XML document repositary system(XDRS) should be able to manage vertical and horizontal versions of documents to store, update and manage XML documents without loss of information, However, most of existing XDRSs do not support a versioning method Although a few systems support versioning method. they only manage vertical versions of XML documents, While the vertical versioning preserves the update history of documents. the horizontal versioning branches a document to many other versions of documents so that users can easily create new documents from the original version and edit them to have different meanings. In this paper, we propose a new version numbering scheme to support both vertical and horizontal versioning efficiently. We also design a schema that supports versioning and preserves the paradigm of structure information.

정보통신 분야에서의 최근의 기술적인 발전에 힙입어 인트라넷을 기반으로 한 조직내 업무를 자동화하고, 또한 정보 공유를 통해 생산성을 높이기 위하여 많은 정보시스템이 구축되고 있다. 이러한 정보시스템은 조직의 성격에 따라 유연성있게 변화하면서 기술문서 등 여러 가지 종류의 문서들을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있도록 지원하는 것이 바람직하다. CoDocs 시스템은 공동작업의 효과적인 지원을 위해 문서를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 웹 기반환경에서 구현된 문서관리 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 CoDocs 시스템에서 구축된 문서정보조직을 기반으로 문서간의 연계성을 높이고 활용성을 증가시키기 위해 문서 버전관리기능을 설계 및 구현하였다. 버전관리는 각 문서의 버전을 저장하여 히스토리(history) 정보를 유지하고 관리하며, 문서간의 연관성을 부여하여 문서등록 및 검색 시 관련문서에 대한 참조기능을 제공한다.

본 연구는 IMO 문서 및 지식정보의 관리를 위한 정보관리시스템 구축을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 문서정보관리시스템 및 정보화와 관련하여 국내 외 시스템 구축현황을 살펴보고 시사점을 도출하였다. 또한 유사사례 분석을 통해 IMO문서 및 지식정보 관리를 위해 필요한 컨텐츠 및 세부 시스템 등을 제안하였다. 한편, 이러한 시스템 구축을 위해서는 해상교통안전법 개정과 시스템의 유지 및 관리를 위한 관련 세부지침의 제정이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

21세기 산업 전반에 걸쳐 IT기술의 접목은 해당 산업의 부가가치와 편의성을 증가시키고 있다. 몇 가지 예로 전자 문서 관리 시스템, 디지털 자산 관리 시스템은 사용자에게 편리함과 편의성을 더해줬지만 이와 함께 정보의 위·변조, 유출과 같은 위험요소 역시 야기되었다. 그 해결 방안으로 블록체인 네트워크를 이용해 문서를 관리하는 시스템을 소개한다. 본 논문의 제안 시스템은 문서에 대한 모든 접근을 기록하여 추적을 가능하게 함으로써 문서 이동 경로의 투명성을 보장하는 기능을 제시한다. 또한 기존 시스템에서 소요되던 유지 비용을 줄이고 데이터의 무결성을 유지하여 중요 데이터의 유출 위험을 감소시키는 데 기여한다.

본 논문에서는 일반문서 작성 에디터와 동일한 방식으로 웹 문서 작성이 가능한 일반문서와 웹 문서 동시작성 에디터의 설계 및 구현을 통하여 효율적인 웹 문서 작성에 대한 연구를 수행한다. 문서의 파싱한 결과를 데이터베이스에 저장함으로써 웹 문서를 유지하지 않고도 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보를 웹 어플리케이션이 필요에 따라 동적으로 문서를 생성함으로써 웹 문서 생성과 유지 및 관리를 통합하는 방법을 제시한다. 마지막으로 ASP 컴포넌트의 개념과 컴포넌트 사용의 필요성 및 이점에 대하여 재고하고 본 연구의 수행과정에서 개발한 ASP 컴포넌트(dll)를 통한 효율적인 웹 어플리케이션 및 컴포넌트 개발 방법을 개한다.

In this study, we proposed a method to generate a maintenance documents for railway track through Construction Operations Building information exchange(COBie) which is a subset of Industry Foundation Classes(IFC), a data model for Building Information Modeling(BIM). In order to define the items necessary for railway track maintenance document generation, we analyzed the guideline of maintenance and management to track by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport(MLTM), and defined the way to refer to the information items in the COBie spreadsheet. The additional properties not supported in IFC, were created for generation of an Information model that reflecting maintenance information items of railway track by applying user-defined property set within the IFC framework. An IFC-based Information model reflecting the user-defined property was implemented through BIM software, and rail track maintenance information items were transferred to COBie spreadsheet according to the defined approach. It is tested that the information can be transferred from the IFC-based as-built model to the COBie spreadsheet, which can be used to generate the necessary documents for railway facility maintenance work.

It Is difficult to manage broken link with dangling reference, inaccurate reference m the manual site that is consist of HTML documents of much quantity as KLDP(Korean Linux Documentation Project, http:/ /kldp.org) Web site. In this paper. we define relationship and constrain renditions that exist between Web site's HTML documents. And we design and implement HIMS(HTML Document Integrity Management System), which notify user that integrity violation happens or launch trigger operation to keep integrity between HTML documents in case of insert, delete, update.

현재 많은 소프트웨어 개발 기업들은 제품 개발에만 치중되어 품질 유지/관리 측면의 문서 산출물을 만들 여유가 없다. 그리고 프로젝트 문서 관리 자체가 주먹구구식이며, 차후 평가나 검수시 문서 산출물을 만드는 경향이 있다. 이 문제 해결위해, 실시간으로 프로젝트가 진행되는 상황에 맞게 문서를 자동 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 기존의 통합관리(CI) 시스템에 XML과 XSLT 기법을 접목하여 프로젝트 계획 문서를 자동 추출가능하다. 이로 인해 소규모의 영업장에서도 적은 인원으로도 프로젝트 관리를 효율적으로 할 수 있고, 실제 문서와 프로젝트의 진행의 불일치가 많이 줄어들 것으로 판단된다.

For effective building maintenance, the collection and management of various maintenance date such as work history information and material information is required. Despite the introduction of information management technologies and systems to reduce the amount of maintenance work of buildings, which have become larger and more complex, the maintenance information is not being utilized properly. As an alternative, research on the introduction and utilization of BIM is being conducted continuously. However, the BIM models generated at the design phase are not utilized in practice due to a lack of architectural maintenance information. This study proposed a COBie document prototype to support BIM-based smart maintenance tasks performed by building managers. In order to formalize various types of maintenance work procedures, a BIM-based maintenance process model is presented in two categories: inspection and maintenance. Among the BIM attribute data of the BIM model generated at the design phase, the parameters corresponding to the maintenance necessary information for each basic process are derived. Based on this, we proposed a COBie document prototype consisting of seven spreadsheets. The results of a case study confirmed that the KBIMS library-based BIM model created at the design phase without the maintenance information can be used at the maintenance phase.

최근 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)문서의 효율적인 작성과 유지관리를 위해 다양한 XML 문서 편집기들이 개발되고 있다. 하지만, 기존의 편집기들의 경우 하나의 XML 문서에 대한 편집기능은 제공하고 있으나 다수의 XML 문서들에 대한 병합(merge)기능은 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다수의 XML 문서를 병합할 경우 발생할 수 있는 이름중복과, 이름충돌의 해결 방법을 제안하고, 문서병합 기능을 갖는 XML 문서 편집기를 설계하고 구현하였다. 문서병합 기능을 갖는 XML 문서 편집기는 여러 곳에 산재하고 있는 동일한 부류의 여러 XML 문서들을 병합해야 할 경우에 용이하게 사용될 수 있다.
