'기술융합'은 기존기술 간 결합 또는 전혀 새로운 기술개발을 통한 신산업 창출과 사회적 난제 해결을 가능하게 하는 혁신의 최근 트렌드이다. 과학기술을 통한 한국 경제성장 전략의 첨병이었던 국가 출연(연)구소에 대해서도 융합연구 조직으로의 역할 변화를 둘러싼 정책적 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 출연(연) 융합연구의 성공 핵심요소를 '협력'으로 보고 다음의 연구 목적을 설정하였다. 첫째, 기술개발 목적과 문제해결 과정 관점에서 융합연구 개념과 범위를 정의하고, 그 특성을 반영하는 분석 프레임워크를 제안한다. 둘째, 융합연구에서의 협력활동과 그 성과를 유형화하고 새로운 분석지표를 제안한다. 셋째, 융합연구에서의 협력활동 특성과 그 정도가 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 이를 위하여, 국가연구개발사업 및 NST 융합연구사업을 통한 융합연구 과제 수행 경험이 있는 각 출연(연) 104명의 연구책임자들에게 협력의 방식 및 정성적 성과에 대한 설문조사를 수행하였다. 이후, 조사결과를 바탕으로 협력활동 특성과 성과 간 상관관계를 규명하는 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 지식 창출활동에서는 협력 파트너 다변화가 중요한 변수였다. 둘째, 유사분야 연구자들 간 집체형 협력활동은 특허 기술이전과 같이 목적이 명확한 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구자들에게 독립성과 자율성을 부여하고, 지식 노하우 등 기술역량의 상호공유가 이루어질수록 창출지식의 다양성 및 관계의 지속성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과는 융합연구를 위한 협력과 성과 분석방법의 정책방향을 제시한다.

This study was to verify the effects of education in expression activity and various convergence education found in the class scene of one elementary school man teather to research of qualitative pattern and analyzes how it is expanded. This study were made through two class participation observation and six video analysis. In addition, we measured in-depth interviews of participants and students, a 10-week jump band training program, and applied a step-by-step physical activity program to enhance creative expressiveness. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions are as follows. First, It was found that the Jump-band training positively affects the students' speed, agility, and cardiopulmonary endurance. Second, It was found that the application of the step-by-step physical expression activity program had a positive effect on the students themselves. Third, It was found that it has an educational effect on the whole life of students beyond the curriculum and the field by attempting various fusion education. Based on this study, we propose the educational effects of the pre - curricular activities and the convergence lessons in elementary school during the follow - up research.

내항성능 해석 기반의 선박 해양활동지수에 관한 연구는 연근해에서 활동하는 30톤이하 선박에 대해 해양기상신호표지 정보 및 내항성능 해석 정보를 이용해서 선박의 안전한 해양활동 대책을 연구하는 것이다. 해양사고는 매년 증가 추세에 있으며 특히, 연근해 활동 소형선박의 사고가 해양사고의 많은 부분을 차지하고 있고 이러한 선박은 복원성 승인 및 유지 제외 선박(길이 24m 미만)으로 대부분으로 건조 시부터 폐선 시까지 해양활동에 대한 안전대책이 부족하여 사고로 인한 사망, 실종 등 인명손실이 많이 발생하고 있다. 선박의 해양활동에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 해양기상정보는 여러 기관별 목적에 맞게 수집되고 있으나 활용도가 떨어지고 실제 기상과 다를 수 있으며 지역 및 지형에 따라서도 기상여건이 상이하므로 현지 실시간 기상정보를 활용한 선박에 대한 적극적인 안전한 해양활동 정보 지원이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 파고와 풍속 및 선박의 내항성능 해석 정보를 이용하여 30톤이하 선박에 대한 안전한 해양활동 대책을 강화하고자 함이다.

This study was conducted to identify the influence of the convergent lifestyles of the elderly consisting of physical exercise, smoking, drinking and social participation and the types of social participation on the risk of cognitive decline by using the 6th Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing(KLoSA). Total 4,298 people aged 65 or older were included. Results show that all of lifestyle factors are significantly effected to prevent cognitive decline, social participation was derived as the most important explanatory variable to lower the risk of cognitive decline. In addition, participating in the religious groups, ascriptive groups, and expressive groups lowered the risk of cognitive decline. Therefore, active support at the community and policy for improving the convergent lifestyle of the elderly are needed.

본 연구의 목적은 국가경쟁력 향상을 위한 세계적인 융합의 흐름을 대비하여 융합 기반인 교육용 로봇을 활용한 창의적 체험활동 프로그램을 설계하는데 있다. 이를 통해 해외의 정보교육 활성화 경향과는 달리 초등학교에서 소외되는 정보교육의 중요성을 부각시키고, 창의성과 인성을 강조하는 창의적 체험활동에서 자연스럽게 활용되기 위함이다. 이에 교육용 로봇을 활용한 융합교육 단계와 프로그램 교수 학습 모형의 설계를 통해 초등학교의 창의적 체험활동에서 활용될 수 있는 프로그램의 토대가 되고자 한다.

