The purpose of this study was to develop sports ethics consciousness scale for preventing fixing game, based on foreign data but considering the actual conditions of Korea. Respondents were elite sports athletes from D-city. This study was conducted on 304 elite sports athletes from middle, high school and college students selected by purposeful sampling, for three months from May to July 2018. In the date analysis stage, the descriptive statistic analysis was performed for understanding the item characteristic and the internal consistency coefficient(α), the exploratory factor analysis and the confirmatory factor analysis were perforned for analysing the credibility, the validity. There were five sub-factors of sports ethics consciousness scale, consisting of ethics of autonomy, ethics of collectivism, ethics of common good, ethics of dignity, and ethics of productivity, which were identified through 23 questions. It was proved that the scale have enough suitability (χ2=420.151, df=220, p=.000, GFI=.996, NFI=.979, TLI=.960, CFI=.978, RMSEA=.055).

이 연구는 스마트교육환경에서의 교육용 앱을 평가하기 위한 신뢰롭고 타당한 도구를 개발하는데 있다. 기존 선행연구에 기초해서 교육용 앱의 평가를 위한 평가모형을 도출했으며, 이 모형은 4개의 평가영역(교수 학습측면, 화면디자인측면, 기술측면, 경제 윤리측면)과 13개 평가요소들로 구성되었다. 이 잠재모형의 통계적 타당성 검증을 위한 자료수집을 하고자, 경기도 소재 중학교 1곳과 고등학교 2곳의 학생 156명을 대상으로 교육용 앱을 평가하는데 있어서 각 평가문항이 갖는 중요도를 평가하였다. 수집된 자료를 탐색적 요인분석한 결과, 교육용 앱을 평가하는 영역으로 교수 학습(흥미성 자기주도성 실용성, 인지발달성), 화면디자인(디자인의 적합성, 어휘의 정확성), 기술(호환성, 안정성), 경제 윤리(경제성, 윤리성) 등 4개 영역이 제안되었다. 또한 문항내적일관성을 확인하고자 신뢰도 분석한 결과, 각 평가영역 별 Cronbach ${\alpha}$는 .88, .85, .82, .80으로 모두 적합한 수준을 보였다. 따라서, 이 연구를 통해 도출된 교육용 앱 평가도구는 통계적으로나 타당성과 신뢰성 측면에서 의미 있는 것으로 판단할 수 있다.

As people increasingly access the internet on mobile, the importance of internet ethics and Information Communication(ICE) Ethics has been gradually emphasized in a global society. Therefore it is needed that young students should learn cyber-ethics at school. However, currently there is almost no appropriate ICE-education program for primary school students in Korea. In this paper, we propose an ICE-education program based on digital storytelling. The proposed ICE-education program makes students to learn ICE naturally through the experiences obtained in the process of making their own digital storytelling about ICE. We applied the proposed ICE educational program to the 6th grade students of an elementary school located in Seoul. The result showed that the most participated students have enhanced their scores in participation, respect and temperance among four key elements of ICE.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the level of biomedical ethics awareness, empathy among college students. The participants were 469 university students in South Korea. The average score for biomedical ethics awareness was $2.89{\pm}.21$ ; The average the scores of empathy was $2.41{\pm}.35$. Biomedical ethics awareness showed a positive correlation with empathy(r=.203, p<.001). Emotional empathy showed a significant effect on biomedical ethics awareness. And the empathic concern of emotional empathy showed a significant effect on right to life fetus, artificial abortion, artificial insemination, prenatal diagnosis of fetus, right to life of newborn, euthanasia, brain death of biomedical ethics awareness. The results of this study suggest that biomedical ethics education to the emotional empathy should need for general university students.

The purpose of this study was to research the relationship among ethical leadership, sportsmanship, altruism and locus of control of employees in hotel corporations. Ethical leadership is the demonstration of normatively appropriate conduct through personal actions and interpersonal relationships and the promotion of such conduct to followers through two-way communication, reinforcement and decision-making. Ethical leadership is expected to have positive effects on the attitudes and ethical conduct of employees and ultimately evev on business unit or organizational performance. To accomplish this study, it was determined that the analysis derived from a hypothesis and literature reviews and data collected from 241 employees in hotel corporations. The results of empirical analysis showed as follows. First, Perceived ethical leadership has a significant effect on sportsmanship. Second, Perceived ethical leadership has a significant effect on altruism. Third, Locus of control was also found to have moderating effect upon the relationship between ethical leadership and altruism Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

This study aimed to make an empirical investigation into the effects of supervisor's ethical leadership in a public library on its members' organization citizenship behaviors. While a number of studies on the associations between ethical leadership and organization citizenship behavior were carried out in other areas, such studies have been very few in the area of library. In this context, this study hypothesized and verified the relationship between ethical leadership and organization citizenship behaviors in the area of library. As a result of empirical analysis, it was found that ethical leadership has positive (+) effects on conscientiousness, courtesy, and sportsmanship among the components of organization citizenship behaviors. This demonstrates the importance of ethical leadership, and suggests the necessity for further extensive studies that investigate the effects of ethical leadership on members' organizational commitment and job satisfaction, through the input of diverse variables.

