자율운항선박 육상원격제어를 위한 충돌위험 및 이상항적 식별 기술 개발

  • IMO가 정의하고 있는 자율운항선박의 자율도는 4단계로 구분되며, 완전 무인선박인 4단계를 제외한 나머지 단계에서는 자율운항선박에 대한 육상의 원격제어가 가능하도록 해야한다. 본 연구에서는 자율운항선박 기술개발사업을 통해 진행 중인 자율운항선박의 육상원격제어를 위한 비상상황인식 기술 개발에 대해 소개한다. 육상의 원격제어가 수행되어야 하는 비상상황에 대한 식별을 위해, 항적 정보를 이용한 타선 항로예측 기반의 충돌위험영역식별을 수행한다. 또한, 타선의 항적정보를 데이터베이스화하여 자율운항선박 운항 영역에 존재하는 현재의 선박에 대한 이상학적 식별을 수행한다. 제안된 기술은 울산 성능실증센터 및 자율운항선박 해상테스트베드 시험선에서의 기능 및 성능 검증을 위해 준비중이다.

  • Currently, land-based fish farms utilizing seawater have introduced and are utilizing various equipment such as real-time water quality monitoring systems, facility automation systems, and automated dissolved oxygen supply devices. Furthermore, data collected from various equipment in these fish farms produce structured and unstructured big data related to water quality environment, facility operations, and workplace visual information. The big data generated in the operational environment of fish farms aims to improve operational and production efficiency through the development and application of various methods. This study aims to develop a system for effectively analyzing and visualizing big data produced from land-based fish farms. It proposes a data visualization process suitable for use in a fish farm big data analysis system, develops big data visualization tools, and compares the results. Additionally, it presents intuitive visualization models for exploring and comparing big data with time-series characteristics.

The Investigation of Influencing Factors to Attitude toward Doping in Korean Athletic Players (육상선수의 도핑태도에 관한 영향요인 탐색)

  • This study aimed to investigate the factors that influence the attitude toward doping and to provide useful information for developing a doping prevention program suitable for Korean athletic players. One hundred and seventy-two players who enrolled in Korea Association of Athletics Federations were participated in this study and they filled in the questionnaire about demographic factors, information on doping, perfectionism, and perceived motivational climate. Collected data were analyzed by using stepwise multiple linear regression for exploring the main factor that affect the attitude toward doping depending on field and track events. All adult players have more permissive attitude toward doping than adolescents. In track event, while players who are sensitive to coach's criticism have more permissive attitude toward doping, players who focused on personal standards have more repressive attitude toward it. These results would be useful to develop anti-doping strategy for Korean field and track players.

  • 2010년 7월 1일부터 5톤 이상의 어선에 VHF(DSC) 무선설비 설치가 의무화됨에 따라 어선의 VHF 통신을 위한 육상통신망 구축이 필요하게 되었다. 또한 어선의 VHF 무선설비 설치에 따라 VHF 통신량이 급증할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 어선의 VHF 무선설비 설치 현황 및 문제점, 어선의 VHF 교신을 위한 육상통신망 구축 방안, 어선의 VHF 교신을 위한 통신채널 확보 방안 및 VHF DSC 활용 방안에 대하여 분석하였다.

  • Some of old fluvial sediments are originally composed of fine and silty-clay grains with sands or some of them have been segregated by weathering as a result of the influence of groundwater fluctuations. For this reason, some of old fluvial sediments are not suitable for using as fine aggregates. Furthermore, the old fluvial aggregates with comparatively good quality have been exploited for a long time and quality of most remainders have been significantly poor. Though many old fluvial aggregates do not satisfy the quality controls(QC) standards such as KS F2526 and KS F 2527, they must be utilized to various usage suitable far different quality categories. Thus, we try to make constant efforts to utilize aggregates of all qualities. This study shows that physical properties of old fluvial aggregates are both controlled by source rocks and also related to old fluvial environment.

  • The expense Our country's land logistics system is becoming backlog day by day. The greenhouse gas which it discharges specially from the vehicle causes a ecocide and traffic expense to make. The traffic energy curtailment which the government enforces during that time and environment-friendly green goods policy lost the effect. Therefore, This research propose the car-ferri network which is the most effective logistics system substitutes the land logistics system. This research will contribute improving the north and south logistics network of Pusan and Seoul region and will be able to reduce a various goods expense.

The Changes of Technical Efficiency and Malmquist Productivity of Land Transportation by Region (지역에 따른 육상운송의 효율성과 생산성 분석)

  • Inland transportation system has been improving inefficiencies and structural problems due to excess of supply. Therefore, inland transportation market needs to reform its regional logistics structure in order to increase its competitiveness. To improve the solution, the research studied efficiencies and productivity of inland transportation systems in regions. In order to obtain specific facts, each cities' five years of (2005-2009) balanced panel data on inland transportation system has been studied. According to CCR and BCC analysis, Ul-San has been evaluated as the most efficient DMU during 2005-2008. In addition, in 2009, Seoul was the most efficient DMU. Also, according to Window analysis, Gwan-Ju and Gwangwon-do scored 0.062. Therefore, they were estimated as stable DMUs. According to Malmquist productivity analysis, average productivity indexes of four terms of Chungcheongnam-do and Chungcheongbuk-do haves been increased to 6.6% and 7.3%. I hope this study contributes to the improvement of regional inland transportation system.

  • e-navigation 전략은 선박의 출발항부터 도착항의 부두 접안에 이르는 전 과정의 안전과 보안을 위한 관련 서비스 및 해양환경 보호 증진을 위해 선박과 육상 관련 정보를 융합하여 통합된 수집, 교환, 표현 및 분석을 수행하는 체계를 말한다. 이는 기존의 선상 시스템과 육상 시스템에서의 유용한 정보들을 융합하여 통합시킴으로서 선박의 안전을 제공하고 나아 가서는 해상의 환경을 보호하기 위한 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이러한 e-navigation 전략의 기반 하에 기존 제공되는 선상에서의 IBS, 육상의 VTS 등 서비스 뿐 아니라, 원격 유지보수 서비스, 선내 통합 모니터링 서비스, 지능형 선박충돌방지 서비스, 지능형 연근해상 선박교통관제 서비스 등 다양한 통합화된 서비스 제공이 가능하다.
