Development of a River Maintenance Management Technology Related with National River Management Data (국가하천관리자료와 연계한 하천유지관리 기술개발)

  • This study has developed a technology for river basin including the management of the data related with riverbed and the analysis of the riverbed maintenance based on the high-resolution imagery data and LiDAR (Light Detection and Raging) in order to enhance the utilization of river management by using RIMGIS(River Information Management GIS) and to acquire the advanced operation for river management. Using the detailed river topographical map specially designed in the form of LiDAR or high-resolution images, riverbed data and river bank channel information that are dynamically changed were informationized and established in the RIMGIS DB. At this stage, a monitoring techniques that is established in the river management system associated with RIMGIS and minimized the impact of riverbed maintenance (fluctuations) has been studied. In addition, functions and data structure of RIMGIS containing the information of geography and management of the river have been supplemented to make an improvement of the real-time management of the river. Furthermore, a technology that is capable of supplementing RIMGIS has been developed, making it feasible to maintain the river in use of structural method including an structural scheme of cross-section of the river by providing the information of riverbed and cross-section of the river. This is considered to solve an issue of insufficient data on accuracy and based on a lack of information of the river based on the two-dimensional lines, making it feasible to (steadily) improve the function of RIMGIS and to operate management tasks. Therefore, it is highly expected to enhance aforementioned technology of the river information management as a great foundation that maximizes the utilization of the river management to support RIMGIS for the development of national river management data.

  • As a research of NSO(Korea National Statistical Office), there are 609 public libraries in Korea. They have been increased 1.6 times for 10 years. Similar as libraries, their government officers are also increased 1.3 times. But number of users are increased 2.7times during the same period. Moreover, Because of deterioration of facilities, library can't satisfy user's needs, and it experienced difficulties to carry out its variety roles. In result, this study checked up maintenance conditions which are organization, facility, execution of budget and so on. Furthermore, it deduced problems like short of hands, lack of administrator's expertise and absence of accurate drawings, and suggests improvement.

  • Recently the existing urban facility management integrating with advanced IT has been created more effective and various service for solving the problems what are the inadequacy of operating system, data continuity and expandability, etc. Therefore this study analyzed the research trend of BIM based urban facility maintenance, and implemented the environment with smart facility maintenance function and facility information system. Also this suggested the BIM based maintenance system framework after considerations as system operation and construction are deducted for development of system managing urban facility like bridge and tunnel. The output will be used as preliminary data for the study of development of maintenance system and derivation of real scenarios.

  • Due to the issues such as omission of data, document based management, maintenance based on measurement data and wire-based network, it is difficult existing maintenance system for railway bridges to act to diverse characteristics of site and environmental changes in real time. With these reasons, there are many constraints in establishing active maintenance strategies for railway bridges. To solve these issues, this study suggests an integrated maintenance business model based on practical utilization and information management based on BIM technology to build a smart maintenance operation system based on ubiquitous computing for railway bridges. To secure its development and practical applications, a quantitative evaluation by questionnaire analysis was performed. Therefore, it is expected that the suggested model will be utilized as a framework model in order to build the smart maintenance operation system from collection of maintenance data to action for railway bridges.

  • As of August 2005, there are 9,007 facilities for public primary, middle and high schools in Korea. But because of depopulation, hereafter it is expected to allocate much more budget and interest to utilizing the existing facilities reasonably rather than new buildings construction. At present the maintenance of educational facilities is depend on not a preventive but a post preservation. And there is no established maintenance organization and system, which causes both facility deterioration and squandering of the nation's resources. Thus the object of this paper is to examine a maintenance system of established public school facilities and to improve the system which is enable to maximize the efficiency for the existing maintenance organization.

  • Currently, in spite of continual efforts, the information utility of the construction industry does not communicate well with other industries. This problem arose from mistaken and misguided efforts on the parts of the construction industry because it left out of consideration construction characteristics which are at the center of construction, and this information system was directly introduced and operated from outside the industry. There were also other mistakes that the existing information systems disregarded in trying to fix these problems. Therefore, this study describes a new process, which proposes to build and utilize a Bridge Management System using the mobile internet concept, to solve the problems of the existing construction information management system.

