Railway system as a mass transportation is under progress to smart railway system beyond high speed and automation era. Communication network technology including 5G-R(5th Generation - Railway) mobile communication technology and information convergence technology of Big Data, Deep Learnig, AI(Artificial Intelliegnce) and Block Chain have to be used for implementation and operation of this smart railway system. In this paper, a communication network structure is suggested for this smart railway system. This suggested smart railway commnuication network structure is composed with layered structure of plane unit for safety operation of high speed railway, railway system management and customer services, and also have some complexed function of each plane. Results of this study can be used for smart railway communication network implementation, operation and managements, development of railway communication standards.

The efficiency and quality of healthcare services rely heavily on the secure protection and transparent management of individuals' medical information, which is becoming increasingly important in the digital age. To address this issue, we propose a distributed identity management (DID) and electronic medical record (EMR) integration system based on Hyperledger Indy, which aims to ensure the ownership of medical information to individuals and increase the accessibility and utilization of medical information. The system will allow individuals to manage their own medical information and share it transparently when necessary, which will improve the efficiency of healthcare services. In addition, the system will securely protect and transparently manage medical information, increasing the transparency of medical services and strengthening individuals' control over their medical information. Thus, the system will contribute significantly to improving the quality of medical services, protecting individuals' medical information, and improving the efficiency of medical services.

This study acknowledges that prevailing regulation concerning for the long-term preservation of electronic records focus mainly on document types, neglecting the preservation of electronic records from various administrative information systems. With the growing interest in data management in the era of big data, it is imperative to establish clear standards for the long-term preservation of datasets. The choice of preservation format for electronic records is based on the specific standards for each type of electronic record. These standards are formulated according to the significant properties relevant to the electronic record type. This study aims to identify the significant properties of electronic records of each record type, before creating specific preservation format selection criteria for these record types. To achieve this, we reviewed and analyzed R&D studies by the National Archives of Korea and the NARA in the United States. As a result of the research, 9 significant properties were identified for database-type entities, and 7 significant properties were identified for structured data-type entities.

This study aims to develop and operate an extracurricular program based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by applying the design thinking methodology to enable engineering students to discover and solve relatable local problems in the field of intelligent robots in order to foster creative and convergent engineering talents. As a result of the analysis, the overall satisfaction score was 4.55 or higher, all related competencies increased, and the students' final results also showed a connection with the SDGs topic in the field of intelligent robots. At a time when SDGs are establishing sustainable activities as an important evaluation index in university education, it is expected that the development case of this program can be utilized in the development of a convergence program for engineering students to foster creative and convergent talents who can lead the future society along with the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

Summary. With the advent of the internet and the concept of social network service, people of present days are flooded daily with new varieties of the communication channel. One of the most affected group of people may be singing artists. This over-growing number of communication channels pushes singers to put just as many efforts to establish and groom his or her unique identity as an artist. In old 'pre-internet' days, any singing artist's superficial features, like the tone of voice or stage presentation, were the only transcriptive criteria upon which the artist was adjudicated. New developments in technology, however, have set a new paradigm for singing artists of the present day. Respective criteria of today extend beyond the realm of music and comprise musicianship, requiring much scrupulous attention on the various area to propagate and protect one's unique identity as an artist. In light of this phenomenon, this study looks into Mr. Lee, Seung Hwan whom may undoubtedly be one of the most representative ballad singers of 90's. We can probably see his music in 5 features such as Rock Sound based on using various instruments, World Music Sound, Massive Choir, Challenge for the New Style, Lyrics of Life. As a singer-songwriter, he colored numerous albums and influenced the era, unlike many others. He still works vigorously, worthy of his epithet, a 'present-progressive' artist. The object of this study is how Mr. Lee has been proactively dealing with the phenomenon above.

The Journal of Digital Policy & Management. This space is for the abstract of your study in English. Recently, advancements in voice recognition technology lead to a new oral cultural era. Text based on new oral cultures, can bring about a cultural revolution. This research is rooted within the humanistic approach, including oral and text. The goal of the research is the humanistic measurements in regards to these cultural issues. Just like the complementary relationship between oral and text for the future. First of all, we will discuss the aspects that have resulted in the change between a text culture to an oral culture. After checking these changes with regards to voice recognition technology, we will be able to discuss the possibilities and problems of this cultural change. We discussed expected outcomes, such as the complementarity of speaking and writing, the expansion from the private culture to the public culture, the possibilities of a simultaneous concurrency. We also discussed the necessity such as a new semiotic approach of the voice and preparation for the expansion of the world of life. Specifically, the necessity for the advancement and control of the Korean culture against the dominance of a global corporation will be explored. In this study, basic research will be undertaken to look at the possibility of the new voice recognition technology and cultural changes, that are expected to be able to be effectively utilized and continue into more detailed research.

Art Nouveau started from the purpose of making art young by reforming art. Rising in revolt against historical style imitation, Art Nouveau was a movement that demanded modern and trend-fitting styles which were embracing general revolution of life and surrounding environment. In jewelry, new styles were tried to be constructed too, breaking from previous styles. Together with new trial of materials, fine jewelry that technical skills of master craftsmen were emphasized on were shown. Styles of Art Nouveau had been diversely developed, fitting to culture of each country in the whole Europe. They were the bases of styles after the 20th century. Jewelry after Art Nouveau repeated development by being divided into industrial and artistic jewelry. They have influenced on a lot of development until modern times. Art Nouveau led jewelry to the establishment of artistic worth, exceeding the worth of goods. There is a difference between aesthetic jewelry expressed through diverse formativeness of Art Nouveau and modern jewelry designs centered on simple precious jewelry which is biased toward productivity and functionality. Modern times are the times of culture and art that are laying stress on personality and ego-expression and pursue creative and ingenious designs. So, various color expression of Art Nouveau and jewelry styles of diverse materials and motives which were expressed through time period and thought will become examples in leading new design development and design flows of modern jewelry.

The purpose of this study is to understand the public needs for AI education actively promoted and supported by the current government. In doing so, 11 metropolitan news articles and Twitter posts regarding AI education that have been posted from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019 were collected. Then, word frequency analysis using TF(Term Frequency) method and LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation) method of topic modeling analysis were conducted. The topics of the news articles turn out to be a macroscopic policy support such as 'training female manpower in the AI field' and 'curriculum reform of university and K-12', whereas the topics of twitter delineate more detailed social perception on future society, such as future competencies and pedagogical methods, including 'coexistence with intelligent robots', 'coding education', and 'humane education competence development'. The findings are expected to be used to suggest the implications for the composition and management of AI curriculum as well as the basic framework of human resources development in the future industry.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among psychological, emotional variables related to the career indecision of college students and to present effective action strategies by searching basic data that can prevent college students from undeciding their career path. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between the variables related to career indecision of college students and the structural equation model to verify the fit of the research model. The results of this study suggest that adaptive perfectionism has a positive effect on career decision self-efficacy and career decision self-efficacy has a negative effect on career indecision and adaptive perfectionism has a negative effect on career indecision by mediating career decision self-efficacy. In addition, maladaptive perfectionism has a negative effect on career decision self-efficacy, and it has a positive effect on career indecision through mediation of career decision self-efficacy. we discussed the implications for career decision making and employment of college students based on the results of the relationship between variables such as perfectionism, career decision self-efficacy, and career indecision.
