최근의 물류환경은 유통시장의 개방과 세계시장의 단일화로 국제적인 경쟁환경에 노출되어 글로벌화와 정보화 경쟁이 가속화되고 있으며 국내적으로는 대형 유통업체의 공격적인 마케팅 전개로 중소유통업체의 생존권을 위협하고 있다. 또한 물류부문의 아웃소싱화 추세가 증가하고 있으며 대형소매점 위주의 유통구조재편과 편의점들간의 규모의 경쟁 추구에 따른 지역상권 장악이 가속화되어 중소물류업체들의 경쟁력이 급속히 하락하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 대형할인점 위주의 대형 유통업체가 상당부분의 지역상권을 장악해가고 있지만 중소유통업체들은 여전히 구매력과 판매력이 미흡한 상황이며 유통 물류체계 또한 대기업 위주의 편향적인 구조로 되어 있어 상대적으로 영세하고 정보화가 취약한 중소물류업체들의 공도물류사업을 통한 가격경쟁력 강화 등의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 합리적인 유통 물류시스템구축이 필요한 실정이다. 그리고 전국 유통 물류시설의 기능들이 상호 연계되지 못하여 상호 중복되고 본래의 기능을 발휘하지 못하는 등 유통 물류시스템의 정보화, 체계화가 미흡한 상황에서 중소유통 물류공동화의 대안으로서 공동도매물류센터가 필요하며 이를 통해 유통 물류시설간의 전국 네트워크화를 실시하고 공동구매, 공동판매 및 조직화 등을 통해 시너지효과가 발휘될 수 있는 중소물류산업에 대한 활성화 방안의 모색이 절실히 요구되고 있다.

디지털콘텐츠는 기획, 제작 및 유통, 구입에서 결제, 이용까지 모두 네트워크와 PC로 처리되는 전자상거래의 독자적인 분야이다. 문학, 음악, 미술, 만화, 영화, 캐릭터, 애니메이션, 컴퓨터게임, 광고 등 저작물을 디지털 방식으로 제작·처리·유통한다. 디지털콘텐츠의 제작을 위해서는 하드웨어로서의 컴퓨터 시스템, 소프트웨어로서의 운영체제와 플랫폼, 콘텐츠 유통채널로서의 디지털 방송망, 유무선 정보통신망, DVD등 패키지 미디어에 대한 기본적인 이해를 필요로 한다. 그 외 프로그래밍 언어, 2D·3D 컴퓨터그래픽 기술, 사운드 및 음악 제작기술, 다양한 콘텐츠 저작 도구 등에 대한 이해가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to improve the academic information flow systems in university environment. The study explored various aspects of academic research flow systems, such as national standards and rules for digital library of electronic theses and dissertations, and national information infrastructure for digital data collection, management flow system through networks. Based on the analysis of current situations, the study developed the procedures and systems for digitalizing, collecting, processing, archiving, and providing of graduate research works.

정보통신기술의 발전과 더불어 디지털 컨텐츠 유통시장의 환경 또한 정보, 네트워크, 기기가 하나의 큰 프레임워크를 형성하는 통합적인 형태로 변해가고 있으며, 예전의 물리적 형태의 전자상거래 환경에서 디지털화본 컨텐츠의 유통환경으로 발전해 가고 있다 그러나 디지털 컨텐츠는 신속하고 빠르게 복제가 되는 문제점 때문에 전자적 형태의 유통에 걸림돌로 자용하고 있다. 따라서 디지털 컨텐츠 유통을 위한 효율적, 지속적인 관리체계와 디지털 컨텐츠의 불법 복사/배포를 방지하는 방법이 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 컨텐츠 관리 및 저작권 보호, 컨텐츠의 출판, 유통 관리 보호 솔루션을 위한 DOI 기반의 Agent DRM 모델을 제안한다.

Many companies and organizations are building a mobile office environment using the LTE network, the national disaster network and Air Force LTE network are built for public safety and national defense. However the recent threats on information security have been evolving from information leakage to DDoS attacks to neutralize the service. Especially, the type of device such as Smart phones, smart pad, tablet PC, and the numbers are growing exponentially and As performance of mobile device and speed of line develop rapidly, DDoS attacks in the mobile environment is becoming a threat. So far, universal countermeasure to DDoS attacks has been interception the network and server step, Yet problem regarding DDoS attack traffic on mobile network and expenditure of network resources still remains. Therefore, this paper analyzes the traffic type distributed in the private mobile network such as the National Disaster Network, and Air Force LTE network in order to preemptively detect DDoS attacks on terminal step. However, as direct analysis on traffic distributed in the National Disaster Network, and Air Force LTE network is restricted, transmission traffics in Minecraft and uploading video file upload which exhibit similar traffic information are analyzed in time series, thereby verifing its effectiveness through establishment of DDoS attacks standard in mobile network and application that detects and protects DDoS attacks

This study explores that how the logic of network power in the existing digital content distribution structure works against local media. The limitless citation of local media content, in particular, is becoming more common in order to profit from network traffic while not giving appropriate remuneration for local media content. This study tried to demonstrate how network media dominance alienates local media material by using YouTube network analysis of TV Maile Shinmun. According to the research result, it was found that major news media tends to take profits from the local media interview by not properly indicating the source video, or reporting the core content of the local media interview, making it unnecessary to look for the original video source. Despite the viewpoint that the digital environment presents opportunities for local media, the current network logic would not benefit local media, which calls for the need that the digital content distribution strategy of local media develops a new order such as NFT, one of blockchain-based monetary system.h the help of information technology.
