Clustering Analysis of Smart Flexible Work Arranagement (스마트 유연근무제 유형에 관한 연구)

  • Smart flexible work has been a topic of considerable interest to researchers, practitioners, and public policy advocates as a tool to help individuals manage work and family roles. In this study, we investigated the types of smart flexible work arrangement and analyzed the organizational units associated with it. We found that the critical success factors of smart flexible work and the specific types of flexibility make a difference in the effects found. And we proposed on the direction of policy promotion that can contribute to the introduction of smart flexible work.

Latent Means Analysis of Parenting Competency, Parenting stress, Resilience, Social support according to the disability types among disabled women (여성장애인의 장애유형별 자녀양육역량, 양육스트레스, 회복탄력성, 사회적 지지에 대한 잠재평균분석)

  • This study aimed to examine disabled women to determine whether differences existed in parenting stress, resilience, social support, and parenting competency based on the disability type using an latent means analysis. The research data was sampled from 167 mentally disabled women and 132 physically disabled women. Parenting stress and social support had higher latent means in the mentally disabled women. Parenting competence and resilience had higher latent means in the physically disabled women. The results of this study suggested that differentiated, practical intervention approaches should be implemented for each disability type.

A Comparison Study on the Perceptions of Parents and Directors of Child-Care Centers regarding Parent Education (어린이집 원장의 기관유형에 따른 부모교육에 대한 인식)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in the perception of directors of child-care center about parental education according to types of child-care centers. The subjects were 147 directors of child-care centers who reside in Chungbuk, Sejong, and Jeonbuk. Data were collected through questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 18, and frequency analysis, chi-square method and ANOVA method and Tukey test was also used for the posttest. The results of this study are as follows. There was no difference in the recognition of the director about the necessity of the parental education depending on the type of child-care center. There was a difference in the recognition of the directors in relation to subjects of parental education, the execution method, and evaluation area of parent education.

EFFECT OF PRIMARY DOUBLE TEETH ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF PERMANENT SUCCESSORS (유치의 이중치와 계승영구치의 발육에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between morphology and position of deciduous double teeth, and the occurrence of other dental anomalies in the same subject. Four morphological types were indentified according to Ailing's classification: type I, bifid crown-single root; type II, large crown-large root; type III, two fused crowns-single root; type IV, two fused crowns-two fused roots. Fifty-four double teeth were found in a total of 1,803 children, who had visited Wonkwang university hospital for dental treatment from January 1, 2003 to September 30, 2003. All of these children were examined clinically and intra-oral radiographs were taken. The results were as follows; 1. 49 children(2.7%) had more than one double teeth, 5 of these children had two double teeth on the bilateral side. And one child showed triple teeth which has three crowns and three roots. 2. Double teeth were predominantly situated in the anterior region, with a preference for the mandible. The ratio of cases involving central incisor and lateral incisor was higher than other cases. 3. There were 25 cases(46.2%) of missing successors among 54 cases of the double teeth. And, prevalence of the missing teeth was highest in the cases involving maxillary central incisor and lateral incisor. 4. In the case of type II(large crown-large root) had more missing successors.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of scalp and hair care behaviors according to DiSC behaviors of beauty consumer. For the study, 251 questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS v.18.0 statistical package program. First, there was statistically significant difference in psychological stability, favorable image, and maintaining state of scalp and hair management according to DiSC behavior type. In case of Shin Jung - hyung (C), psychological stability, Positive images, and maintaining good condition. Second, DiSC and hair management behaviors according to DiSC behaviors showed statistically significant difference in state cognition management and product use management. In the case of cognition type (C) and social type (I) Product use management. The results of this study suggest that hair management awareness and behavior, which is dependent on DiSC behaviors of consumers, are provided as basic data for corporate marketing strategy.

The Effect of V-commerce Content Type and Product Type on Attitude and Sharing Intention (V커머스 콘텐츠 유형과 제품 유형에 따른 태도와 공유의도에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between attitude, purchase intention, and intention to share content and brand intention according to Influencer contents and branded content types. The results of this study are as follows: First, beauty products have a positive effect on the content intention and purchase intention as well as the sharing intention as compared to the branded contents. Second, V-commerce of innovative products showed that the branded content was more positive than the influencer content, but the purchase intention was lower. In addition, the content of sharing is higher than that of branded content. Third, the sharing intention was more positive than the beauty product, and the influencer content was higher than the branded content. The purpose of this study is to examine the attitude, purchasing intention, and sharing intention of beauty products and innovative products, which are most frequently used and most interested in users, to examine the content strategy of V-Commerce.

Differences in Consumption Patterns according to the Personality Types of Enneagram (에니어그램 성격유형에 따른 소비패턴 분석)

  • This study is a descriptive survey study conducted with the aim of analyzing differences in consumption patterns according to the personality types of the Enneagram and providing basic data that can be used for advertising and branding based on it. 43 people who explained the purpose of the study and agreed to participate were conveniently recruited. The research tools were investigated online with the type of personality of the Enneagram of Joo (2003) and the consumption pattern of Jeon (2013). The data analysis utilizes statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, and one-way ANOVA in the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program. For consumption patterns 1, 2, 3, and 6, there were statistically significant differences between personality types 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, and 9 (p<.050). Through this study, it was confirmed that consumption patterns vary depending on the type of personality of the Enneagram. The results of this study are expected to provide basic data in establishing effective strategies for branding and advertising of the design that consumers want.

The Relationship between Value Types and Life Satisfaction: Mediation Effect of Positive Affectivity (가치 유형과 삶의 만족 사이의 관계: 긍정 정서의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between value types and life satisfaction of Korean university students. 275 students' scores for value types, positive·negative affectivity, and subjective well-being were obtained using questionnaires. Data was analysed by correlation analysis and path analysis. The results can be summarized as followings. First, the correlation between all negative affectivity and all value was not significant. Second, conformity, benevolence, self-direction·stimulation, hedonism, achievement and security value types were positively correlated with positive affectivity, whereas, conformity, benevolence, universalism and security value types were positively correlated with life satisfaction. Third, the student's higher scores of conformity, benevolence and hedonism value types induced higher level of positive affectivity, which, in turn, increased life satisfaction. The results suggested that value types can indirectly influence life satisfaction through positive affectivity.

  • This study aims to analysis the types of features of confucian values of China normal university students. To achieve this purpose, Q methodology is applied. This study was conducted at Sichuan Normal University in China. Total 42 students and 47 statements collected through literature research. The implementation were formed in four types, statism, traditionalism, nominalism, and naturalism. Through this study, from the perspective of international relations, family relations, and friendship, all four type of features were presented intellectualized intelligentiae. The common feature of the four types is gender role, and the cognition of gender role is changing, and women will becoming an independent individual. Although confucian values had made great contribution for the development of Chinese traditional culture, it is an undeniable fact that some ideas not according with the modern social demand for development are hidden in the back.And we should look at and appreciate confucian values from a comprehensive and dialectic view.