  • In this paper, the preventive maintenance strategy in operation stage of a bridge using Bayesian inference is proposed. The proposed technique can be used to predict the variation in the performance (or condition) of the bridge with higher accuracy, considering the uncertainty of monitoring. The applicability of the proposed method to the existing bridges is verified and analyzed that have an advantage in terms of maintenance cost efficiency compared to the conventional periodic maintenance system, which establishes maintenance after damage. It is expected that the proposed preventive maintenance method can be used to overcome the limitation of the conventional periodic maintenance method and to make practical bridge maintenance decision.

  • 본 연구는 다중이 이용하는 복합문화센터에서 피난설비 및 피난동선의 적합성 여부와 소방시설의 적정 유지관리방법에 관하여 연구하였다. 다중이 이용하는 복합문화센터와 같은 시설에서 화재나 비상시에 피난기구 및 피난동선의 적정성 여부와 소화설비의 적정한 설치 및 유지관리 실태를 파악하고자 하였고, 조사 결과 피난기구 및 피난동선의 구조적 문제 때문에 화재가 발생하면 많은 사람이 일시에 몰려들 경우 노약자와 어린이는 부상의 위험성이 높았고, 소방시설의 유지관리 시스템은 소방안전관리자의 전문성과 적정 유지관리시스템이 확보되지 않았으며 지하층에서 지상으로 완전 피난에 여러 가지 문제가 있었다.

  • 공공시설 자산관리는 기존의 대응적 유지보수 개념의 시설물유지관리체계에서 예방적 유지보수 개념으로 전환한 시설물 유지보수의 새로운 개념이다. 기존에 운영되고 있는 공공시설관리 시스템들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 자산관리 모형이 표준화되어 범정부EA 지원시스템에 목표아키텍처로 등록되고 더 나아가서는 범정부 표준시스템으로 만들어 필요한 기관에 보급할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 공공시설 자산관리 정보시스템을 구축하는데 필수적인 참조모델을 시스템의 상호운영성과 정보의 호환성을 확보하기 용이하도록 범정부EA 관점에서 제시하였다. 제시한 자산관리 참조모델이 GEAP에 등록 관리 된다면 이것을 바탕으로 타 기관에서 향후 정보시스템을 구축할 때 사전에 파악하고 활용하도록 제안 할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 지하구는 도시의 신경망이라 할 수 있는 통신, 전력, 상수도, 난방, 쓰레기 처리시설 등 도시 운용/관리를 위한 주요시설물을 안전하게 수용하고, 유지 관리하기 위한 시설로 IT기술을 이용하여 수용된 시설을 효과적으로 유지/관리하고, 재난으로부터 안전하게 보호함과 동시에 최소의 비용과 에너지로 수용된 시설물을 유지관리하기 위한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지하구(공동구, 통신구, 전력구)의 운용 및 유지관리와 지하구에서 발생될 수 있는 각종 재난에 대응하기 위한 지하구 운용 및 유지관리에 대해 알아보고, 지하구 내부에 수용된 시설물을 효과적으로 유지관리하고 재난에 신속히 대응하기 위한 지하구 환경모니터링 시스템에 대해 기술 하고자 한다. 지하구 환경모니터링 시스템은 지하구 내부에는 전력, 상수도, 통신, 난방 등 다양한 시설물이 수용되어 있으며, 이러한 시설물의 부식, 고장 등으로부터 보호하기 위해 지하구내부의 환기시스템의 송풍기와 지하수와 기상재해로 인한 지하구 및 수용시설물의 침수를 막기 위한 양수펌프에 대해 실시간 상태모니터링 통해 송풍기 및 펌프의 고장여부를 판단하여 관리자에게 알림으로써 관리자가 신속하게 대응 할 수 있도록 하였다. 송풍기의 제어는 지하의 내부와 외부에 설치된 온/습도 센서를 통해 지하구 내부환경을 최적으로 유지할 수 있도록 함으로써 쾌적한 지하 내부환경 유지하고, 급/배기가 필요할 경우에만 송풍기를 가동함으로써 에너지를 절약 할 수 있으며, 화재, 침수 등에 대한 재난시 환풍기의 급/배기, 정지 등을 신속하게 제어할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 지하구내부에서 발생된 재난을 유/무선을 이용하여 신속하게 지하구 주변의 장치(U-Pole 또는 통합컨트롤러)를 통해 경보를 전파함으로써 주변 시민들이 안전하게 대피할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 지하구 환경모니터링 시스템을 검증하기 위해 실제 지하구 및 실험실에 시스템 및 Test Board을 설치하여 운용시험을 실시 하였다.
