Seaweeds are rich in in minerals, vitamins, proteins, and fiber, and are classified as green algae, and they are distributed on the coasts of Korea, East Asia, Oceania, etc. and are used as a health function material as well as food ingredients in our countries and countries. In this study, Codium fragile was extracted from ethanol and concentrated to confirm DPPH radical scavenging activity, SOD activity, FRAP and ABTS cation radical scavenging ability. As a result, DPPH scavenging activity was 0.83, 22.83, 38.27, 40.93, 45.60% at 6.25, 12.50, 25, 50 and $100{\mu}g/mL$, SOD-like activity were 23.13, 33.63, 33.93, 44.07 and 59.07%. FRAP and ABTS showed antioxidant activity in a concentration-dependent manner, as in the previous experiment. Therefore, this study confirmed that it can be used as a cosmetic material using Codium fragile, a natural material.

Korea boasts outstanding cultural heritage accumulated over the 5 thousand-year-long history, but has neglected developing marketable commercial products out of its culture. As a result, despite the fact that Korea had successfully developed internationally well-acknowledged technologies, there isn't any exceptional cultural product that can be marketed globally. Therefore, it is necessary to re-design and commercialize a modern sense using unique materials in traditional culture. Fabrics made by natural dyeing have a low saturation, so they do not need special color harmony, they are natural and comfortable. Therefore, fabrics obtained by natural dyeing are considered to be a very suitable material for cultural product development. In addition, Hanji is a good material that can build a field of art by itself because it has a quality, a profound and elegant feeling. In this study, Hanji-fabric, which is made of excellent Hanji, is used for natural dyeing with. Using the dyed fabrics, the cultural products such as two parasols and a card holder was made and presented.

인공위성 기반의 원격탐사자료는 홍수, 가뭄 등 자연재해에 대한 모니터링 및 예측에 활용되어 왔으며, 특히 인공위성을 이용한 광역적 강수량 추정 자료는 지형적 제약을 받는 지상관측자료와 비교하여 시공간적으로 연속적이고 균질한 강수량 자료 취득이 가능하다는 장점이 있다. 우리나라의 경우 상대적으로 조밀한 지상관측망이 구축되어 있어 공간적으로 상세한 강수량 정보를 생산할 수 있는 여건을 갖추고 있지만, 북한 지역의 경우 기상, 수문, 통계자료에 관한 자료의 접근 및 품질의 제한성으로 인해 미계측 지역에 대한 강수량의 추정에 한계가 있다. CHIRPS (Climate Hazards Group InfraRed Precipitation with Stations) 데이터는 1999년부터 미국국제개발처 (U.S. Agency for International Development, USAID), 미국항공우주국 (National Aeronautics and Space Administration, NASA), 미국해양대기청 (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, NOAA)의 지원으로 개발된 전지구 강우데이터 자료이다. CHIRPS는 1981년부터 현재까지 전지구 강우자료를 0.05도 격자 해상도로 제공하고 있으며, 강수량의 추세 분석 및 가뭄 모니터링을 위해 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 CHG (Climate Hazards Group)에서 제공하고 있는 인공위성을 이용한 광역적 강수량 추정 자료인 CHIRPS와 남한 및 북한의 지상관측 강수량 자료와의 비교를 통해 위성으로부터 유도된 격자 강수량자료의 정확도 및 지역적인 강수추정의 불확실성을 평가하고, 수자원 및 재해 분야 이용 가능성을 검토하고자 한다.

Although regulation generally shall be based on the law, many regulations are not based on legislation. Shadow regulation that is not mandatory but functions as regulation may be developed and enforced by non-govermental body. This article examines shadow regulations of copyright protection online of the US, the EU and the UK and draws their implications for Korea. In case of self-regulation, the following factors shall be considered: to acquire the technology to filter copyright infringement and to solve the problems arising from the application of it, to prevent the infringement of freedom of expression, to ensure the appropriateness of the sanctions imposed on the alleged copyright infringement, to ensure the participation or monitoring of internet subscribers in the negotiation between the internet industry and copyright holders, and to clarify the government's role and responsibility.

