In the current era of Corona, the positive potential of board games is emerging as the 'untact' is accelerating. This situation can be seen as an opportunity to have a positive impact on the development of the board game industry depending on how to develop board games in a more interesting, high-quality and educational way than before. To this end, this study intends to present a methodology for deriving the relative importance of important factors in board game development among the preceding studies and methodologies for more advanced board game development by board game developers and experts. This study is to derive the relative importance of important factors in board game development. To this end, important factors in board game development for board game developers and experts were derived through the Delphi method, and the Delphi method in the ranking format was used to rank the relative importance of the derived factors. This study focused on the development model of playing cards among board games. Priority analysis result, development and planning composition, prior research analysis, draft production, production, validation, application, and review in order of importance were derived(were derived in the order of importance). The results of this study are expected to provide practical guidelines for companies to prioritize and utilize development according to their importance when developing board games.
This study is to examine the causes of research misconduct such as plagiarism, forgery, redundant publication, unfair author expression, and incapacitation of the research ethics system of university researchers and to suggest improvement plan. It basically relied on literature research. In order to supplement the deficiencies in literature research, I sought advice from an expert professor who had experience working in a research-related field in university or who is currently in a position related to research ethics through the delphi-method. As a result of the study, from the perspective of individual researchers, the complacent attitude, dishonesty, and greed for research funds were identified as the main reasons. In terms of organization, it was analyzed for reasons such as lack of detail and application of regulations, lack of verification system, and performance-oriented research environment. In order to overcome research misconduct caused by the researcher's personal reasons, regularization, increase in the number of research ethics education, and strengthening personal penalties were suggested. As a way to overcome irregularities arising from institutional reasons, the reinforcement of the verification system, the reinforcement of the whistle-blower's personal protection system, the omission of promotion, and the quality and quantitative balance of research evaluation was suggested.
This study is a study on the YouTube e-learning advanced service plan in the non-face-to-face era. The trends in education change were examined through literature research and prior research, and improvement measures were suggested through online surveys and in-depth interviews. As for the research method, the first online survey was conducted based on the Honeycomb model and the Likert 5-point scale targeting 90 MZ generation who have experience learning on YouTube for a total of 14 days from October 15 to 28, 2021. A second in-depth interview was conducted with 6 people who answered that the frequency of learning through YouTube is high. As a result of the experiment, users thought that there was an improvement point according to the purpose of learning, and they were able to derive elements that felt a problem in common. In addition, I proposed a new YouTube learning platform through additional questions. Through this study, it is expected that YouTube e-learning service reference materials can be used to respond to the post-non-face-to-face era.
This study aims to investigate the online class preference depending on students' gender and school level. To achieve this aim, the study conducted a survey on 4,803 elementary, middle, and high school students in 17 regions nationwide. The valid data of 4,524 were then analyzed using the Apriori algorithm to discern the associated patterns of the online class preference corresponding to their gender and school level. As a result, a total of 16 rules, including 7 from elementary school students, 4 from middle school students, and 5 from high school students were derived. To be specific, elementary school male students preferred software-based classes whereas elementary female students preferred maker-based classes. In the case of middle school, both male and female students preferred virtual experience-based classes. On the other hand, high school students had a higher preference for subject-specific lecture-based classes. The study findings can serve as empirical evidence for explaining the needs of online classes perceived by K-12 students. In addition, this study can be used as basic research to present and suggest areas of improvement for diversifying online classes. Future studies can further conduct in-depth analysis on the development of various online class activities and models, the design of online class platforms, and the female students' career motivation in the field of science and technology.

