The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data and to construct education system by analizing the case of Japan on the lifelong vocational competency development utilizing the university. Japan has grown by the world leading technology and talented people. In a globalized world, In order to achieve economic growth, It is necessary to connect the Human resource development to the overall growth of the economy. After the law on policy implementation system for the Lifelong Learning Promotion is enacted. University of japan, the newly defined the philosophy of lifelong learning in the Fundamental Law of Education. Then, University of japan has induced people to actively participate in the lifelong vocational competency development. In this paper, we refer to the Shizuoka University in Japan and learning support program and we studied the method for the activation of improvement and field placement of the training capacity of field training using the case of Japan on the lifelong vocational competency development utilizing the university.

이상에서 소개된 정보통신부 리눅스 활성화 방안을 요약하면 다음과 같다.1991년 개발된 리눅스가 최근 저비용 고효율 안정성 등의 여러가지 이점 때문에 대표적인 PC서버용 운영체제로 부각되고 있다. IBM, Intel, Sun 등 세계적인 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 업체들이 공식적으로 리눅스 지원을 시작하면서 Windows NT에 대적하는 새로운 서버 운영체제로 부각되었고, 이에 따라 다른 여러 업체들도 리눅스 시장을 선점하기 위해 활발한 개발활동을 전개하고 있다. 본 활성화 방안은 국내에서 리눅스 활성화를 통해 다음의 목표를 달성하기 위해 마련되었다. 추진목표는 첫째, 저가격 고성능의 리눅스를 이용한 PC 보급 확산으로 인터넷 이용환경 구축 예산을 절감하고 교육정보화 등 정보화사업에 리눅스 적용을 통해 국민의 보편적 이용환경을 조성하는 데 있고, 둘째, 리눅스 기반기술 개발을 통해 소프트웨어 기술을 국제수준으로 향상시키고, 셋째, 리눅스의 보급 활성화를 통한 국내 소프트웨어 산업을 육성하는 데 있다. 구체적 추진전략은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 리눅스 한글환경 표준화 및 리눅스 기반기술 개발 등과 같은 원활한 리눅스 보급을 위한 연구개발을 추진한다. 둘째, 리눅스 환경하의 다양한 응용 개발 촉진체계를 구축한다. 셋째, 공공분야에 대한 리눅스 보급을 추진한다. 셋째, 공공분야에 대한 리눅스 보급을 추진한다. 정보화사업 추진 시 리눅스 활용을 적극 추진하고 교육정보화 사업의 기본장비로 활용하는 시범사업을 추진한다. 또한 산 학 연의 리눅스 전문가들로 리눅스 협의회를 구성하여 리눅스 보급 확산을 위한 활동을 추진하게 될 것이다. 이 과정에서 기업들의 요구사항 및 이용활성화에 대해서 협의가 이루어질 것이다. 새 천년에는 시작부터 국가간에 치열한 정보화 경쟁이 있을 것이다. 정보화 환경이 얼마나 저비용 고효율으로 잘 구축되었느냐, 그리고 정보화 인력을 얼마나 갖고 있느냐가 그러한 국제사회에서의 경쟁력을 좌우하게 될 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 리눅스의 활성화는 매우 중요하다. 본 활성화 방안이 성공적으로 수행되어 우리나라가 아시아의 리눅스 메카로 떠올라 새천년에 우리나라가 정보화 선진국에 진입하도록 정부에서는 최대의 노력을 기울일 방침이다.

For many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), innovation activities to lead a market with technology development and a globalization strategy tend to be a haphazard process due to a lack of capabilities. Thus, this paper aims to explore success factors of the global leading SMEs in Korea that are not only the first mover through technology innovation but also outstanding in export. The analysis utilizes data from Korean Innovation Survey (KIS) and statistical analyses such as t-test and chi-square are performed to compare global leading SMEs and normal SMEs, concentrating on various factors such as information sources, collaboration and non-technology innovation activities. The results indicate that critical success factors involve information from outside companies (information from conferences and government institutes) and government supports through logistic regression analysis. This research suggests a strategic direction for policy makers to promote innovation and growth in SMEs.

The present study attempts to build a decision making model for social enterprise investment. The proposed model includes four factors; social compatibility, growth, profitability, stability, and organizational suitability. Thirteen social enterprise investors were requested to rate the importance of each of the four factors when they make investment decisions. Financial stability (25.8%) and social compatibility(25.7%) turned out to be most important followed by profitability(17.5%) and growth(17.1%). Organizational suitability(13.9%) was least important. This study uncovered the first empirical factors for social enterprise investment decision making in the early stage of exploratory research. In practice, also provided several implications to social entrepreneurs, investors and policy makers.