The purpose of this study was to research the relationships among ethical climate, trust, organizational identification and turnover intention of employees in travel agency. Ethical climates the prevailing perceptions of typical organizational practices and procedures that have ethical content. Ethical climate involves the perceptions of rightness or wrongness present in the organization's work environment, and establishes the norms for acceptable and unacceptable behavior within the company. To accomplish this study, it was determined that the analysis derived from a hypothesis and literature reviews and data collected from 231 employees in travel agency. The results of empirical analysis showed as follows. First, Perceived ethical climate has a significant effect on trust, organizational identification and turnover intention. Second, Organizational identification has a significant effect on turnover intention while trust has no relationship with it. In addition, the mediating role of organizational identification is examined in the relationship between ethical climate and turnover intention. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

This review was performed to outline the food ethics to the professionals in the field of food science and industries. Food ethics is the ethics or ethical consideration concerning food; while, the keywords of food ethics are a life, happiness and the wisdom. The ultimate goal as well as the first principle of food ethics is a sustainable living of human race. In order to reach the goal a coexistence of humans and nature, coexistence of humans and humans, and the fulfillment of essential requirements of a food are needed. The needs yield six categorical imperatives such as a respect for life, preservation of nature, distributive justice without deception or fakes, prior consideration of consumer, moderation and balance neither overs nor shorts, and the assurance of safety. The core principles corresponding to the categorical imperatives include a respect for life, environmental preservation, justice, priority of consumer, dynamic equilibrium, and the priority of safety. The core principles approach is a simple, clear, and practical method in solving ethical issues. The code of food ethics is also based on the core principles.

기존과 현행 수자원 관련 의사결정은 법, 정책 및 규정의 틀에서 이루어진다. 그러나 우리나라에서 재현되고 있는 물의 사회적 현안과 갈등들을 생각할 때 이들 의사결정을 위한 틀이 충분한 역할을 하고 있는가에 의문을 제시하고 다른 길을 모색할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 물 의사결정과 행동을 주도하기 위한 기존 틀의 보완책 또는 새로운 대안으로 섬진강 유역의 수자원 이용 사례를 통하여 물 윤리의 도입과 제도화를 제안한다. 물 윤리(water ethics)는 물 정책, 관리 및 실무 등 실제행동의 복잡한 환경에서 우리의 가치를 적용하기 위해 채택하는 원칙이다. 대부분 물 윤리적 행동선택은 여러 개의 상충되는 가치를 포함하고 있어 원칙이 필요하며, 존중할 가치와 무시할 가치를 선택해야한다. 또한 이러한 가치 결정을 신속하고 효율적으로 수행하여 물 갈등해소를 지원할 필요가 있다. 물 윤리의 가치 영역은 환경, 사회, 경제, 문화, 거버넌스 등 5개로 분류할 수 있다. 섬진강 유역에는 1960년 이후 경제발전을 위하여 섬진강댐, 주암댐, 보성강댐, 동복댐, 동화댐 등 6개의 댐이 건설되었고, 이들 댐에서 확보한 수량의 60%는 섬진강 유역 외의 생·공용수, 농업용수 및 발전용수로 도수되고 있다. 송정지점을 기준으로 연평균 유출량은 댐건설 전·후에 40%로 감소한 것으로 추정되었다. 물 윤리 차원에서 이들 정책은 1960년 정부가 추구했던 경제 가치에 최우선하는 물 관리라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 물 관리는 하류로 흘러가는 수량의 부족을 초래하여 하구 생태계 훼손을 초래하였다. 특히 하구 기수역에서 상류 유입량 감소로 인한 염수의 유입으로 재첩의 생태환경이 악화되어 전통적인 재첩채취 어업문화를 이루어 왔던 어민들이 고충을 겪고 있다. 물 윤리 차원에서 섬진강의 물 관리는 경제와 함께 환경, 사회, 문화 및 거버넌스 가치의 비중을 높일 필요가 있다. 또한 하구의 환경생태 가치 보전에 필요한 환경유량을 확보하기 위해 공업용수와 농업용수 이용 효율성(재이용, 절약, 경제성), 생활용수의 수요관리, 공급시설의 최적 운영 전략을 물 윤리적 차원에서 평가해야한다. 최종적으로 확보된 환경유량의 효과적 활용을 위하여 그동안 물 관리에서 소외되었던 어민을 포한한 지자체, 수공·농어촌공사·한수원 물 관리기관, 중앙정부 등 이해관계기관의 거버넌스 가치를 높여야한다.

배자에 의해 인간복제가 가능하다는 외신은 그 진위가 어찌되었든 오래전부터 계속되어 오던 과학과 철학 혹은 윤리에 관한 논쟁을 다시 도마위에 올려놓는 계기가 되었다. 과학의 발전경로와 그에 따른 많은 영향들은 미래 인류의 존엄성을 폭넓게 좌우할 것이다. 이런 의미에서 '인간성의 과학'은 오늘날 윤리적인 한 기준이 될 법하다.
