  • 최근의 R&D동향은 각 분야에서 발전해온 기술들을 집약하여 다른 분야로 그 영역을 확대 적용함으로써 융 복합기술의 신규 영역창출을 도모하고, 고유영역의 한계를 극복하는 신 패러다임의 기술시대로 진입하고 있다. 신재생에너지원을 수자원 설비에 적용하는 수상태양광발전 융합기술은 저수지 공유수면 개발 이용을 통한 국토의 효율적 활용, 수자원을 이용한 친환경에너지생산 및 녹조류 제거, 어류번식 등을 할 수 있는 고부가가치 하이테크 기술로 기존의 제한된 수자원설비의 이용기술 영역을 탈피하여, 신재생에너지, IT, BT기술이 융합된 GT기술로 미래형 친환경 저수지 실증기술로 개발이 가능한 분야이다. 이 기술이 상용화 될 경우 K-water가 보유한 다목적댐 저수지 유역면적의 1(%)만 개발해도 352(MW)정도의 친환경에너지를 생산 할 수 있을 것으로 추정하고 있다. 국토가 협소한 우리나라의 경우 그동안 태양광개발로 인해 임야 및 농지 등의 환경훼손이 심각한 수준에 이르고 있어 신재생에너지개발이 다른 양상의 환경파괴를 일으키고 있다. 수상 태양광발전기술은 자연과 어우러진 친환경융합기술로 태양광부문의 태양광모듈기술의 비약적 발전과 가격 경쟁력확보, 주변기술 등이 획기적으로 개발 될 경우 친환경수자원 분야의 미래성장 동력으로 자리매김 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Landmark Selection Using CNN-Based Heat Map for Facial Age Prediction (안면 연령 예측을 위한 CNN기반의 히트 맵을 이용한 랜드마크 선정)

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the performance of the artificial neural network system for facial image analysis through the image landmark selection technique. For landmark selection, a CNN-based multi-layer ResNet model for classification of facial image age is required. From the configured ResNet model, a heat map that detects the change of the output node according to the change of the input node is extracted. By combining a plurality of extracted heat maps, facial landmarks related to age classification prediction are created. The importance of each pixel location can be analyzed through facial landmarks. In addition, by removing the pixels with low weights, a significant amount of input data can be reduced.

Evaluation of Ammonia Removal Mechanisms and Efficiencies Through Batch Experiments (배치 실험을 이용한 암모니아 제거 기작 및 효율 평가)

  • As the amount of livestock wastewater increases, ammonia contamination in surface water and groundwater is also increasing, and its treatment is urgently needed. In this study, indigenous soil bacteria was utilized for ammonia removal in artificial wastewater and associated removal mechanisms and efficiencies were evaluated. Two batch reactors were configurated to contain natural soil and artificial wastewater at 1:10 mass ratio, and incubated for 84 and 168 hours, respectively. The results showed that ammonia was completely removed within 48 and 72 hours in the first and second reactors, respectively. There were no significant changes in ammonia concentrations in the control groups without soil. Nitrate was formed in the reactors, indicating that the main removal mechanism of ammonia was nitrification by nitrifying bacteria. Nitrate was further converted to nitrogen gas by denitrification in the anaerobic environment, which was caused by consumption of oxygen during the nitrification process.

  • 최근 전 세계적으로 대마를 활용한 산업화가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 우리나라도 2019년부터 의료목적에 한하여 대마 의약품이 허용되었으나, 현행법 상 관련 의약품의 국내 생산은 불가능하기 때문에 전량 수입에 의존하고 있다. 현재, 대마와 관련하여 식의약소재로 산업화가 가능한 부분은 껍질(포엽과 외종피)이 완전히 제거된 종자 뿐이다. 결국, 대마의 사용이 합법화 되고 있는 미국, 캐나다에 비해 식의약산업에 있어서의 활용 범위가 좁다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대마 종자를 이용하여 일정 기간 싹을 틔워 식품으로 활용할 수 있는 과학적 근거를 마련하고자 하였다. 사전 연구를 통해 재배조건에 따른 성분의 변화, 세포독성 등이 검토되었고, 이를 기반으로 새싹대마의 대량생산연구 및 안전성·독성 검토, 생리활성 연구를 계획·수행하고 있다. 다양한 대마 소재를 발굴하고, 이를 산업화할 수 있는 첫걸음으로서 의의를 가진다.

Convergent Research on Oral Health Beliefs in Some University Students (일부 대학생의 구강건강신념에 대한 융합연구)

  • The study was implemented the convergence research on oral health beliefs G area S university convergence course. The final analysis of 168 students agreed to research purpose and method was conducted from March 26 to June 11, 2018. The benefits was highest at 3.99 points, and the severity was lowest at 2.01 about oral health belief. The t-test and ANOVA outcome about oral health improvement behavior and oral health belief were dental clinic visit was benefits and importance, scaling experience was sensitivity, benefits and importance, use of auxiliary oral care products was importance to be statistically significant. The imported oral health beliefs for oral health improve and a variety of programs for oral health education need to be developed within university to learn knowledge of oral health behavior and attitude changed for correct oral health beliefs.