일반적으로 알려져 있는 소에 있어서의 제각은 화학적인 소락제, 송아지 제각기 (tube calf dehorner), 전기인두, 톱 및 선거(線鋸; wire saw) 등을 이용하고 있으나, 제각 처치시 소에 많은 스트레스를 주고 있는 실정에 있다. 2001년도에 일본의 요우카이치시(四日市) 소재 냉동 및 냉장창고업을 하는 일신냉장고(주)에 근무하는 직원이 현내의 비육농장에서 제각하는 것을 보고, 생산자나 소비자로부터 이야기를 나누던 중, 점차적으로 소 사육농장에서 다두사육화가 되면서 우군 무리중에서 순위싸움으로 인해 외상을 입거나, 경쟁에 밀린 소는 사료를 제대로 먹지 못하여 스트레스를 받는 다는 것에 착안하여, 끝이 뾰쪽한 뿔에 복싱 글러브(boxing glove)와 같은 커버를 장착하면 제각을 하지 않고 소 본래의 자연체형을 유지한 체로 안심, 안전, 위험방지가 가능한 소의 뿔 커버를 연구개발하게 되었다. 최초로 제작된 소의 뿔 커버는 고무 특유의 수축작용을 이용해서 소의 뿔에 장착하였으나, 소의 큰 압력에 눌려 하루도 못가 각상피(角上皮)와 같이 탈락하였으며, 그 후 약 3년간은 실패를 거듭한 끝에 4년째인 2005년 봄에 의외의 장소에서 힌트를 얻었는 데, 귀가시 가족중 우연히 이가 빠졌는 것을 보고, 소의 각돌기(角突起)의 각첨부(角尖部)에 고정하는 방법을 생각하게 되었다. 연구를 시작하면서부터 NOSAI 수의사들, JA 동일본조합사료 수의사, 전농축산 서비스 등의 도움을 받았으며, 이후 오리온기업육성기술개발지원사업에 채택되어 4년여간의 연구를 한 끝에 약 30초의 부착시간이 걸리는 1회성의 영구적인 소의 뿔 커버를 특허개발(2005년)하여 2008년도부터 판매하기 시작하여 거세 화우, 교잡종 화우암소, 화우 암소 등에 일본 전역에서 보급되어 시술되고 있다. 최근 수개월전에 제가 아는 지인이 일본서 뿔 커버 2두분을 직접 구입하여 왔는 바, 직접 한우 경산우 암소 2두에 극히 간편하고 쉽게 시술하였기에 소개하여 도움을 주고 저 한다.

In the revision of the national curriculum, various creative activities and career activities are highlighted under the goal of fostering creative talent. Following the implementation of this policy, which is represented by creative activities, teachers are burdened with comprehensive responsibilities, such as planning and executing safety procedures and preventing accidents. Existing systems for teacher management had limitations that allowed only the provision of standardized information and management. The main purpose of this study is to help teachers manage their classes systematically through a class management system. The teachers' overall management system includes several functions, such as checking students' locations, registering students' reviews, or registering various kinds of activities for the creative experiential activities of the curriculum. This system not only helps teachers to systematically manage the creative experiential activities, but also allows teachers to share the history of their activities with each other. Furthermore, this system will be helpful in achieving the objectives of the revised curriculum.

A new grafted cactus cultivar, G. 'Gohong', was developed by crossing 'DR' line with dark red color and G. 'Seolhong' with dark red color in 2004. It grew for 6 months after grafting in vitro and culturing at 100 mL test tube. After grafting and planting in greenhouse in 2005, various characteristics were evaluated three times until 2008. It has flat-round shape and dark red skin. In addition, it has 8 to 10 ribs and gray and straight spines on the body. The diameter of it was 44.1 mm after 10 months. It grew bigger and faster comparing with G 'Seolhong' cultivar. The ability of propagation in G. 'Gohong' is similar to that of G. 'Seolhong' producing approximately 12.1 daughter globes for 10 months after planting.

It has flat round shape and dark red skin. In addition, it has 8 to 10 ribs and brown straight spines on the body. Its diameter was 44.0 mm after 10 months from planting, and bigger comparing with that of 'Seolhong' cultivar. The ability of propagation in 'Ihong' was better than that of 'Seolhong' and 'Ihong' approximately produced 15.8 offsets for 10 months.

Recently, silk farming trends are changed from silk production to functional production because of a slump in only silk production. The 'Functional silk farming production promotion and assistant ACT', which has been enacted and effective since 2009, provides an environment to create the integrated functional sericulture production program. The purpose of this study is to derive the current industry status and the development strategy resulting in promoting and creating a new value-added industry. The main items to be improved in current sericulture industry are production infra and facilities, post-harvest storage technology, processing and marketing, sericulture farming products trading, exporting and merchandised promoting, farm management and farm income etc. Future sericulture industry should be focus on Mulberry production and Processing instead of silk farming only for a new valued added industry.

A new grafted cactus cultivar, G. mihanovichii 'Hwangun', for exporting abroad, was developed by crossing G. mihanovichii 'Hwangwol' variety with yellow and orange color, and G. mihanovichii '0111021' line with yellow color in 2008. It grew for 6 months after grafting in vitro and culturing at 100 mL test tube. After grafting and planting in greenhouse in 2005, various characteristics were evaluated three times until 2008. It has flat-round shape and bright yellow skin. In addition, it has 7 to 9 ribs and brown straight spines on the body. The diameter of it was 40.9 mm after 10 months after planting, and small comparing with G. mihanovichii 'Hukwang' cultivar. The ability of propagation in G. mihanovichii 'Hwangun' is prior to that of G. mihanovichii 'Hukwang' producing approximately 22.3 daughter globes for 10 months.
