Since the September 11, 2001, the United States has shift their national security policy for homeland from preventing or/and reducing foreign threats to ensuring domestic security. We learned from recent incident, 1.25 Internet Disaster, that it is urgent to establish cyber security policy for our nation. In this paper; therefore, I analyze the US homeland security policy, the Homeland Security Act of 2002 establishment, and cyber security-related part in this act.

박근혜 정부의 신(新)정책기조에서 ICT 기술이 타 산업과의 융합으로 새로운 산업과 일자리를 창출하는 창조경제 실현의 핵심수단으로 재조명되면서, 국가의 산업 경쟁력 제고와 전반적인 사회문제 해결은 물론 저출산 고령화, 산업 기술 패러다임 변화 등에 따른 장기적인 국가적 수요를 해결할 수 있는 대안으로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 이유로 ICT R&D의 역할과 중요성은 더욱 커지고 있고, 경제 성장의 견인차로서의 ICT R&D가 나아가야 할 방향 제시가 필요한 상황이었다. 본 고에서는 새정부 출범과 함께 준비되어 '13년 10월에 발표된 ICT R&D 중장기 전략을 토대로 한 '14년 ICT R&D 추진 방향과 이와 정렬성을 갖는 창조융합 R&D분야의 주요 이슈 및 중점 추진전략을 제시하고자 한다.

고령화 사회로 진입하고 있는 시점에 고령인구에 대한 복지정책 및 사회전반적인 대응 방안이 모색되어져야할 시기이다. 특히, 고령인구 특성상 의료문제를 해결할 수 있는 효과적인 방법들의 연구가 시급하다. 그러한 문제를 해결하는 방안으로 U-헬스분야와 IT 분야 및 건설분야의 융합을 통한 효율적인 헬스케어 서비스 모델 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 융합모델의 성공적인 결과 도출을 위한 모델의 구성과 추진 전략 등을 제안하였다.

OTT(Over-The-Top) 플랫폼의 부상은 미디어 콘텐츠 소비 방식을 혁명적으로 변화시키고 있다. 본 논문은 Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu 등 주요 OTT 플랫폼에 등록된 영화들을 IMDb 평점과 러닝타임, Rotten Tomatoes 지수를 중심으로 분석한다. 이를 통해 현재의 영화 시장 트렌드와 소비자 선택, 시장 전략에 중요한 정보를 제공하려 한다. 분석 결과, 플랫폼별로 제공하는 영화의 품질과 러닝타임이 다양하며, 소비자들이 선호하는 영화 테마를 시각적으로 파악할 수 있는 워드 클라우드를 포함한다. 이러한 결과는 OTT 플랫폼의 전략적 콘텐츠 제공과 소비자 행동 이해에 기여할 수 있는 중요한 통찰력을 제공한다.

Under the great influence of ICT technology, China is forging ahead steadily and rapidly in the area of smart farming. In the last decade, Chinese government has carried out strategic plans to promote its economic development in agriculture, such as the plan of Made In China 2025 and One Belt One Road initiative. This thesis's objective is to analyze how such plans and initiative can provide 'windows of opportunity' to the development of smart farming industry in China. China led the development of smart agriculture by making a T-shaped rise which is composed with 'One Belt One Road Initiative and Made in China 2025 Plan. This thesis is divided into three types as path-following catch-up, path-skipping catch-up, path-creating catch-upAs this thesis also manages to provide some implications on the export strategies of South Korea's smart farming industry by understanding chinese samrt farm industry.

In This paper we study the interrelationship between firm's strategies, MCS (Management Control System), and financial and non-financial performance. And also the objective of this study is to advance the understanding of mediating effect of management accountant on these relationships. This is a suggestion on the study of contemporary settings as little contingency work was carried out on balanced scorecard, target costing, life cycle costing, which come under the broad array of non-financial performance indicators. The result of this study finds that the higher the unpredictability of the business, the more necessary it is to secure a controller within the business. This strongly implies that the controllers must be the main subject of continued growth as they perform an active role within the overall management control process of performance indicator development, performance measurement, feedback, and reward, starting from the very beginning stages of the strategy development within the business.

The purpose of this study was to develop a Educational programs for cultivating of intergrative thinking person. For the study, various literature researches were reviewed intensively about STEAM, STEM, robot, new materials, space exploration. As the process of the Study, the strategy for educational program development, workbook for students and instructional Guide for teacher were developed. The workbooks and instructional guides were tested by pilot test. And the interviews with students and teachers were feedback. The result of the feedback, the programs for the 10 educational Programs for cultivating of intergrative thinking person were developed. Based upon the conclusion of this study, the theoretical rationale of educational program for cultivating of intergrative thinking person was presented. Finally, the application method of this study and subsequent studies for effectiveness vertification were proposed.

In this paper, we attempted to theorize the synergy effect between the value creating attributes for digital convergence model in the service industry. Our investigation is based upon contingency fit theory to understand the strategic fit for the two inherent value attributes of fixed and mobile value, as well as resolving fundamental limitations of service processes. Empirical validation of the derived research model is analyzed using hierarchical regression method. The results indicate that the relative advantage of each value creating attributes are strongly associated with the characteristics of domain service industries, and compatibility is critical to user adoption of convergent service model. Moreover, the less significant statistical impact of the synergy between mobile and fixed value attributes and others implies that each value attribute uniquely contributes to particular IT convergence model, which thereby offers critical insight that focusing the convergent value in conjunction with specific application domain is the most appealing managerial focus. The findings provide useful insight for the further research in IT based industry convergent business model areas.

한국과학기술기획평가원(KISTEP)은 '미래 성장을 견인할 수 있는 국가존망 기술의 발굴'에 대한 보고서에서 국민건강을 지켜주는 14개의 기술을 선정하고, 이들에 대한 기술적인 실현뿐 아니라 실용화, 산업화까지 이어져 진정한 국가 성장에 이바지할 수 있도록 공격적인 R&D 투자지원방식과 실천전략이 절실하다고 제안했다.

통신.방송 기술의 융합 시대를 맞아 국내 IT기술개발의 선도주자인 ETRI와 대표 통신사업자인 KT, 디지털방송의 선두주자인 SBS 등 각 기관 및 기업의 대표들이 참석한 IT강국 선도전략 토론회가 개최됐다. 제 49회 정보통신의 날 기념행사로 치뤄진 이번토론회는 주요기관 및 학계인사 70명이 참석한 가운데 지난달 22일 서울프라자호텔 22층 덕수홀에서 개최됐다. 토론회의 주요 내용을 정리했다.
