Deveolopment and Application of a module for simulating instream water of agricultural reservoir (농업용 저수지의 하천유지용수 공급모의 모듈 개발 및 적용)

  • 최근 기후변화로 인해 하천 건천화가 빈번히 발생함에 따라 농업용 저수지로부터 하류 하천유량을 얼마나 공급할 수 있으며, 어느 시기에 공급하는 것이 적당한가에 대한 의문이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 농업용 저수지의 하천유지용수 공급에 대한 관점에서 용수배분을 자유롭게 모의조작 할 수 있는 모듈을 개발하였고, 이를 미호천 중류의 북일 수위관측소 유역 내 위치한 저수량이 100만 $m^3$인 농업용 저수지 9개소를 대상으로 적용하였다. 관개용수량은 작물증발산량, 담수심, 침투량, 손실율 등을 고려하여 산정할 수 있도록 하였으며, 하천유지용수 공급량은 기준갈수량을 기본값으로 하였다. 또한 하천유지용수의 공급방식은 무공급, 비관개기 공급, 연중 공급, 운영률에 의한 공급의 4가지로 구분하여 일괄적인 모의가 가능하도록 구성하였다. 기상청 RCP 8.5 기후변화 시나리오를 이용하여 미래 모의기간에 대한 유역 말단부의 갈수기 하천수량 변화와 유황패턴을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 하천유지용수을 비관개기에 공급하는 저수지 운영으로 하천수량은 하천유지용수를 공급하지 않는 저수지 운영보다 연평균 1.8백만(2.0%) $m^3$ 증가, 연중 공급하는 저수지 운영보다 4.3백만$m^3$(4.7%) 증가, 운영률에 의해 하천유지용수를 공급하는 운영은 연평균 13.1백만(14.6%) $m^3$ 증가하였다. 둘째, 하천유지용수를 비관개기에 공급하는 저수지 운영은 갈수기로 갈수록 유량이 증가하였다 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 하천유지용수를 연중으로 공급하는 저수지 운영은 비관개기에 공급하는 저수지 운영보다 갈수량(Q355) 이하의 유량을 더 증가시킬 수 있는 것으로 분석되었고 풍수량(Q95)과 평수량(Q185) 사이의 하천유량이 상대적으로 크게 증가하였다. 운영률에 의해 하천유지용수를 공급하는 저수지 운영은 하천유지유량을 공급하지 않는 저수지 운영방식보다 하천유량의 증가와 갈수기 전반에 걸쳐 유황이 안정되는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • Facility Management (FM) phase in building lifecycle management is the most crucial phase concerning building value and life cycle cost management. Nevertheless, systematic and rational FM process is not yet constructed, leading to failure of facility value and cost management from accurate and proactive FM. This is because there has been minimal approach regarding construction of optimal FM process based on rational FM data analysis. The purpose of this study is to provide optimal FM process with quantitative FM data analysis method using spatial data. This study investigated existing FM data structure and derive the limitation of it from both expert interview and practical FM material analysis. As a solution for this limitation, this study provided optimal FM process with MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure), which is quantitative FM data analysis method. The effect of the provided process was validated with a case study. It is expected that this process allows rational and objective FM data analysis, resulting in accurate and proactive FM. And it is expected that it can be used as a useful basic data for developing an effective system for the FM process.

Study on the Oiled Paper in the Literature of the Joseon Dynasty (유지(油紙) 관련 고문헌 고찰 - 조선시대 문헌을 중심으로 -)

  • Oiled paper (Yuji, 油紙) is an oil impregnated paper which was one of the daily necessities in Korea. As there has not been any accurate research on this subject, this study examined the literature from the Joseon Dynasty to study its origin, nomenclature, usage and production process. Goryeodogyeong (高麗圖經) and Goryeosa (高麗史) allowed the estimation that the origin of oiled paper was the Goryeo Dynasty, but the records of oil and paper in Samguksagi (三國史記) and Nihon Shoki (日本書紀) indicate the possibility that the production of oiled paper can be traced back to the 7th Century. The nomenclature and the usage of oiled paper in the Joseon Dynasty were examined through the Annals of Joseon Dynast (朝鮮王朝實錄), Ilseongnok (日省錄) and Seungjeongwonilgi (承政院日記), while the Royal Protocols of the Joseon Dynasty (Uigwe, 儀軌) and Takjijunjeol (度支準折) together with other literature were examined for its market value, use and materials. The literature from the Joseon Dynasty indicate that oiled paper was used for various everyday commodities with its waterproof, damp-proof and transparent properties and called in various ways according to its use and production process. This study studied the literature on oiled paper from the Joseon Dynasty, but the studies on the restoration of traditional oiled paper are still needed. Therefore, it would be necessary to study the traditional oiled papers in combination with the study of oiled paper relics, the reproduction of traditional oiled paper samples, and the case study of the papermaking masters who have been producing the traditional oiled papers.

  • Information technology has affected various industries, and the construction industry is one of those. In construction industry, the operating body for maintenance is trying to implement more systematic management skill for public facilities in order to minimize the life cycle cost. For more efficient maintenance system, first, the target facilities were selected and the present condition of their systems was estimated. And, the implementation plan of new system was proposed based on them. Accordingly, the new system managed by working-level personnel can supplement the weak points in the current system.