This paper analyzes a case of successful faculty entrepreneurship through a coupled process of open innovation in a university context, using the core competency theory perspective. Initially, the current state of faculty entrepreneurship is examined, and the effects of interdisciplinary coupled processes of open innovation are explored, focusing on the case of 'Omotion Inc.,' a startup utilizing generative AI technology for hyper-realistic 3D virtual human experiences. The research methodology involves in-depth interviews with Omotion Inc.'s co-founders, technology commercialization professionals, and experts in the field, followed by analysis based on foundational theories. Applying the core competency theory, this paper scrutinizes the process of integrating diverse expertise and technologies from various academic disciplines. The analysis goes beyond the limitations of faculty entrepreneurship confined to a single technology-centric research domain. Instead, it explores the possibilities of enhancement and value creation through coupled processes, providing practical implications for the university entrepreneurial ecosystem. The aim is to extend the traditional roles of education and research within the university, presenting a role in economic value creation beyond the boundaries of conventional faculty entrepreneurship. Through the collaboration of two faculty members, this study showcases the creation of novel technology and business models. It establishes that successful coupled processes of open innovation in faculty entrepreneurship, from a core competency theory perspective, require the entrepreneurial firm to possess (1) entrepreneurial capabilities, (2) technological capabilities, and (3) networking capabilities. The implications of this research highlight the positive impact of coupled processes of open innovation in faculty entrepreneurship, as evidenced by the Omotion Inc. case, offering guidance on entrepreneurial directions for university members preparing for entrepreneurship.
As the importance of strengthening port security is increasing, it is necessary to conduct a perceptual study on port facility users who pay for port security services first. This study aims to identify improvements in the port security function of Busan Port and contribute to the future development of port security in Korea. A total of 125 questionnaires were collected from port facility security fee collectors at Busan Port. Based on the collected data, exploratory factor analysis, traditional IPA, and modified IPA were conducted. In conclusion, first, the physical function of port security is the most important and should be continuously maintained and strengthened. Second, improving the professionalism of port security personnel is most urgent, and the port security education system needs to be improved. Finally, it is necessary to gradually develop the port security information service function in consideration of future development possibilities.

Winter hibernation in wildlife is a unique physiological mechanism for survival. For Asiatic black bears (ABBs, Ursus thibetanus ussuricus), hibernation is a very important but dangerous time for the cubs to be born. This study surveyed ABBs living in Mt. Jiri To examine the relationship between the temperature during hibernation and the hibernation days. The survey found that the average start and end dates of hibernation was December 7 and April 20, respectively. The average day of hibernation for females who gave birth was $167.8{\pm}22.6$ days. The average temperature of 5 days before hibernation was $0.6{\pm}4.1^{\circ}C$, the average temperature during hibernation was $1.3{\pm}2.43^{\circ}C$, and the average temperature of five days before the end of hibernation was $12.6{\pm}3.1^{\circ}C$. The hibernation days of the females that did not give birth to cubs and the males were $120.4{\pm}25.7$ days and $113.6{\pm}25.8$ days, respectively. The average temperatures of 5 days before hibernation was $2.1{\pm}4.2^{\circ}C$ and $-1.8{\pm}3.9^{\circ}C$, respectively. The average temperature during hibernation was $-0.2{\pm}1.6^{\circ}C$ and $-0.4{\pm}2.4^{\circ}C$. The average temperatures of five days before the end of hibernation were $7.8{\pm}3.6^{\circ}C$ and $7.8{\pm}4.4^{\circ}C$. These results indicate that females giving birth to cubs have higher hibernation days and average temperatures than the females that do not give birth and the males, which is due to the process of raising cubs during hibernation. The hibernating days and mean temperature for the groups in each lifecycle did not show any difference between the groups. This study is meaningful in that it disclosed the characteristics of hibernating intrinsic behaviors of ABBs. It observed the specific hibernation period and temperature of ABBs bears inhabiting in Mt. Jiri and examined the difference by sex, female(giving birth) and life cycle group according to temperature. The results of this study can be used to prevent the conflict between ABBs and humans in winter and spring and establish the preservation management plan.

