DRM(Digital Right Management)은 디지털 컨텐츠의 불법유통과 복제를 방지하고, 적법한 사용자만이 컨텐츠를 사용케 하며, 과금서비스 등을 통하여 디지털 컨텐츠의 저작권을 관리하는 기술이다. 현재 많은 DRM 시스템이 개발되고 있고 관련 표준화 또한 활발히 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 DRM 표준인 MPEG-21 IPMP(Intellectual Property Management and Protection)를 고려하여 구현한 DRM기반 유통 시스템에 관한 설명과 IPMP 표준화 현황 및 이슈에 대해 기술한다.

인터넷 전자상거래 시장의 성장에 따라 디지털 상품에 대한 온라인 판매가 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 현재의 디지털 상품 온라인 유통 체계는 저작권 및 사용자 사용권을 제대로 보장해 주지 못하고 있다. 디지털 상품 중에서도 가장 큰 이슈인 MP3 미디어 데이터는 불법 재생 및 복제에 대해 무방비 상태에 놓여 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 본 논문에서는 동적 사용권 관리 기술을 활용한 효율적인 MP3 미디어 데이터 온라인 유통 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 사용권 보호를 원하는 사용자와 저작권 및 불법 재생과 배포의 차단을 원하는 저작사 및 지적 재산권 소유자의 요구 조건을 충족시켜 준다. 추가적으로 MP3 미디어 데이터의 불법 재생 및 배포를 차단할 수 있는 MP3 미디어 데이터 유통 시스템의 궁극적인 모델을 제시한다.

In this paper, we discuss the effectiveness of information system such as POS(point of sale) and PDS(POS data service) to the government-supported small retail shop called nadle shop. Also, the functional requirements for PDS implementation are examined. Introduction of information system to small retail shop is necessary for achieving good - but a little impact on - management performance. For the empirical study, the survey results for POS utilization and management performance for the nadle shops supported from 2010 to the first half of 2011 are analyzed. Consequently, information system doesn't give direct effect on producing management performance. However, no doubt it contribute service quality and satisfaction to the customers and provides refined information to be useful to the owners.

Customer Relationship Management(CRM) paradigm has emerged that suggests organizations will be more successfully if they concentrate on obtaining and maintaining a share of each customer rather than a share of the entire market, with information technology(IT) being the enabling factor. This paper presents five key elements that provide the necessary steps that allow and organization to position its people, business process, and information system to establish and take advantage of this paradigm. The key elements are : (1) IT investment, (2) Website application, (3) IT System application, (4) Communication strategies, (5) CRM Performance. The results show that IT investment, IT system application, and Website application play a vital role in enhancing an Organizational Communication. Also, the results show that IT investment, IT system application, Website application, and Organizational Communication play a vital role in enhancing an organization's performance of customer relationship management. Further, this paper discusses the importance of integrating these four elements for achieving effective customer interaction. The author provides academical and managerial implication for business strategies.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the way of effective use of spatial data in Busan metropolitan city. To do so, information systems and spatial data established in each department are analyzed. Spatial data distribution networks scattered around the nation are integrated to the national spatial information clearinghouse and the service is expanded for the public and the private sectors to participate. Information systems supplied by the central government are 22 and information systems operating in the Busan Metropolitan City are 168. In addition, there are also 295 types of the thematic maps in 11 fields related to the environment, road transportation, livestock, and etc. For systems integration and management system, an integrated information management and linkage system is required in the near future. In the next logical step, generation of metadata, experiments for effective utilization of spatial data, and construction of the data center should be necessary.

인터넷 온라인 유통업은 기본적으로 다량의 트랜잭션 발생을 전제로 한다. 본 논문은 디지털 프로세스 처리를 목표로 한 프로세스 에이전트를 정의하고 이들의 활동 프레임웍을 제시하고 있다. 인터넷 온라인 유통업을 대상으로 내부 프로세스를 분석해 보았으며 이를 토대로 다양한 운영층 프로세스 에이전트 유형과 특성을 정의하였다. 또한, 다수의 에이전트로 구성된 프로세스 에이전트팀 조직과 활동 원칙도 제시하였다. 에이전트의 구현을 위해 컬티쓰데딩 기법을 사용하였다. 단순한 데이터 처리를 담당하는 운영층 프로세스 에이전트에 대한 연구는 향후 보다 복잡한 지능을 가진 전략층 프로세스 에이전트에 대한 연구로 발전할 것이다.

소득 향상과 더불어 식생활 수준도 차츰 개선되고 있으나 식품위생 사고의 사전 방지 및 안전하고 고품질 식품을 최종 소비자인 국민에게 보급하기 위해서는 현재 생산량의 11.1%인 저온유통품을 25% 이상 향상시켜야 할 것이다. 앞으로 미국 및 유럽과의 FTA 체결에 의한 수입 농산물의 증가로 인해 국내 농산물의 가격경쟁력은 더욱 더 저하될 것으로 사료되며, 이를 위한 대비책으로서의 뿐만 아니라 국민의 보건과 건강을 위해서라도 신선도 및 영양가가 산지에서 생산될 때와 거의 같은 정도로 유지시키면서 유통 가능한 시스템이 정부와 지자체가 중심이 되어 구축시킬 필요가 있다고 사료되어, 이를 제안하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 DRM 기술을 이용하여 소프트웨어의 저작권 및 라이센스의 관리를 위한 온라인 소프트웨어 유통시스템의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 기술한다. 제안된 방법에 있어서 평문 및 인증서 정보, 그리도 전자서명등은 AES 알고리즘을 사용하여 전송하지만, 라이센스는 사용자의 공개키 방식(RSA알고리즘)을 이용하여 전송되기 때문에 불법 사용자에 의한 라이센스 입수가 원천적으로 봉쇄된다. 또한, 라이센스의 지속적인 관리로 인해 소프트웨어 불법 사용 및 불법 배포에 노출된 소프트웨어의 저작권을 보호하는데 매우 유효하다.

DRM(Digital Rights Management)은 디지털 컨텐츠를 암호화하여 인터넷상에서 안전한 거래를 보장하며, 저작권자의 권리를 보호하는 기술로, 디지털 컨텐츠 유통 문제점에 관한 해결방안을 제시하고 있다. 그러나, 현재 디지털 컨텐츠 유통 주체 상호간 인증을 바탕으로 한 비밀 통신, 통신의 무결성 등을 위한 보안통신은 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 또한, SSL(Secure Socket Layer)은 현재 보안 통신 메커니즘으로 가장 널리 사용되며, PKI기반 암호 통신 메커니즘이기 때문에 안정성이 높게 평가된다. 이에 본 논문은 DRM 유통 시스템에서 보안 통신을 제공하기 위한 최적화된 SSL 모듈을 설계하며 구현을 목적으로 한다.

In this paper, we designed and built a system that is site manager can be monitored remotely to the growth of the fishery environment. To this end, modular distribution system and environmental monitoring of live fishery products. Simulation results, were building a purification system and the oxygen supply to the fishery living inside the container was to build a system that can be monitored in real time. As a result, it was able to raise the necessary environment for the storage and distribution of fisheries products. We constructed a monitoring system with database and communication environment and created the optimal environment suitable for growth with sensor. As a result, it was possible to monitor the environment for the storage and distribution of fishery products and to build a suitable fishery products management system.