대학의 지역 공헌활동에 대한 역할 증대, 학령인구의 지속적 감소와 이에 따른 재정문제에 대비한 대학의 수익원 창출 노력 등, 대학을 중심으로 재정, 지역연계 역할, 정부 및 연구기관과의 활동 등 대학과 지역의 상호발전을 위한 현실적 과제가 증가됨에 따라 대학 스스로 내부자원을 활용한 발전계획을 기획하고 시행할 필요가 있다. 뿐만 아니라 중앙 또는 지방정부의 대학재정 지원 시, 이러한 활동의 표준을 정해보고 활동에 대한 측정 등을 할 수 있는 지표 설정이 필요하다. 기존 대학의 지역연계 활동과 성과지표 선정 등에 대한 다양한 보고서와 논문 등을 선행연구로 하고 대학 중심의 창업지원과제 등을 중심으로 대학을 중심으로 한 다양한 창업혁신활동 주체를 도출, 이들과의 협력관계에 대한 내용을 선별하고 이를 투입, 활동, 실적, 성과 등으로 구분하여 보았다. 활동 및 주체의 타당성 확보를 위해 학계, 창투사, 연구기관의 창업관련 다양한 전문가를 대상으로 측정변수에 대한 타당성 측정 및 AHP 분석을 통한 변수의 적합도를 분석하여 창업활동 주체 및 평가지표 등을 도출 하였다. 본 논문을 통하여 대학은 지역의 기업, 정부/공공기관, 연구기관, 투자기관 등과 협업 연계할 수 있는 주체간의 연관가능 활동과 해당 기관의 자원을 연계하여 지역발전에 기여할 수 있는 모델 및 이를 측정할 수 있는 지표 및 주요 내용을 도출 할 수 있었다.

오디오, 비디오, 음성, 문자 등 모든 매체가 디지털화 되고 통신망의 고속화와 방송 서비스의 개인화 및 양방향화가 이루어짐에 따라 기존의 방송 서비스와 통신 서비스의 경계가 무너지고 두 가지 형태의 서비스가 융합되는 형태로 발전하고 있다. 방송통신 융합 서비스가 점차적으로 보편화 될 것으로 예상되어 이 분야에 대한 많은 연구와 제품이 개발되고 있다. 그리고 국제 표준화 활동에서도 방송통신이 융합된 형태의 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기술 표준들이 제정되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 본 고에서는 향후 정보통신 서비스의 핵심 서비스가 될 것으로 예상되는 방송통신 융합 서비스 기술동향과 국제표준화 활동에서 추진되고 있는 관련 기술 표준화 동향 및 표준기반 방송통신 융합 서비스 사례와 연구사례를 살펴 보았다.

This paper is aimed at finding whether foreign students' Korean speaking skills can be increased or not through memorizing whole Korean sentences and pair works. First, the advance studies on the effects of this teaching method were surveyed. Second, the activity of this study was mainly pair works with foreign students, so how to do this activity was described. This activity was intended to help each other with keeping study and correcting errors while drilling in class. Thanks to this convergence teaching approach the students' frequency of target language, the Korean language was dramatically increased, and their motivation and energy were brought from this activity. They have to do communications with each other because each pair was made of one Chinese and one Vietnamese. They have no choice but to use Korean in communication. Finally, the questionnaire and interviews also showed that almost all of the students were satisfied with this convergence teaching approach.

The ability to need information-oriented society is the convergence ability based in information ability. A new curriculum is demanded by new technology and circumstance to need the core ability. Korea Association of Information Education have studied a new curriculum and suggest a new plan that content of information education classified by 'computer system', 'SW production' and 'convergence activities'. Therefore, we studied on convergence activities of K-9. In this paper we firstly suggested concept of convergence ability as activities to use ICT, information communication ethics and robot. We nextly suggested object to achieve, teaching-learning methods and evaluation methods of convergence activities. We expect the curriculum we suggested about convergence activities will contribute to training talented individuals.

학습에 대한 적극적인 참여는 학업에서 중요한 행동이며 높은 학업 참여는 성공적인 학업성취와 밀접한 관계가 있다. 학업 참여는 학자들의 관점에 따라 행동적 참여, 정서적 참여, 인지적 참여로 구분된다. 행동적 참여는 학생들이 실제 학습활동과 과제 수행에 어떻게 참여하는가로 정의한다. 그러나 온라인 학습 환경에서는 학생들의 학습활동을 평가하는 데 어려움이 존재하여 관련된 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 영상 분석을 이용한 양방향 Convolutional LSTM 모델을 기반으로 온라인 수업 상에서 학습활동 중 하나인 손들기 행동을 인식하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법으로 학습활동 중 하나인 손들기 행동의 인식 정확도는 88%이다.
