The evolution of cloud computing service over the recent years is potentially one of the major advances in information and communication technology. However, if cloud computing service is to achieve its potential, there needs to be a clear understanding of the various issues such as service security, performance and availability and so on, both from the perspectives of the providers and the consumers of the cloud service. As more and more information on individuals, companies and public sectors are placed in the cloud service, concerns are beginning to grow about just how safe and reliable an environment it is. In order to overcome these situations, the Korea cloud service certification system and U.S. FedRAMP were performed in each country. This paper aims at comparing and analyzing between Korean cloud service certification systems and U.S. FedRAMP and describing the difference between them. Eventually, we propose the improvement strategy of Korea cloud service certification systems based on the comparison results between them.

N-Data Center which provide of cloud computing service for the Government departments, will be prepared transforming to cloud data center and transformed into an 'IT service' provided as a service to the information resources required by each department. N-Data center already provide a cloud service to the departments as maintains a high level of security, and plan to connecting with the private sector as a precondition of security. Therefore, in order to promote them effectively, it is necessary to determine the level of security in the cloud data center, and we have proposed appropriate measures. In this paper, we analyze security requirements of cloud data centers in developed countries and identify the leading private cloud data center security. In addition, we identify the N-data center security level, and analyzes the data center and private cloud gap and provide a transition strategy in terms of security finally.

With the development of information technology, the popularization of 5G and cloud computing has accelerated the circulation and digital transformation of information. In the network information society where information is rapidly increasing, it is very important to have the ability to manage and collect the required information. In particular, the information storage and management functions of cloud services are widely used among young people. This research takes the social factors of accepting cloud services as the breakthrough point, and takes young consumers aged 20-30 as the survey object, and designs a research model according to the development of cloud computing technology. The findings verify the influence of social factors on cloud service acceptance and 20-30-year-old consumers' intention to use cloud services. The partial and complete mediating effects of perceived ease of use were verified from the influence relationship between social factors and exploitation intention. Finally, this study provides inspiration for the development direction of cloud computing technology through empirical analysis.

Recently, the value of ICT-based medical devices, equipments, software and service development are is increased according to strengthening the convergence among ICT, medical technologies and services. This paper presents the new convergence business models by applying cloud service to medical industry. In order to develop the new convergence business models, we checked the validity and feasibility through analyzing the medical market environments such as medical data backup, medical regulation etc. and present the new convergence business models and the direction of commercial business models for customer acquisition, market expansion and competitiveness improvement. This study is to provide the guidelines for establishing the core capacity strengthening strategy and partnership cooperation strategy when we design a new convergence business models in various industrial fields.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors influencing the innovation resistance of cloud computing services and to suggest policy alternatives to increase the use of domestic cloud computing services. For this, a survey was conducted on 178 SMEs that introduced cloud computing services with government support. As a result, technostress, CEO informatization leadership and organizational structure concentration had a significant influence on innovation resistance. Therefore, in the future, first, it is necessary to provide user-centered cloud computing services in the direction of reducing technostress. Second, it is necessary to apply cloud computing services through a deeper understanding of the organizational characteristics of each small and medium enterprise. Third, there is a need for advanced security authentication and a compensation system. In order to promote the use of cloud computing services, an environment in which users can safely use should be prepared first.

Nowadays, within the paradigm shift of e-learning, MOOCs service has been expanded among a number of global leading universities and this has affected our domestic universities' e-learning to look for different possibilities and new challenges. In consideration of our domestic educational condition, it is required to contemplate how university e-learning can be changed and developed with focus on MOOCs from the perspective of convergence development. This study suggests plans for convergence development in university e-learning based on MOOCs with conceptual model. We conducted the studies on relevant literature of university e-learning and MOOCs, expert consultation, SWOT analysis, survey for those involved of e-learning centers, etc. Through this process, we developed a final plan which integrates 'open advanced education course service', 'teaching and learning curation service', 'teaching and learning practice service', 'creative teaching and instruction method development and sharing service', and 'cloud based educational platform support service', etc with the perspective of convergence development. Also we designed convergence development plan based on MOOCs. It is assumed that the result of this research provides advanced plans for development of university e-learning and the base for further discussion of introduction and application of MOOCs service in domestic university.

Digital services improve existing ways of purchasing contracts. In this study, we empirically analyzed the effects of individual technology readiness (optimism, innovation, inconvenience, anxiety) on the acceptance intention of cloud computing technology for users with relatively high understanding of cloud service. Also, the effect of technology readiness on acceptance intention was verified by the mediating effect of digital conversion. As a result, optimism and innovation had a positive effect on digital conversion, and discomfort and anxiety had a negative effect on digital conversion. And although the partial mediating effect of digital conversion was verified in the relationship between optimism, anxiety and acceptance intention, it was verified that there was no mediating effect of digital conversion in the relationship between innovation, discomfort and acceptance intention. Through these results, the practical implications and future research directions of cloud services were presented to companies.

The cloud computing is a system that provides IT resources service by using internet technologies, which grabs lots of attention today. Though cloud storage services provide service users with convenience, there is a problem in which data confidentiality is not guaranteed because it is hard for data owners to control the access to the data. This article suggested the technique by applying Public-Key Cryptosystem only to a block after dividing users' data into blocks in order to protect users' data in cloud system. Thus confidentiality and integrity are given to users' data stored in cloud storage server.

However, it is necessary to identify and understand the various issues of cloud service, both from the perspectives of the providers and the consumers of it. While a lot of studies such as cloud business model, profit model and technology itself are currently taking place in cloud service considering provider's aspects, there are a few researches dealing with cloud service user's aspects. This paper presents the user behavior analysis focused on SaaS users and discusses the development strategy of SaaS service based on the results of user behavior analysis. In order to analyze the user behavior, we surveyed SaaS users divided into two groups such as present and future user groups. Eventually, we proposed the SaaS prospects, development strategy and policy issues based on user behavior analysis.

The Korean government has implemented various policies to introduce the cloud to the public sector. The objectives of the paper are to develop a decision-making model and to propose the roadmap for cloud introduction in the public sector. To achieve these objectives, we analyze the characteristics of public services and types of cloud service. Then we develope a cloud introduction method using fuzzy AHP based convergence decision-making model. As a result of this study, we decided to prioritize the cloud service candidates and proposed a three-step roadmap. The results are expected to contribute to cloud introduction and transition in the public sector and establishment of the cloud policy. In the future, it will be necessary to develop budget plans as well as additional decision-making factors for cloud adoption.
