with the composition of Changjak Gukak. As a result, it was investigated that Korean traditional musical elements have been used on the basis of the traditional or modern Western composition technique. The traditional composition techniques such as motive, theme, keys, homophony, contrapuntal methods, fugue form, sonata form, baroque concerto form and borrowing of Western art works have been used, and the contemporary composition techniques such as timber melody, a-tonality, irregular meter, poly rhythm and aleatory have been used. In addition, it reflects the Korean expression and identity by applying the Korean traditional instruments, Sigimsae, Jangdan, traditional scale and mode, form and melody.

The theme of this research is the music visualization on stage. As the collaborated work, combining the dance, images with the Isang Yun's music, is showing the staged music, which is expressing the music not only through the sound but also the visualization. In the process of visualizing the music through the body and images on the stage, Isang Yun's musics are recreated in the hand of today's artists. The study found that the recreated work from the new point of view, like Interview with Isang Yun can be the bridge between the composer and today's artists and we can see the future through it. Even though, this paper analyzed the work through the aspects of dance and images, the main theme of the work is focusing how can we deliver the music in the new representative form through formative visualization on the stage.