In this study, the stress characteristics of temporary fixed steel rods were analyzed in the "temporary fixing system using internal prestressing tension", which is mainly applied to the construction of superstructures by FCM. It was difficult to confirm the changes in initial tensile force in this system because the steel rod was internally connected to the pier and the PSC BOX. Therefore, measurement was performed before and after the completion of each segment using an FBG sensor to measure the change in the micro length of the steel rod. The results of the analysis showed that 75% to 90% of the maximum vertical contraction of the steel rod that occurred until the completion of the cantilever segment occurred in the fixing ~ 1segment, and the maximum loss of initial prestressing force was 39%. Such excessive loss of tension force to 1 segment means that tension is needed to improve the precision of construction during the fixation, and re-tension is needed to secure stability for conduction of cantilever segments after the completion of 1segment. In the 2 ~ last segment, the stress of the steel rod decreased gradually, and in the summer, the decrease in stress tended to partially recover due to the increase in the length of the steel rod corresponding to the increase in the vertical volume of PSC BOX. The dominant factor in the stress change in 2~ last segment in this phenomenon is judged to be the change in the length of the steel rod according to the temperature. Unlike the change in length, the relaxation was 1.2-2.7%, which was mostly offset by the opposite stress corresponding to the temperature stress. Therefore, a plan was proposed to improve the internal stress, such as adjusting the fixation time.

As the security of personal information is becoming more important in mobile phones, we are starting to apply iris recognition technology to these devices. In conventional iris recognition, magnified iris images are required. For that, it has been necessary to use large magnified zoom & focus lens camera to capture images, but due to the requirement about low size and cost of mobile phones, the zoom & focus lens are difficult to be used. However, with rapid developments and multimedia convergence trends in mobile phones, more and more companies have built mega-pixel cameras into their mobile phones. These devices make it possible to capture a magnified iris image without zoom & focus lens. Although facial images are captured far away from the user using a mega-pixel camera, the captured iris region possesses sufficient pixel information for iris recognition. However, in this case, the eye region should be detected for accurate iris recognition in facial images. So, we propose a new fast iris detection method, which is appropriate for mobile phones based on corneal specular reflection. To detect specular reflection robustly, we propose the theoretical background of estimating the size and brightness of specular reflection based on eye, camera and illuminator models. In addition, we use the successive On/Off scheme of the illuminator to detect the optical/motion blurring and sunlight effect on input image. Experimental results show that total processing time(detecting iris region) is on average 65ms on a Samsung SCH-S2300 (with 150MHz ARM 9 CPU) mobile phone. The rate of correct iris detection is 99% (about indoor images) and 98.5% (about outdoor images).
This study is based on workplace learning, which has revealed its significant influence in the previous enterprise case studies. Why do small business owners have the opportunity to participate in workplace learning based on authenticity? It was intended to clarify whether it was necessary and to increase the growth and development potential of small business owners based on its contents. Moreover, this study is focused on identifying the influence of workplace learning on management performance through this series of processes. In order to investigate the influence of small enterprise workplace learning on management performance, research hypotheses were set based on a review of previous studies, and empirical analysis was carried out. A total of 203 questionnaires were empirically analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program. As a result, first, workplace learning had partially significant positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, workplace learning had significant positive influence on management performance. Third, job satisfaction had significant positive influence on management performance. Fourth, job satisfaction had partial mediating effect in the relationship between workplace learning and management performance. The analysis result showed that among sub-factors of workplace learning, only formal learning did not affect job satisfaction and that job satisfaction did not have mediating effect in the relationship between formal learning and management performance. According to analysis, this was because in poor small enterprise environments, opportunities to participate in formal learning like external training or in-house training were not kept. In other words, poor small enterprise environments were plainly revealed from the managerial, economic and social standpoint. Therefore, there is a need to establish the foundation of growth for them to solve problems and develop win-win development capabilities and an institutional system that can make a contribution to policy and education, and management, by helping small enterprises keep opportunities to participate in workplace learning. In spite of these significant study results, there can be a limitation. For improving this limitation, further research will need to target diverse fields focusing on samples, which can explain relations of many different variables. Also, working-level relation research connected to studies that can highly enhance management performance will be required.
