Recently the research about electron transport characteristic and energy distribute function in mixture gases within Helium, has been used and developed widely as industrial quality improvement of extinguish characteristic, electrical dielectric strength ability of application of each species high voltage apparatus, gas plasma etching progress of work to use manufacture of semiconductor, thin film molding by CVD, insulation film to use ultra LSI, etc. This paper analyze electron transport characteristic in the range E/N $1{\sim}60$[Td], pressure $0.1{\sim}6.0$[Torr] by MCS. It is necessary to seek electron drift velocity, diffusion coefficient, lonization coefficients, characteristic energy, mean energy and electron energy distribution function as electron transport characteristic.

This paper describes the electron transport characteristic in $SiH_4$ gas calculated for range of E/N values from $0.5{\sim}300$(Td) using a set of electron collision cross sections determined by the authors and the values of electron swarm parameters are obtained for TOF method. The results gained that the value of an electron swarm parameter such as the electron drift velocity, longitudinal and transverse diffusion coefficients with the experimental and theoretical for a range of E/N. The electron energy distributions function were analysed in monosilane at E/N : 30, 50(Td) for a case of equilibrium region in the mean electron energy. The validity of the results obtained has been confirmed by a TOF method.

Various types of oil response equipments and oil recovery vessels are being developed in Korea from the 1990s to respond nil spill accidents. It should be considered prior to the selection of the oil skimmers to make the oil recovery system more efficient at early stage of oil spill accidents. Rotating baldes of vortex skimmer beneath the water surface concentrate oil and draw it into the weir, where it flows to a collection sump. In this study a recently developed Vortex-Disc skimmer(model : VDS-50) is introduced and the performance test results for the skimmer are discussed.

The electron swarm parameters in the$CF_4$(O.l%, 5%)+Ar mixtures are measured by time of flight method over the E/N(Td) range from 10 to 300LTdl. A two-term approximation of the Boltzmann equation analysis and Monte Carlo simulation have been also used to study electron transport coefficients. We have calculated W, NDL, NDT, $\alpha$ and the limiting breakdown electric field to gas mixtures ratio in pure $CF_4$ gas and$CF_4+Ar$ mixtures. The measured results and the calculated results have been compared each other paper.

Recently, the roles of the construction engineers become more important in all phases of construction project life cycle. Construction engineers' capabilities is one of the key factors to accomplish construction project objectives. After acquiring basic Knowledge and skills in colleges, the construction engineers have opportunities to develop their abilities through continuous education provided by companies, associations, colleges, and so on. The current eduction system is not sufficient enough to assist engineers to develop their potentials. The construction professionals training system that help career development, career management, education and training is need to raise excellent engineers in a long term perspective. In order to investigate the necessity and the element in the career development support, I perfromed the perception about the career deveolopment by doning question investigation.

To determine an operational condition of an adhesion-type oil skimmer, it is important to estimate the withdrawal rate for a given driving velocity of the skimmer and material properties of the oil. As a theoretical model for this problem the formation of an oil film on a vertically driven flat plate is investigated. The previous steady-state analysis made in the field of coating industry are reviewed. These studies have been made under the assumptions of small Reynolds and capillary number, which is adequate for coating process but not for oil skimming. An alternative analysis based on the linear stability theory is made. Comparisons with the experimental results reveal that the stability analysis gives a correct estimation of the withdrawal rate for high capillary number at which the previous theory losses its validity.

In this paper, the optimum drilling operation sequence which results into the minimum overall machining time required to produce a (multi-diameter) hole is identified. The operation sequence is defined as the set of ordered operations used for producing a (multi-diameter) hole. The overall machining time is derived by summing the minimum machining times of each operation assigned to a sequence. The operations represent the drilling actions of certain sizes to produce the related holes. The minimum machining time of each operation is obtained by solving the optimization problem. Finally, this paper will identify the effects of machining constraints on the overall machining times and their relationships to sequence selection.

A Case of thoraco-abdominal aortic aneurysm involving from the lower descending- thoracic aorta to bifurcation of abdominal aorta into both common iliac artery is presented in special view-point of its surgical technic and postoperative complication. Operative technic is the most popular method of Dr. De Bakey's shunt of Dacron which is bridging thoracic aorta to terminal abdominal aorta primarily as temporary shunt but after anastomosing the individual hranch of left Renal, Celiac, Sup. meseateric and right Renal artery to corresponding part of the Dacron tube, the Dacroa graft is fixed as permanent graft in stead of excised thoraco-abdominal aorta. The patient died of acute renal failure and increasing evidence of CNS damage due to respiratory acidosis on 6th postoperative day hut this report will he a good experience in respect of further progress of aortic surgery in Korea.

Esophageal duplication constitute about 10% of all the mediastinal tumor and relatively rare condition. We have experienced one case of esophageal duplication which was found 2 years previously by radiologic study of chest, as mediastinal mass, in 37 years old male. He had neither clinical manifestations nor physical findings leading to the surgical discovery of the duplication. During the last 2 years, the size k location of the mass were stationary in character. Operative therapy of complete excision performed without surgical complication. On microscopic study, the lining cell of inner wall of cyst. Noted pseudostratified ciliated columnar epithelium with smooth muscle.
