  • This paper intends to suggest methods to design and implement a jQuery mobile based system in a future mobile webapp environment through a study on an N-Screen application in a mobile webapp. N-Screen is one of the representative services of cloud computing. It is promoted by the need of users to require universal functions for all devices. However, this situation is in conflict with the users' need to have the same experience and N-Screen cannot deal with these disparate services. Thus, this study intends to suggest a system analysis, structure of design, and a framework by implementing the N-Screen based movie reservation system in the jQuery mobile environment.

  • Among methods of the big data process, big data process under the cloud environment is becoming a main topic. As part of solving faced problem and strengthening industrial competitiveness in the medical and health industry, discussion on ways to activate big data is actively being conducted. Because the reason is a paradigm shift, saving pressure for increasing health care costs, and increased consumer interest for the level of service. In this paper, we find out the relationship between the cloud and big data. And we are to research and analysis a cloud-based big data case in the medical field. Finally we propose the efficient utilization and future outlook. For the smooth functioning of cloud-based medical big data, we have to solve the problems like infrastructure extension, analysis/application software development, and professional manpower training. In addition, we have to correct insufficient laws maintenance to the Cloud utilization, and improve the security and the recognition to personal information, and solve authority for data centralization.

  • They are rapidly evolving malicious attacks on smart devices, and to timely protect the smart devices from these attacks has become a very important issue. In particular, smishing attack has emerged as one of the most important threats on the smartphone. In this paper, we propose the cloud service that can fundamentally protect the user from the risk of smishing attack. The proposed scheme provides cloud messaging service that can filter text messages including URLs in the user's smart device, view and manage them through a virtual machine provided by a cloud server. The existing techniques for preventing smshing attacks protect only malicious code of a known pattern and there is the possibility of error such as FP(False Positive) or FN(False Negative). However, since the proposed method automatically filters all text messages including URLs, storing, viewing, and managing them in their own storage space on the cloud server, it can completely block the installation of malwares(malicious codes) on the user's smart device through smishing attacks.

  • According to the necessity of smart working with various mobile devices, and the increasing services based on the converged infrastructures such as Cloud, Wearable Computing, Next Generation Wired/Wireless Mobile Networks, the network reliability has been one of the most important things. However, the research related to the network reliability is still insufficient. To solve these problems, we propose the ISNTC (Intelligent Safe Network Technology based on Cloud), which uses the safe network technique based on SDN, to be adopted to the smart working environments. The proposed ISNTC guarantees secure data forwarding through the synchronized transmission path and timing. We have verified the throughput which outperformed the existing techniques through the computer simulations using OPnet.

Research Trend Analysis on Smart healthcare by using Topic Modeling and Ego Network Analysis (토픽모델링과 에고 네트워크 분석을 활용한 스마트 헬스케어 연구동향 분석)

  • Smart healthcare is convergence of ICT and healthcare services, and interdisciplinary research has been actively conducted in various fields. The objective of this study is to investigate trends of smart healthcare research using topic modeling and ego network analysis. Text analysis, frequency analysis, topic modeling, word cloud, and ego network analysis were conducted for the abstracts of 2,690 articles in Scopus from 2001 to April 2018. Topic Modeling analysis resulted in eight topics, Topics included "AI in healthcare", "Smart hospital", "Healthcare platform", "Blockchain in healthcare", "Smart health data", "Mobile healthcare", " Wellness care", "Cognitive healthcare". In order to examine the topic modeling results core deeply, we analyzed word cloud and ego network analysis for eight topics. This study aims to identify trends in smart healthcare research and suggest implications for establishing future research direction.

  • The global recession circumstances, cloud computing has emerged as a new paradigm in the business IT sector. This paper focuses on Software as a Service (SaaS) among cloud services. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has been popularly utilized for examining how users come to accept a new technology, but have not yet been employed to handle issues regarding SaaS adoption. This paper aims at developing an exploratory model that examines important factors affecting SaaS adoption of small and medium sized companies. The proposed exploratory model tests a number of hypotheses which integrate TAM related theories with additional imperative constructs such as marketing effort. Thus, the findings of this study can not only help company users gain insights into SaaS adoption, but also help SaaS providers obtain inspiration in their efforts to discover more effective courses of action for developing their service and improving marketing strategy.

  • There has been an increasing interest in new industry and demand creations by the convergence and integration between IT and infrastructure and BT, NT, and CT and the convergence of IT and spread of cloud computing have changed the IT service environment. Even in the educational field, the convergence and integration of contents with various IT have rapidly emerged and learning equipments for the educational purpose have expanded to the mobile media platform from PCs so that learning without limitations to time, place and equipment has become possible. Contents necessary for the smart education are under way by research development utilizing cyber reality and simulation, and 3D technologies. The purpose of this study is to propose marine contents use and service plans for the educational purpose in order to produce various types of contents for the marine life and environment, to improve the school achievement by stimulating interest and to provide individually customized learning.

  • Recently, the development of cloud computing technology is developed as soon as smartphones is increases, and increased that users want to receive big data service. Hadoop framework of the big data service is provided to hadoop file system and hadoop mapreduce supported by data-intensive distributed applications. But, smpartphone service using hadoop system is a very vulnerable state to data authentication. In this paper, we propose a initial authentication protocol of hadoop system assisted by smartphone service. Proposed protocol is combine symmetric key cryptography techniques with ECC algorithm in order to support the secure multiple data processing systems. In particular, the proposed protocol to access the system by the user Hadoop when processing data, the initial authentication key and the symmetric key instead of the elliptic curve by using the public key-based security is improved.

  • In the cloud environment, the company needs data integration and analysis to make decision and policy. If new system is added to this environment, a lot of time and cost is needed due to disparate properties among systems when data is integrated. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a DBaaS hub system for multi-database service. The DBaaS may require a different database and need data integration for relevant service. Using the ontology, we propose a metadata query to resolve the interoperability issues between data of DBaaS. The meta-query is not a query to access the real data, but the query for the upper level. This method provides data integration by accessing the data with the converted query through an ontology when we access the actual database.We also constructs a document-oriented database system using the metadata.

  • Cloud computing is getting a lot of attention by many people and businesses due to IT environmental changes such as the proliferation of smart devices, the increase of digital data, and the cost of IT resources. More individuals use personal cloud computing services for storing and managing information and data. Therefore, this study proposed determinants that are expected to have an influence on evaluating the value of cloud computing based on the value-based adoption model, examining the relationship between the continuous use intention of cloud computing. Results of the study show that usefulness, convenience of information access, extensibility had a positive impact on perceived value while privacy concerns and costs had a negative impact on perceived value. In addition, perceived value was found to have a significant effect on the intention to continue use of cloud computing. Finally, trust was found to have a significant effect on the perceived value and the intention to continue use of cloud computing. The findings are expected to provide useful information for understanding the factors that individual users consider important in the steadily growing cloud computing market.