  • The maintenance and management of each tunnel has been individually performed in depending on service, management agency, and tunnel size. The maintenance and management system for the existing tunnel consists of simple tunnel card and the computerization of basic tunnel data, now. There is not the systemic maintenance and management system for tunnel. Therefore, it has been impossible the systemic maintenance and management for tunnel due to loss of data obtained from each step, such as, plan, design, construction, or maintenance, with time. The objective of this study is to build the database system in combing the results of tunnel scanning with all data obtained from plan, design, construction, or maintenance step.

  • 네트워크 중심전에서 C4I체계의 안정적 운용을 통한 전장에서의 정보우위 달성을 위해 체계의 신뢰성 확보가 필요하여 각 군 C4I체계는 외주 용역업체를 통해 유지보수를 수행 중에 있다. 유지보수는 C4I체계의 수명 주기 중 가장 오랜 기간을 차지하고 있으며 결함 데이터 등의 실증적인 자료를 확보할 수 있는 기간이다. 따라서 유지보수 기간 중 수집한 결함 데이터를 결함분석기법을 통해 분석(치명도, 발생빈도)하고, 주요기능별 활용도를 이용하여 C4I체계 유지보수 관리 우선순위 선정기법을 제안한다. 이 후 제안 기법을 해군 C4I체계의 군적용 사례연구를 통해 유지보수 관리 우선순위를 선정함으로써 유지보수의 제한된 자원(예산, 인력, 시간 등)을 효율적으로 활용하기 위한 판단의 근거로 사용이 가능함을 보인다. 뿐만 아니라 체계화된 결함분석과정을 통해 축적된 자료를 활용하여 유지보수의 연속성 보장과 향후 성능개량사업간 시스템 분석의 참고자료로 활용함에 따라 궁극적으로 C4I체계의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

  • In this paper, we present the cost measurement metrics for the operation management and service improvement besides the general maintenance. The cost measurement metrics of the operation management and service improvement are based on the metrics that are classified and summarized precedent studies and complemented by empirical measuring indicators, and we propose the maintenance cost estimation model based on this metrics. The maintenance costs can be calculated detailedly, because the proposed metrics can be used selectively, depending on the scope of the information system maintenance. The effectiveness of the proposed maintenance cost measurement metrics and cost estimation model is verified by comparison between existing studies and our research.

  • 본 논문에서는 한국형 틸팅열차의 유지보수 활동을 위해 신뢰성기반유지보수체계를 제안하였다. 열차시스템을 3단계의 교체 부품 단위로 분류하고, 각 단위에 대해 기능블록도를 작성한 후 고장모드 영향 분석을 실시하였다. 각 단위의 심각도를 결정한 후 유지보수 정책을 제안하였으며, 틸팅열차를 위한 유지보수 기준을 정하고, 실제 사례를 제시하였다. 제안된 신뢰성기반유지보수체계는 기존 유지보수 체계와도 호환성을 갖고 있으며, 안전성 향상과 유지보수 활동 효율화에 기여할 수 있다.In this paper, a reliability centered maintenance (RCM) system is proposed to perform maintenance action for Korean Tilting Train. The train system was divided into line replaceable units up to three steps. Functional block diagrams were drawn and failure mode effect analysis for the units was carried out. The criticality of each unit was determined and a maintenance policy was proposed. Maintenance and repair criteria for the tilting train were determined and an example was presented. The proposed RCM system is compatible with the previous maintenance system and contributes to improvement of safety and efficiency of maintenance action.

Bridge Life Cycle Cost Analysis of Preventive Maintenance (예방적 유지관리를 통한 교량의 생애주기비용 절감 효과 분석)

  • The paper aims at evaluating effects of preventive maintenance on life cycle cost(LCC) reduction of bridges. The preventive maintenance activities capable to delay bridge deteriorations can reduce overall maintenance costs and extend service life of a bridge by regularly providing maintenance activities and avoiding larger maintenance(repairs or rehabilitations) costs. Couple of prediction models were proposed in order to calculate LCC of a typical bridge: a health score model and repair rehabilitation cost model. In addition, the maintenance activities such as wash and painting were also suggested in order to consider effects of preventive maintenance in the analysis based on literature reviews. According to analysis results, new maintenance strategy(reactive maintenance + preventive maintenance) can save \0.5 billion per bridge for future life-cycle costs over 100 year analysis or \184 billion for entire HBMS(Highway Bridge Management System) inventory over 20 years. Small investments for preventive maintenance in improved bridge management can have a very significant return when considering the large bridge inventory.

COBie Document Prototype for supporting BIM based Smart Maintenance of Buildings (BIM 기반 건축물 스마트 유지관리 지원 COBie 문서 프로토타입)

  • For effective building maintenance, the collection and management of various maintenance date such as work history information and material information is required. Despite the introduction of information management technologies and systems to reduce the amount of maintenance work of buildings, which have become larger and more complex, the maintenance information is not being utilized properly. As an alternative, research on the introduction and utilization of BIM is being conducted continuously. However, the BIM models generated at the design phase are not utilized in practice due to a lack of architectural maintenance information. This study proposed a COBie document prototype to support BIM-based smart maintenance tasks performed by building managers. In order to formalize various types of maintenance work procedures, a BIM-based maintenance process model is presented in two categories: inspection and maintenance. Among the BIM attribute data of the BIM model generated at the design phase, the parameters corresponding to the maintenance necessary information for each basic process are derived. Based on this, we proposed a COBie document prototype consisting of seven spreadsheets. The results of a case study confirmed that the KBIMS library-based BIM model created at the design phase without the maintenance information can be used at the maintenance phase.