This case study investigates fashion brands that have entered the pet fashion market. A total of 25 cases were identified and analyzed from three perspectives: 1) product types, size systems, prices, 2) design aspects, fabrics, patterns, styles, and 3) marketing strategies. The study results are as follows. First, the product types of pet fashion are not diverse, and only the sizes of small dogs can be found. However, there is a significant price difference between brands. Second, knitted fabrics with good elasticity are mainly used for pet fashion products, and patterns incorporating their brands are extremely common. The style is casual and sporty. Third, marketing strategies should include a new line within a brand or launch a single specialized brand as a one-shot test for consumer reaction. Additionally, it has been expanded and presented as a family look to meet the needs of the petfam. Further, existing fashion brands and retail-based brands select diverse small-scale dog fashion product brands and expand their operation as a dog lifestyle total selectional shop. Therefore, brands entering the future should consider strategies such as size segmentation, product diversification, and premium price of high-quality materials that help market products such as the expansion or promotion of existing brands.

The purpose of this research was to explore the phenomenon of object relations with musical instruments as experienced by professional Samulnori musicians. The researcher conducted in-depth individual interviews with five Samulnori players who also completed questionnaires with open-ended questions. The data were analyzed using Giorgi(2004)'s phenomenological methodology. The results offered 121 semantic units, seven subcategories, and three main categories. The three main categories were transitional object, object of expression and recognition of internal desires, and object for recognition of others and communication. These results suggest that the ensemble format of Samulnori promotes the development of the musician's object relationship and can externalize the player's internalized representational system and interaction method. This study is significant in that it reveals the endopsychic functional relationship between a musician and their instrument and provides the basis for the use of Samulnori instruments in music therapy.

As smartphones spread and ICT technologies develop, taxi services have changed from hovering to platform-based calls and reservations. This has improved the mobility and accessibility of taxi users but caused problems, such as digital observing (no-responses to calls) for either short-distance services or services during the peak-demand periods. Digital Observing means ignoring and not accepting calls when they occur, which require improvement. Therefore, this study aims to derive measures to mitigate discrepancies in taxi supply and demand by adjusting the expected revenue of each taxi service using reinforcement learning based on the Taxi operation data. The results confirmed that the average complete response rate to calls would increase from 50.29% to 54.24% when incentives are applied, and an improvement of 5.86% can be achieved in short-distance sections of less than 5,000 won incentives. It is expected that the improvement will increase profitability for drivers, reduce the waiting time for passengers, and improve satisfaction with taxi services overall.

This paper proposes an arts and culture content creation tool powered by artificial intelligence. With the recent advances in technologies including artificial intelligence, there are active research activities on creating art and culture contents. However, it is still difficult and cumbersome for those who are not familiar with programming and artificial intelligence. In order to deal with the content creation with new technologies, we analyze related creation tools, services and technologies that process with raw visual and audio data, generate new media contents and visualize intermediate results. We then extract key requirements for a future creation tool for creators who are not familiar with programming and artificial intelligence. We finally introduce an intuitive and integrated content creation tool for end-users. We hope that this tool will allow creators to intuitively and creatively generate new media arts and culture contents based on not only understanding given data but also adopting new technologies.

Purpose: Health behaviors for metabolic syndrome (MetS) prevention should be emphasized from early adulthood. There is little information on psychosocial factors associated with health behaviors for MetS prevention. The aim of this study was to determine whether there would be a mediating effect of perceived stress on the association between social support and health behaviors for MetS prevention among university students. Methods: This cross-sectional and correlation study was conducted with 502 university students in South Korea. Social support, perceived stress, and lifestyle evaluation for metabolic syndrome scales were used. Online questionnaire survey was conducted between November and December 2019. The mediating effect of social support on health behaviors for MetS prevention was analyzed using PROCESS macro program with bootstrapping method to test our hypotheses. Results: Social support directly influenced perceived stress (β=-.35, p<.001) and health behaviors for MetS prevention (β=.14, p=.002). Health behaviors for MetS prevention was indirectly influenced by perceived stress (β=-.25, p<.001). The size of indirect effect of social support on health behaviors for MetS prevention was 0.06. Conclusions: The association of social support and health behaviors for MetS prevention was partially mediated by perceived stress among university students. Therefore, a university-based nursing intervention should comprise social support strategies with stress management to promote health behaviors for MetS prevention.

The purpose of this study is to verify the practical effectiveness of the constructivism education theory in building information modeling (BIM)/integrated project delivery (IPD) collaboration education by determining education methods that are most relevant to collaboration in the interaction process. We propose a BIM training model that enhances students' satisfaction in class and collaboration. We aim to identify interrelationships between BIM collaboration education and constructivism theories, examining constructivism methods in BIM/IPD classes to discern which are the most suitable for improving and enhancing collaboration and the proposed education model.
