복잡해지는 비즈니스로 인해 생산에 필요한 직접비용보다 유통${\cdot}$물류 등의 간접비용의 부담이 점차 증가추세를 보이고 있으며 그로 인해 기업의 부담이 커지고 있다. 최근 기존 마그네틱테이프나 바코드 등이 갖고 있는 구조적, 기능적 한계를 극복할 수 있는 새로운 수단으로 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) 기술이 각광받고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유통 및 물류 분야에서 각광받고 있는 RFID 기술을 물류 창고의 최적관리에 적용하여 봄으로써 이의 활용가능성에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

정부의 정부문서관리법령 개정으로 최근 각 지방자치 단체와 정부 공공기관은 전자문서 시스템 도입 준비에 안창이다. 내년 1월 이후에는 그간 중앙행정기관에서 개발적으로 유통되던 전자문서를 정부전자문서유통센터를 통해 관리함으로써 정부문서처리 전 과정을 전산화, 자동화 하기로 했기 때문이다. 기존의 종이 문서를 전자문서로 변환해 관리하기 위한 노력은 그 동안 각 기업별 또는 기관별로 꾸준히 진행돼 왔다. 특히 인터넷을 통한 각종 정보 서비스의 제공을 위해서는 전자문서 구축은 필수다. 그렇다면 남은 문제는 얼마나 우수한 시스템을 얼마나 비용 효율적으로 구축하는 가의 문제이다. 어도비시스템즈의 PDF솔루션을 통해 전자문서 시스템을 구축하고, 이를 통해 비용절감과 함께 서비스 만족도 향상등 두 가지 토끼를 한번에 해결한 사례를 살펴봤다

Whaling has been banned in Republic of Korea after the declaration of the moratorium on the commercial whaling by the International Whaling Commission (IWC) since 1986. Korean government followed the moratorium immediately. However whale meat market has been kept by the bycaught whales and dolphins. So Korean government established a rule to control and trace whale meat in the market in 2011. The rule has some loopholes to allow illegally taken whale meat smuggle into the market. This study investigates the flaws in the current rule and recommend the way to overcome that defects. The first step is to prevent the entry of the illegal whale meat into the market. Minor change of the current law would be a solution. The next measure is to increase the sampling rate of the whale DNA that allowed to distribute in the market. The DNA database would be a powerful tools to identify illegal whale meat which is existing in the market. Korean government is operating three kind of food traceability systems. However, because of the legal limitations and the opposition of the non-governmental animal rights organizations, it is difficult to include whale meat to the existing systems. So the last step is to establish a new Traceability System with a state-of-the-art IT technology like as blockchain. The three measures mentioned above would increase the transparency in the whale meat market and prevent the entry of the illegal products.

본 연구는 자재업체부터 마약류 생산 제약사 도매업체(물류) 대형병원까지의 전체 프로세스에 RFID 시스템을 구축하여 마약류의 도난 및 오남용을 방지하여 국민의 보건안전 및 의약품 관리강화를 도모하는 것으로 현재까지 기 구축된 제약사들의 RFID 시스템에서 기술적으로 고도화시킬 수 있는 방안을 도출하여 최적화된 현장적응형 RFID 서비스를 제공하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 제약산업 내 제약사 도매업체 대형종합병원 의원에 대한 RFID 도입표준모델을 제시하고 Supply Chain의 유통 투명화를 위한 정보시스템 도입의 기반을 마련함으로써 제약산업 내 참여주체들간의 정보 신뢰성 제고는 물론 철저한 의약품 유통관리로 인한 건전한 의약품 소비문화를 정착시킬 수 있다.

