The purpose of this study is to measure an education service quality from the domestic junior college crane. And it confirms the important degree against the education service quality dimension which the students perceive. The empirical results have indicated that it is relation to sex and subject and education service quality dimension for of students.

최근 산업 전반에 걸쳐 가상세계와 현실세계, 방송과 통신, IT 기술과 전통산업 등 다양한 분야에서 융합연구가 진행되고 있다. 그리고 교육분야에서는 주입식 교육을 탈피하는 창의력 중심으로의 교육 패러다임의 변화를 고려하고, 교육격차 해소와 교육복지 실현을 위한 새로운 교육서비스 제공이 요구되고 있으며, 결과적으로 자기주도형 미래 인재를 육성하기 위한 고품질의 인터랙티브 교육콘텐츠 기술이 시급히 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 최근에는 ICT(Information & Communication Technology) 기술을 교육과 융합하여 학습자에게 실재감과 몰입감을 제공하고 학습자의 체험 기반 학습을 지향하는 이러닝 콘텐츠 기술이 개발되고 있다. 본고에서는 증강현실 기반 실감형 학습기술, 가상현실 기반 체험형 학습기술, 인터랙티브 e-book 기술 관련 신기술 개발동향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

인구 및 가구구성원의 변화, 그에 따른 라이프 스타일의 변화로 국민의 주거환경이 다양한 형태로 변모하고 있어 기존과는 다른 형태의 새로운 정보제공 모델이 필요하게 되었다. 현대인의 바쁜 사회활동과 맞벌이 부부 및 노인인구의 증가는 우리의 가정에 점차 언제 어디서나 네트워크로 연결되어 누구나 안심하고 쉽게 주거공간 내에서 비즈니스, 건강, 교육, 오락 등의 활동을 제공할 수 있는 서비스에 대한 욕구를 확대시키고 있다. 또한 최근의 IT서비스 환경은 전화서비스, 인터넷접속서비스와 방송서비스가 융합되어 소위 "Triple Play" 서비스의 가치가 부상하면서 홈네트워크 서비스라는 새로운 패러다임으로의 전환을 예고하고 있다.(중략)

Edutech, which combines education and information technology, is in the spotlight. Core technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution have been actively used in education. Students use an AI-based learning platform to self-diagnose their needs. And get personalized training online with a cloud learning platform. Recently, a new educational medium called smart speaker that combines artificial intelligence technology and voice recognition technology has emerged and provides various educational services. The purpose of this study is to suggest a way to use smart speaker educationally to overcome the limitation of existing education. To this end, the concept and characteristics of smart speakers were analyzed, and the implications were derived by analyzing the contents provided by smart speakers. Also, the problem of using smart speaker was considered.

최근 미래 지식서비스 산업의 핵심으로 등장한 증강정보 기술에 대한 관심이 많아지고 있다. 스마트 기술과 연계하여 게임, 엔터테인먼트 그리고 교육과 같은 다양한 분야에 적용하기 위한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 영상 미디어에 증강정보를 통합하는 플랫폼을 제안한다. 증강정보 융합 플랫폼의 개념과 구조에 대해서 서술하고, 영상 미디어에 텍스트, 이미지, 비디오 등 다양한 증강정보를 융합하는 증강정보 저작 도구 개발을 기술한다. 이를 기반으로 영상 미디어에 증강 정보를 융합하여, 새로운 응용 서비스를 개발하는 증강정보 융합 플랫폼을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 인공지능과 빅데이터 클라우드 등 다양한 4차 산업혁명시대의 기술과 교육을 융합한 에듀테크를 기초로 하여 에듀테크에 대한 교사의 학습 방향을 제시하며 전체적인 클라우드의 개념 및 분류체계, 교육의 활용을 제시하였고 클라우드 기반 교육용 소셜 플랫폼과 R. M. Gagne(1985)의 9가지 이론을 토대로 정보교과 추상화 단원의 학습 지도안을 설계 후 성취도 평가를 제시하였다. 연구 내용 분석 결과 기술의 발전성과 교육현장에서의 개인정보 교육 및 정보보안 교육의 필요성이 강조되며 확고한 플랫폼 구축과 빅데이터 확보 및 분석하여 개인에게 맞춤형 서비스 제공이 필요하다. 또한 사용자 편의성 극대화 서비스 및 UX 간결이 요구된다. 본 논문을 토대로 에듀테크의 일부분인 클라우드 기반 소셜러닝의 다양하고 체계적인 선행연구 활성화에 시발점이 되었으면 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of emotional labor behavior of employee at geriatric long-term care(LTC) facilities on job burnout and service quality focusing on the emotional leadership of superior to improve the working environment of LTC employee and provide the high-quality service to seniors. First, it is appeared that between emotional labor behaviors deep acting has a negative effect on job burnout, in contrast surface acting has a positive effect on job burnout. and, emotional labor behavior has positive influence on service quality. Second, self efficacy has partial mediating effect of tangibility, reliability, assurance and empathy on service quality only for the deep acting between emotional labor behaviors. Third, between emotional labor behavior, emotional leadership has moderating effect on emotional depletion and deterioration of personal accomplishment. In contrast, moderating effect of emotional leadership is not appeared on surface acting and depersonalization. In conclusion, further study is required to improve service quality of elderly in LTC facility and working environment of LCT facility workforce.

