Recent public information project, which has been organized mainly to large companies is a situation that is being reorganized to small and medium-sized systems integration company. However, many of the small and medium-sized companies lack knowledge of the systematic risk management. Thus, in connection with the revenue, it involves a number of problems. Therefore, in this paper, we present a risk element that occurs mainly in the field of the project, providing a model for measuring the risk element by risk level costs associated with this. Through the convergence, we aim at providing a management system that is able to make the project successfully accomplished, predicting the risk that occurs in advance to pursue the project; Based on the proposed model, it is possible to secure a proper size of reserve fund so it is expected to enable companies to ensure the cost of risk analysis.

Mobile's health care and diagnostic capabilities are accepted as the most innovative sectors, and the combination with wearable device is being predicted as the future's most promising industries. However, the level of consumer acceptance and utilization is still insufficient compared to the development of technology. This study explores the use intention of wearable device based on previous studies about health apps. In particular, health-related use efficacy of the app, app use intention and app satisfaction are analyzed through a structural equation model. The use of health-related apps revealed that there is a statistically significant relationship with the use of the wearable device. The results suggest that the importance of app use efficacy, satisfaction, apps use should be considered for the successful diffusion of wearable health devices.

This paper is about the utilization of public interaction design in terms of design convergence study. As there are different perspectives about public character in various academic fields, it is not simple to define the concept of it. In Korea, since 1960's, the public art which considered only about places has received more and more people's attention. But, there still remain disputes over the residents' participation and communication problems. It is more important to debate mainly on the value judgments of the public design considering artistic experience, ease, functionality, and utility in the interaction rather than a focus on user's experience. On the basis of this, it is suggested bench design which includes flower motif to access and utilize freely to necessary information and the bench design will be helpful to provoke interaction and design convergence in the era of new media technology.

The ICT convergence and intelligence information technology has many influences on the whole smart society in the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution era. Louis Sullivan insisted, "Form follows function." Functionality is one of the most fundamental elements for users to use product or space, and "function" in space and architecture has the meaning of the most important factor in determining its form. In this way, from the viewpoint of "Functionalism," the research selected Toyo Ito to see how important elements pursued by Functionalism are related to his forms of creation. Small residential space projects of Toyo Ito from the early 1970s to the present are selected, so that the structure, material and space type of space and architecture can easily grasped and analyzed. Space and architectural structures and surfaces were classified into the characteristics of materials and classified according to the strength of openness of space. As a result, the space and architecture that pursue the function use a method that can maximize the efficiency of the function while excluding the whole decoration in order to highlight the function. The characteristics found in Toyo Ito's small-scale residential space can be defined as the formalization and simplification of the form, the openness of space, and the versatility of each element.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of combined exercise program on fall-related physical fitness and pain response in elderly people. Fall-related physical fitness consisted of the 7 performance test items by Senior Fitness Test Manual. Pain response was measured by visual analog scale (VAS sore: 0=no pain, 10=extremely unsatisfactory). The combined exercise program was performed for about one hour per day, 4 times a week over a period of 10 weeks. As the result of this study, flexibility, agility, and right balance were significantly increased. The various characteristics of pain were considerably improved on pain symptom, leg pain when walking, pain symptom when sitting, and pain symptom in daily living. In conclusion, there has been a substantial improvement in 10 weeks by combined exercise program.
