This study was aimed at searching for the wintering Cd hyperaccumulators as the life cycle of existing hyperaccumulators were mostly from spring to early winter season. The wintering hyperaccumulators can be effective for saving time loss during the winter. A pot experiment was conducted to search for hyperaccumulators through out the native wintering plants. Seven species of native wintering plants were applied; Bromus catharticus, Oxatis corniculata, Festuca rubra, Thlaspi. arvense, Agastache rrgosa, Viola seoulensis, and Patrinia rapestris. Among them, Bromus catharticus and Thlaspi arvense were selected as Cd hyperaccumulators; the two plants accumulated 112.35 and $86.69mg\;kg^{-1}$ of Cd in the shoot, respectively.

Today as the scale of e-commerce constantly expands, the number and the amount of the consumer frauds are also increasing very rapidly, without sufficient levels of systematic support to prevent them. Internet Escrow service is one of the promising payment mechanisms, which guarantees secure electronic trades and payments. Especially, if the real-time product delivery information is available via RFID-based track-and-trace environment, the security and efficiency of the Internet Escrow services would be improved a lot. In this research, proposed a novel approach to integrate EPCglobal Network, which is a de-facto standard for RFID-based information network model, with Internet Escrow services. The proposed service model was implemented in the form of "Integrated Financial Platform", which supports the contracts among trading partners and the payment via Escrow services by being fully integrated with bank systems. Using the implemented EPCglobal Network-based Escrow service system, we would be able not only to shorten the money-flow cycle and to develop new kinds of loan services, but also to overcome the problems of existing Escrow services including the lack of product-related information and the delay of purchasing decisions.

Database security is essential to protect their data in most organization such as hospitals, central or local governments, banks which manage the private, sensitive and important data. Because the duty of the department recently became more various and complicated, the changes of security requirement are needed more frequently. Therefore, easily changeable, flexible security policy and efficient security management with preserving the integrity of security policy are very important. In this paper, we implemented a flexible database security system in the specimen and clinical information management system of leukemic research center using IRH(Improved Role Hierarchy). Data is protected by MAC and we propose a flexible access control and effective administration by using the IRH that is an improved role hierarchy of RBAC. If security policy is needed for changes, this system can do it easily by simply modifying the IRH with the decentralized administration. The modified security policy can be applied flexibly after alteration because the security level of the subject is not fixed but can be derived automatically from the IRH when user connects the system.

At the opening ceremony of 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, an unknown cyber-attack occurred. The malicious code used in the attack is based on in-memory malware, which differs from other malicious code in its concealed location and is spreading rapidly to be found in more than 140 banks, telecommunications and government agencies. In-memory malware accounts for more than 15% of all malicious codes, and it does not store its own information in a non-volatile storage device such as a disk but resides in a RAM, a volatile storage device and penetrates into well-known processes (explorer.exe, iexplore.exe, javaw.exe). Such characteristics make it difficult to analyze it. The most recently released in-memory malicious code bypasses the endpoint protection and detection tools and hides from the user recognition. In this paper, we propose a method to efficiently extract the payload by unpacking injection through IDA Pro debugger for Dorkbot and Erger, which are in-memory malicious codes.

Although many theoretical studies have tried to explain the volatility in financial markets using models of herd behavior, there have been few empirical studies on dynamic herding due to the technical difficulty of detecting herd behavior with time-series data. Thus, this paper theoretically extends a continuous beliefs system belonging to an agent based economic model by introducing a term representing agents'mutual dependence into each agent's utility function and derives a SV(stochastic volatility)-type econometric model. From this model the time-varying herding parameters are efficiently estimated by a Markov chain Monte Carlo method. Using monthly data of KOSPI and DOW, this paper provides some empirical evidences for stronger herding in the Korean stock market than in the U.S. stock market, and further stronger herding after the global financial crisis than before it. More interesting finding is that time-varying herd behavior has weak autocorrelation and the global financial crisis may increase its volatility significantly.

PMS (Pavement Management System) of National highways in Korea has used HDM (Highway Development and Management)-4 developed by World Bank for decision-making for maintenance and rehabilitation of pavements. However using HDM-4 is not appropriate in Korea because HDM-4 requires excessive input factors for analysis and economic analysis models loaded in HDM-4 are not suitable for Korean circumstances. Thus this study aims development of decision-making system for effective pavement management with reflecting Korean circumstances. Moreover this study proposed to define component of system, deterioration models, and basic units for component, and to analyze characteristics of component of system, and also to develop optimal decision-making system. The decision-making system for PMS mainly consists of 1) DB of highways, traffics, and socio-economic index, 2) pavement deterioration model, 3) speed prediction models by pavement conditions, 4) economic evaluation models, and 5) decision-making supporting system. Also this study provided analysis results in case studies for system verifications. However pavement deterioration models considering future probabilistic characteristic and index of decision-making are needed to develop for a further study.

Effects of the physical properties of solvent system such as pH and polarity change by salt addition in solvent system were investigated by using high speed countercurrent chromatography apparatus (Model CCC-1000, Pharm-Tech Research Corp. USA). The changes of pH and interfacial tension in solvent system of high speed countercurrent chromatography did not significantly affect on retention of stationary phase, but induced remarkable changes in the partition coefficient of ginkgo flavonoids, kaempferol, quercetin and isorhamnetin. The partition coefficients of ginkgo flavonoid standard increase with an increased pH of solvent system and quercetin sharply increased at pH 10.0. Retention of stationary phase decreases with an increased concentration of KCl in butanol of solvent system. Interfacial tension between two phase in solvent system of hexane increases with an increased concentration of KCl. The polarity of solvent system significantly changes the partition coefficients of ginkgo flavonoid.

Therefore the transactions at the Internet e-commerce under hold specific gravity and rule in the future with the propection increase the interest concern about the security skill. A study on this paper presentation through the planning method about the analysis on the objective which e-commerce follow the inflection of efficiency strategy and induction the plan on the penetration's revitalization about Internet e-commerce.

Over the years a lot of organizations or enterprises are spending the majority of their IT budgets on IT resources procurement and maintenance. IT resources are typically duplicated in each Region, Division, and/or Business Unit. The biggest sources of cost savings come directly from the reduction in maintenance cost and the elimination of duplicated resources. Global corporations are investing heavily in shared services implementations in order to stay competitive in an industry environment. A number of financial services firms have turned to IT shared services to reduce the level of IT asset and infrastructure redundancies. Recently, Korean financial services industry is moving to diversification(bank, securities, insurance, etc.) and consolidation(M&A, strategic alliance, etc.), and wants the elimination of duplicated IT resources. This research is intended to find out and demonstrate the factors having a significant effect on adoption of IT shared services center in finance services industry.

A financial institution operated by cooperatives, abiding by the principle set by the cooperative federation, is comprised of a numerous financial institutions. Most of these small institutions are operated within local areas, providing financial services for coop members. The Financial Supervisory Regulations that supervises security professionals, organizations, and budgets are established entirely based on commercial banks in which the application of these regulations on coop financial institutions may not be proper. This paper aims to provide an efficient IT security policy for nation-wide financial institutions operated by the Cooperative Federation by analyzing its security personnel managements and adequacy.