수재해 관련 정보를 수집하기 위한 주요 소스로서 위성 정보가 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 그 중 NASA SEDAC과 UNISDR(United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction)의 Global Risk Data Platform, UNESCO의 IHP-WINS를 대상으로 메타정보를 구축하는 [글로벌(위성기반) 수재해 관련정보 수집체계]를 구성하였다. 이때 메타정보를 수신/처리하는 역할의 하비스터는 OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium) 표준 WMS(Web Map Service)서비스의 필수 Operation인 GetCapabilities를 통하여 ISO GML을 획득한 후 이를 처리하도록 구성함으로써 여타표준 준수 DataSource에 대한 적응성을 확보하였다. 수집된 메타데이터를 통하여 검색된 정보는 표준 Map Service를 통하여 구글 지도 기반의 시계열 수재해 주제도 정보 서비스와 WebGL기반 3D 수재해 주제도 서비스로 각각 구성되도록 설계하였다. 국내 수재해 현장정보 수집 체계에 있어서는 사진을 포함한 시민의 현장 정보가 지오태깅기술과 동반되어 수재해 플랫폼으로 업로드 되면, 수집된 시계열 정보는 주제별 카테고리로 그룹화 된 후 클러스터링 가시화 기법으로 지도 공간상에 표출되도록 구성하였다. 이때 공신력 있는 공공 데이터(Data.go.kr)의 대피소 등 관련 시설 정보를 동시에 매핑하여 융합서비스 하도록 모색하였다. 본 연구는 전반적으로 웹서비스를 지향하며 전문가, 기관(부처), 교육기관으로 구분된 서비스를 구상하고 있다.

본 논문에서는 만성질환자 건강관리서비스 플랫폼 개발을 위항여 건강측정기 모바일 연계기술 개발 및 적용하고 IoT 기반 생체정보 획득 및 라이프로그 건강관리 플랫폼 API 연계 기술을 통하여 지역 만성질환자를 위한 언택트 헬스 모니터링 플랫폼 개발을 수행하였다. 해당 시스템을 통하여 지역 보건소 협력 및 가족 중심 만성질환자 입체적 건강관리 모니터링 시스템 개발에 적용하고 IoT 장비 인터페이스기술, 개인 건강관리기술, 플랫폼 운영 및 구현기술, 데이터 관리기술 개발을 통하여 효율적으로 개인 라이프로그를 활용할 수 있도록 하였으며, 효율적인 관리를 위하여 AI 챗봇 서비스 시스템을 통한 효율성을 극대화를 추진하였다. 본 논문에서는 개인 라이프로그를 활용한 AI 챗봇 기반 만성질환자 건강관리서비스 플랫폼을 구현하여 만성질환자에 대한 서비스를 제공하고 만족도를 실증하여 서비스의 우수함을 입증하였다.

As e-learning studying is activated, learner's requirement increased. Therefore, need correct e-learning model augmented requirement of learner and new ubiquitous surrounding. In this treatise when, proposed to supplement studying contents relationship conversion service and cooperation studying service function to LMS that analyze existing e-learning model's limitation for ubiquitous environment e-learning model that can study regardless of, ubiquitously some contents and do based on SCORM ubiquitous-network and next generation sensor technology etc. Learning form conversion service senses a learner's surrounding situations and recognize his/her body condition using smart sensor technology and provides the learner with contents in the optimal form. Using sensing projects like Orestia and SOB, users can more effective collaborative learning service.