Multi-sensor Fusion Based Guidance and Navigation System Design of Autonomous Mine Disposal System Using Finite State Machine (유한 상태 기계를 이용한 자율무인기뢰처리기의 다중센서융합기반 수중유도항법시스템 설계)

  • This research propose a practical guidance system considering ocean currents in real sea operation. Optimality of generated path is not an issue in this paper. Way-points from start point to possible goal positions are selected by experienced human supervisors considering major ocean current axis. This paper also describes the implementation of a precise underwater navigation solution using multi-sensor fusion technique based on USBL, GPS, DVL and AHRS measurements in detail. To implement the precise, accurate and frequent underwater navigation solution, three strategies are chosen. The first one is the heading alignment angle identification to enhance the performance of standalone dead-reckoning algorithm. The second one is that absolute position is fused timely to prevent accumulation of integration error, where the absolute position can be selected between USBL and GPS considering sensor status. The third one is introduction of effective outlier rejection algorithm. The performance of the developed algorithm is verified with experimental data of mine disposal vehicle and deep-sea ROV.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the food and nutritional value of based on the oriental Qi-flvor theory and to convergence understanding of dietary effects. In this study, dietary effect of Yulmubokyeoljuk based on oriental theory and analyzed the contents of general composition and minerals. We recognize the value as a food that can be used for therapy of Yulmubokyeoljuk. Phosphorus content was high and high calory foods. In addition, by discharging stagnant water in the spleen, excessive wetness is removed and the function of transportation of the spleen is strengthened. The results of this study suggest that it provided the basis of the characteristics of food and the necessity of convergence approach to dietary efficacy based on the traditional Qi-flvor theory and nutrional composition.

Enhanced DPPH Radical Scavenging Activity of Lactobacillus plantarum K-21 Isolated from Kimchi and its Various Antioxidant Effects (김치유래 Lactobacillus plantarum K-21의 DPPH 라디칼 제거활성 증진 및 다양한 항산화 효과)

  • Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) are among the representative probiotics that have been used for a long time in fermented food. Although there are many studies on detecting the radical scavenging activity of LAB, few studies have been conducted on the environmental factors that improve scavenging activity. This study investigated the environmental factors affecting the DPPH radical scavenging and various antioxidant activities of Kimchi-derived Lactobacillus plantarum K-21 with antihypertensive and radical scavenging activities. The optimal conditions for scavenging DPPH radicals were glucose 2%, bactopeptone 0.5%, Tween 80 0.05%, L-cysteine 0.05%, and an initial pH 6.5 at 35℃. Under optimal conditions, the DPPH radical scavenging activity was 94.8±2.2%, which was 1.5 times higher than that of the basic medium. In addition, L. plantarum K-21 had other antioxidant activities; ABTS radical scavenging (93.6±1.5%), hydroxyl radical scavenging (8.5±0.9%), metal chelating (65.9±0.5%), NO scavenging (53.1±19%), SOD-like (25.1±1.5%), and reducing power (11.7±1.4%) activities were detected. Therefore, L. plantarum K-21 may act not only as a starter for lactic acid-fermented foods with improved functionality but also as a drug for various diseases caused by oxidative stress.

  • 인터넷 사용이 보편화됨에 따라 기존의 방화벽만으로는 탐지가 불가능한 웹 서버의 취약점을 이용한 공격이 나날이 증가하고 있고, 그 중에서도 특히 웹 어플리케이션의 프로그래밍 오류를 이용한 침입이 공격 수단의 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 어플리케이션의 취약점을 분석한 후 취약점 발생 부분에 대해 웹 서버 전용으로 로그 분석을 해 주는 실시간 에이전트를 도입하였다. 실시간 에이전트는 공격 패턴을 비교ㆍ분석한 후 프로세스 분석기를 통한 결정(decision) 과정을 통해 침입으로 판단되면 해당 접속 프로세스(pid)를 제거한 후 공격 아이피를 차단함으로서 침입을 탐지하는 모델을 제시한다.

  • 본 논문은 클러스터링 탐색 방법과 온톨로지 학습 방법을 융합하여 보다 더 효율적인 검색 방안을 제안한다. 이를 통해 키워드가 정확하게 일치하지 않더라도 사용자가 원하는 웹 서비스를 검색할 수 있고, 반대로 키워드가 일치하지만 사용자가 의도하지 않은 웹 서비스는 검색 결과에서 제거할 수 있다. 주된 아이디어는 매개변수들 사이의 숨은 시맨틱 개념을 찾아내어 온톨로지를 학습하고, 확장된 키워드 탐색 방법과 온톨로지 활용 방법을 혼합 사용하여 보다 지능적인 웹 서비스 매칭을 수행하는 것이다.