온실가스 저감에 필요한 기술에는 온실가스 배출량 관리를 비롯하여 배출권 할당, 인증, 거래, 분석, 계획 등의 기술들이 있다. 본 논문은 유통 물류 부문 기업 들이 배출하는 온실가스를 체계적으로 관리 하기 위해 필요한 온실가스 관리 시스템 구현에 관한 연구로서 온실가스 벤토리를 포함한 통합관리 시스템 구현에 대해 설명하고 있다. 구현된 온실가스 관리 시스템은 최신의 웹어플리케이션 개발 방법론에 따라 기능 및 서비스를 SaaS 방식으로 제공할 수 있도록 설계 되었다. 기능별로 서비스 관리와 사용자 관리 그리고 온실가스 인벤토리 기능으로 나누었으며 유통 물류 분야에 적합하도록 데이터 수집에 있어서 편리성을 제공하도록 설계하였다.

In this paper, we propose a new design of circulation system of digital music contents in P2P service. It has functions of contents recognition, management of copyright DB, clearing house to perform payment system of P2P service. In P2P service each user provides his music contents, but in other circulation system, service providers provide their music contents. Therefore it is very difficult for each provider to recognize whatever the quality of distributing contents are good or not. Most circulation systems use hash technology or contents recognition technology for the recognition of contents. For the usability and efficiency this proposed system provides the combining technology of hash processing and contents recognition.

프랜차이즈 시스템은 서로 독립적인 프랜차이즈 본부와 가맹점이 계약에 의해 상호의무를 준수하면서 운영되는 시스템이다. 이러한 프랜차이즈 시스템은 다른 유통경로 시스템과 마찬가지로 개방형 시스템이기 때문에 환경의 변화에 민감하다. 특히, 급속하게 변화하는 고객 욕구와 경쟁전략은 프랜차이즈 시스템의 성과에 매우 큰 영향을 미친다. 이처럼 환경의 변화가 심할 경우는 프랜차이즈 본부와 가맹점 간 관계결속이 중요한 데 강한 결속력을 가진 장기적인 파트너십이야 말로 변화하는 환경에 대응할 수 있는 무기가 된다. 본 연구는 이러한 환경의 변화 즉, 환경동태성과 프랜차이즈 시스템의 장기지향성을 다루고 있다. 연구의 주된 관심은 첫째, 수요부문과 경쟁부문의 환경 동태성이 프랜차이즈 시스템 구성원 간 장기지향성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 밝히는 것이고, 둘째, 이러한 환경의 영향이 다양한 조절변수 (관계수명주기, 경로기후, 의존성)에 의해 어떻게 달라지는 지를 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 목적으로 본 연구는 국내의 대표적인 프랜차이즈 업체인 L사의 가맹점 96곳을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 통한 분석결과 수요부문 동태성은 프랜차이즈 가맹점의 장기지향성을 약화시킨 반면, 경쟁부문 동태성은 강화시켰다. 한편 관계수명주기, 경로기후에 따라 수요부문, 경쟁부문 환경 동태성의 영향은 달라졌지만, 의존성은 유의적인 조절효과를 나타내지 못했다.

In this study, an effective methodology to introduce knowledge management system into the retail business is suggested by overall analysis of examples those were carried out in business area. different from existing studies, which focus on theoretical aspect only, this study focuses its attention on theoretical & practical aspect simultaneously and tries to find a long-term & integrated knowledge management strategy. With examining the examples of knowledge management, this study deals with the fundamental conception, the procedure and the organization of knowledge management. Moreover, this study practically analyzes the knowledge management system of the company named ″H″, one of the retail business companies. By clarifying the problems, which is involved in the knowledge management process of the above company, this study suggests an improvement methodology to introduce and settle down knowledge management system into retail business company for the future. This study has good results in the viewpoint that it gives a definite direction of knowledge management introduction. However, there is some limitation such as the insufficiency of examples and the omission of documented analysis. Therefore, this study leaves some task to be achieve ed in the future.

The revolution of information in information society innovates a lot of business processes. and the renewed processes contribute new paradigms of the 21th century. As one of the revolutions, ISO 9000 becomes a standard for developing efficient quality management systems which provide any-time and any-where environments satisfying customer needs. Thus, it becomes important to research on quality management systems for improving quality in information flowing and service domain. In this paper, we describe the applicable direction and the case study of ISO 9001 : 2000 which establishes quality management systems in the domain and hope to help for the Quality enhancement.
