The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the daily life stress of the multicultural parents on the learning care style of the child and the mediating effect of the parent efficacy on the process. To this end, we surveyed 960 multicultural parents who responded to MAPS' multicultural youth panel 5th year data for parents. The main results are as follows. First, the daily life stress of multicultural parents did not affect the learning care style of their children. Second, parental efficacy was found to be mediating between daily life stress of multicultural parents and child's learning care style. In other words, the positive role of parental efficacy plays an important role in the child's learning care style by improving the stress-relieving ability of multicultural parents.

In the modern age where various knowledge and experiences are shared through communication, it is necessary to have an integrated educational experience that allows developing creative problem-solving ability that is organically related, not a segmented education experience and it is essential to have experience in history education that derives the present from the past and nourishes the logic. Therefore, this study has developed an integrated program for children using folktales of . A total of 4 stories were selected through consultation of expert group and 12 classes were planned. It is expected that the creativity and logic of children will be increased through the program and it will have a meaning that it provides the basis for the study of the integration program using the Samguk Yusa, However, since this study is on a program development, it has limitations that the effect on development is not verified. Once the effectiveness of the program in subsequent studies is verified, it can be a highly utilized program in the field.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examines the effects of corporate sustainable management activities(social activity, economic activity, environmental activity) on the innovation activities(managerial innovation, technical innovation) in the convergence era. To accomplish these purposes, their relationships were modeled based on the previous studies conducted in the various areas. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed to the employees working at the small & medium size companies. The statistical techniques such as descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, multi regression analysis were used to evaluate the research model. The results of multi regression analysis show that all three aspects of corporate sustainable management activities have positively significant effects on the two factors of innovation. That is, if each activities of sustainable management works properly, it leads to create innovation. In addition, enterprises are needed to develop training programs or action planning that make the employees understands sustainable management well. Thus, the advanced level of corporate sustainability is expected if various sustainable management activities are performed in harmony with their innovation activities.

요즘 디지털 컨버전스(융∙복합화)는 대세다. 프린터복합기뿐이 아니다. 다양한 엔터테인먼트 기능의 첨단‘컨버전스(Convergence) 단말기’들이 전성시대를 이루고 있다. MP3플레이어 업체들은 잇따라‘보는’기능을 제품에 접목시키고 있는 반면, 휴대폰 업계는 디지털카메라에 MP3, 게임, 방송시청 기능까지 장착하는 등‘기능별 짝짓기’에 한창이다. 단순 단말기에서 다양한 디지털 기능이 녹아들고 있는 것. 특히 작은 손바닥만한 단말기 속에 앞으로 내가 꿈꾸는 모든 것을 펼칠 수 있는 시대가 불과 1년도 남지 않았다는 사실은 소비자들을 흥분시키기에 충분하다. 이에 빠르게 변화되고 있는 휴대용 멀티미디어기기의 발전 방향을 살펴본다.

Regarding CSR activities of companies in the convergence era, this study tried to find out how CSR activities, image, and reputation would affect the purchase. A total of 200 questionnaires targeting citizens residing in Daegu, Gyeongsang Province were used and it found an alternative on how to establish marketing strategy through CSR activities in the convergence era. First, CSR activities have a positive effect on the purchase intention. Second, corporate image will mediate the degree of corporate CSR activities and purchases. Third, corporate reputation will mediate the degree of corporate CSR activities and purchases. CSR activities have become essential, not an option, and the company that fulfills its social responsibility appears to be loved as seen in the market performance.

지적정보는 정보자체가 가지는 높은 보안과 고유의 특성으로 인해 유통 및 활용에 어려움이 있고, 타 기본공간정보와의 융복합을 위한 상호운영성이 미흡한 실정이다. 하지만, 정보의 개방과 통합은 당연한 시대적 흐름으로서 개방과 통합의 범위는 점차 확대되는 추세에 있다. 최근, 정보의 공개 및 유통을 효율적으로 지원하기 위해 공간정보에 대한 인프라 즉, 표준에 대한 논의가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 정보간 융복합과 서비스 측면에서 다양한 분야별로 많은 표준들이 개발, 운영되고 있는데, 특히, 메타데이터 표준이 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 정보의 유통 및 서비스를 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 메타데이터 표준은 정보에 대한 정확한 설명을 제공하고, 사용자가 정보를 선택하고 활용하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 부가정보를 제공하는 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 지적정보가 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 수요가 창출될 수 있도록 한국의 환경에 맞는 지적정보 메타데이터 표준(안)을 설계하고자 한다. 지적정보의 특성을 감안한 메타데이터 표준의 구성을 통해 정보의 유통 및 서비스를 조기에 실현하고, 타 공간정보와의 융복합을 통한 시너지 창출 및 국가 기본공간정보로서의 역할을 충실히 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Giant character used various SF movies and games in media convergence ages, and is essential for giant character in success contents. It This study defined giant character of SF movies and games, it analysed the eight of external characteristics and internal characteristics of giant character in SF movies and games. The external characteristics defined shape, silhouette, size and color, the internal characteristics defined fear, satanism, image and story focus, playfulness. Above, it was structured positioning model of giant character based eight characteristics and analyzation of example of SF movies and games. The elements of positioning model of giant characters are darkness, huge, abnormal, human, animal, fear, satanism, story focused, image focused and playfulness, and this study was proposed these model of elements of eight in SF movies and games.

This paper aims to examine the relationships between job embeddedness, Job Involvement in the convergence age. In addition, this study examined the moderating effects of Job Meaning. To accomplish these purposes, the main factors of the job embeddedness such as fit, link and sacrifice were found from the previous studies. Also, 306 questionnaires were used in the analysis. The following are the summary of hypothesis test: First, Job Embeddedness are positively related to Job Involvement. Second, the moderating effects of Skill Variety and Task Identity is a significant partial moderating effect on the relationship between job embeddedness and Job Involvement, but about Task Significance are significant full moderating effect.

Recently, FTA may go beyond the agreement of the two countries, and also FTA is tinged aspects of Mega FTA between the economic sphere, under the situation that FTA and the business model are mutually intertwined in convergence industrial environments. Since South Korea came into force in 52 countries and 15 cases of FTA, South Korea have completed FTA network with the United States, as well as ASEAN and most of OECD member countries, and South Korea is now a critical time to take advantage of the FTA to determine the South Korea's economic performance. This paper examined the previous studies of FTA utilization and analyzed practical usages and problems of SMEs' FTA utilization. Through analysis, this paper suggests that the Training Plans of SMEs' Origin Management Specialist for the Improvement of FTA Utilization is as follows: to build up the effective management system of origin supports, to enrich the origin management competency, to reinforce the operation of supporting system, and to strengthen practical capacity of Origin administrative staff. Based on the results, it is expected to provide the policy implications for the FTA utilization in the future.

The purpose of this study was to identify the analysis of the difference between accident type and injury type on ski resort. In order to achieve this purpose, a total of 522 persons recorded in the safety accident logs of two ski resorts located in Gyeonggi - do in 2016-2017 winter season by the purposeful sampling method. Frequency analysis, chi-square test were executed using SPSS Statistics 21.0 Version. As the results, the following conclusion was derived. First, injury part differ statistically and significantly according to both socio-demographic variables(lesson experience). Second, injury type differ statistically and significantly according to both socio-demographic variables(event, lesson experience, event${\times}$age, lesson experience${\times}$gender). Lastly, both injury part and injury type differ statistically and significantly according to Slope course.
