  • The aim of the paper is systematically to organize the historical facts of financial IT development process through various tracking and proved knowledge, it is to propose the direction and the advanced frame of core-banking model in next generation for the year 2020s. To achieve it, this study variously analyzed the meaningful pattern of development process of financial IT by backtracking life-cycle of Core-Banking model and it presented new model of Core-Banking for the past 40 years. In research findings, the life cycle of financial IT system and core-banking model have been analyzed about 10 years and the longest model of life cycle is about 33 years. As a result, It proved to be desirable that the advanced frame of the Core-Banking model adds the functions of business hub and product life cycle management to basic frame of its existing model in the future. In addition, big bang development method of new next generation system must be sublated. Also, They need to be initiated more business-oriented than IT-oriented. Along with this, the financial IT should be developed into the convergence industry, and it needs to extend the systematization of Core-Banking model studies and more professionals. Finally, this study has arranged the financial IT development process in domestic and presents new frame through analyzing intensively the Core-Banking model for the first time Therefore, it can be contributed to serve the guideline regarding the direction in new next generation system.

  • In accordance with the advent of the 5th generation (5G) communication technology, we are having a change in various communication services which converge with high technologies related to the 4th Industrial Revolution. To utilize the upcoming 5G technology effectively and practically, we analyzed the technologies which have the most potential in convergence under the introduction of 5G technology and as a result, it is a autonomous vehicle that we'll discuss the core technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution, which can lead to service activation by being combined with 5G technology. In addition, we developed an industry-service classification of 5G-based autonomous vehicle, we provided a basis for supporting a new business and its new business model converged with 5G communication technology. Furthermore, we will create a linkage matrix with the industry-service classification system of a new autonomous vehicles. This matrix will service as a guideline for industry-service development where autonomous vehicles can be utilized actively in the next generation.

  • With diffusion of Smart Work, a problem has been raised that Smart Work makes the boundary between work and nonwork blur, and may cause technostress. In order to find out whether Smart work copes with techno-invasion stress in work domain, we need to understand the precedence factors influencing on job satisfaction and the role of boundary management strategy which Smart Workers actively choose. This paper developed a research model containing a causal relationship among four factors, nonwork-to-work interference, job autonomy, job commitment, and job satisfaction, and the moderation effect of boundary management strategy. The findings show that overall hypotheses were accepted based on the pooled data, but three hypotheses test on job satisfaction by boundary management strategy type differed. These results suggest that in accordance with the boundary management strategy of Smart Work users, different change management need to be prepared.

  • In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the age of artificial intelligence, the development of ICT technology is having various effects on the online and offline educational environment. The universal access of online education changes the educational paradigm and converts it to a learner-centered service. At the time when a new educational environment is required to change, interest in flip learning is increasing. Even adult learner's online learning needs is also shown very high. The purpose of this study was to investigate how repetitive learning activities through flip learning for middle-aged online learners of K-Cyber University has a relationship and structural relationship between the effects of learning immersion and learning interest on learning satisfaction. Through this study, there is significance in research to suggest direction for learning satisfaction based on flip learning. For further studies, if a model of analysis of various factors that can be measured is specified and applied, it can be used as a research background that can maximize learning satisfaction based on flip learning.

  • With the development of information and communication technology, online fractional investment platforms have emerged through the convergence of online platform technology and new investment techniques for asset-backed derivatives. In this study, the concept and previous studies of the online fractional investment platform business, commercialization models and service processes, market status, and pending discussions and alternatives were presented. Recently, the Securities and Futures Commission's decision on securitization of split ownership has become an important guide to the stable business sustainability of platform operators, but academic research is needed according to the current status and case analysis. To identify specific market issues, examples of representative online fractional investment securitization platform businesses such as "MusiCow" for music copyright, "Tessa" based on art, "Kasa" for real estate, "Piece" based on real assets, and "BangCow" for Korean beef shipments were analyzed. Through the case analysis of this study, the characteristics of the business model according to the basic assets of the online fractional investment platform were compared and presented. • This study sought ways to strengthen the competitiveness of local governments using public diplomacy, especially in Chungcheongbuk-do, at a time when it is urgent to revitalize the local economy by attracting investment from domestic and foreign companies due to changes in the global supply chain. The main issues that have recently emerged in the global business environment include strengthening the localization of the global value chain, diversifying reshoring and supply chains, and creating an efficient global value chain through digital transformation. Therefore, this study emphasized the necessity of a strategy for public diplomacy based on these changes, and derived the response conditions and detailed strategies of Chungcheongbuk-do through SWOT analysis. In addition, based on the ABCD model, we set up a Chungbuk-type public diplomacy strategy and suggested strategic implications for upgrading Chungbuk's competitiveness.

  • Autonomous delivery operation data is the key to driving a paradigm shift for last-mile delivery in the Corona era. To bridge the technological gap between domestic autonomous delivery robots and overseas technology-leading countries, large-scale data collection and verification that can be used for artificial intelligence training is required as the top priority. Therefore, overseas technology-leading countries are contributing to verification and technological development by opening AI training data in public data that anyone can use. In this paper, 326 objects were collected to trainn autonomous delivery robots, and artificial intelligence models such as Mask r-CNN and Yolo v3 were trained and verified. In addition, the two models were compared based on comparison and the elements required for future autonomous delivery robot research were considered.
