An Access Control Method Based on a Synthesized Metric from Trust and Risk Factors for Online Social Networks (신뢰도와 위험도로부터 합성된 지표에 기반을 둔 온라인 소셜 네트워크를 위한 접근 제어 방법)

  • Social Networks such as 'Facebook' and 'Myspace' are regarded as useful tools for people to share interests and maintain or expand relationships with other people. However, they pose the risk that personal information can be exposed to other people without explicit permission from the information owner. Therefore, we need a solution for this problem. Although existing social network sites allow users to specify the exposing range or users who can access their personal information, this cannot be a practical solution because the information can still be revealed to third parties through the permitted users albeit unintentionally. Usually, people allow the access of unknown person to personal data in online social networks and this implies the possibility of information leakage. We could use an access control method based on trust value, but this has the limitation that it cannot reflect the quantitative risk of information leakage. As a solution to this problem, this paper proposes an access control method based on a synthesized metric from trust and risk factors. Our various experiments show that the risk of information leakage can play an important role in the access control of online social networks.

  • IR (Information Retrieval) systems have the methods that compare relationships between query and index to identify document that may be fit to the user's query keyword. However, the methods usually ignore the importance of relations that are not expressed in the query. Therefore, in this study, we describe how to refine the queries' relation from keyword and to reveal the hidden intent. A useful relationship between query and keyword in IR wth studied and we classified the tion fromrelation. Absorbed Spectrum Comparison of Lead and Tungsten in Continuous X-ray Energy using Monte Carlo Simulation (몬테카를로 시뮬레이션을 통한 연속 엑스선 에너지에서 납(Pb)과 텅스텐(W)의 흡수 스펙트럼 비교 연구)

  • In 1895, the discovered X-ray is used for not only in this field of medicine wide but also field. The detection of radiation after, people realized the risk of the radiation exposured recommended the principle about the protection of radiation by the part of the effort for lowering the radiation exposure. In this recommendation, all unnecessary radiation exposure have to be prevented by All doses include the protection of radiation, general idea of applicable two kinds of that it has to low maintain. Presently, in the General X-ray room of the clinical, the lead (Pb) was used for the shielding, However, because it had the problem of the lead poisoning which is fatal in the human body, the alternatives was showed. and Among them, the material that it is the tungsten was presented. in this research, the absorbed spectrum according to the thickness in the continuous X-ray energy of the tungsten which is not harmful to the human body through the Monte Carlo simulation, tried to compare with the absorbed spectrum of the lead (Pb). The tungsten confirmed that simulation presumption than result lead in the whole domain that absorbed probability was higher and it is considered that tungsten shows the absorbed efficiency higher than the lead in particularly, 70 keV ~ 90 keV and the tungsten is more useful to the X-ray energy cover of the high energy diagnostic area.

  • Purpose: The purpose of a role model is to find a master or expert who conduct their business effectively and work as a model that helps staff in charge to conduct their works effectively. This process is an effort to find out the deviation of work performance capability among staffs in charge and settle the work process to be optimized to practical business, the standardization of protocol. Materials and Methods: Seoul Asan medical center nuclear department developed 6~7 role modeling items and has applied it to work. I report two operation improvement cases we had applied a role model to Seoul ASAN medical center. Result: By comparison with none application of a role model, we could improve operation efficiency. Conclusion: The main purpose of role modeling is to make the employees who do the business in their charge effectively as a role model and contribute to work performance of employees who are lack of work performance although they performed their works hard. Our team is going to develop role model items continuously and to make a use of it to practical work then improve work performance. We regard it as a useful tool to performance improvement. The performance improvement by using a role model was very useful instrument.

Evaluation of Size for Crack around Rivet Hole Using Lamb Wave and Neural Network (초음파 판파와 신경회로망 기법을 적용한 리뱃홀 부위의 균열 크기 평가)

  • The rivet joint has typical structural feature that can be initiation site for the fatigue crack due to the combination of local stress concentration around rivet hole and the moisture trapping. From a viewpoint of structural assurance, it is crucial to evaluate the size of crack around the rivet holes by appropriate nondestructive evaluation techniques. Lamb wave that is one of guided waves, offers a more efficient tool for nondestructive inspection of plates. The neural network that is considered to be the most suitable for pattern recognition has been used by researchers in NDE field to classify different types of flaws and flaw sizes. In this study, clack size evaluation around the rivet hole using the neural network based on the back-propagation algorithm has been tarried out by extracting some features from the ultrasonic Lamb wave for A12024-T3 skin panel of aircraft. Special attention was paid to reduce the coupling effect between the transducer and the specimen by extracting some features related to time md frequency component data in ultrasonic waveform. It was demonstrated clearly that features extracted from the time and frequency domain data of Lamb wave signal were very useful to determine crack size initiated from rivet hole through neural network.

Comparison of Bioactive Compounds Contents in Different Fruit Tissues of June-bearing Strawberry Cultivars (일계성 딸기 과실의 부위에 따른 바이오 활성 화합물 함량 비교)

  • We evaluated the bioactive compounds including carbohydrates (CH), organic acids (OA), ascorbic acid (AA), anthocyanin (AC), and ellagic acid (EA) in the achenes, epidermis, and flesh of fully ripe strawberry fruits of the 'Maehyang', 'Seolhyang', 'Keumhyang', 'Akiheme', and 'Red pearl' cultivars. The total contents of CH, OA, AA, and AC were significantly greater in the epidermis than in other tissues, while the EA content was significantly greater in the achenes than in other tissues. The AA content of the epidermis ranged from $49.1-69.2mg{\cdot}100g^{-1}$ FW and was significantly greater than the content of the flesh, while AA was not detected in the achenes of any of the tested strawberry cultivars. The AA contents of the epidermis and flesh of the 'Maehyang' were 69.2 and $42.2mg{\cdot}100g^{-1}$ FW, respectively, and were greater than those of the other cultivars. The AC contents in the epidermis and achenes of the 'Keumhyang' were $74.0mg{\cdot}100g^{-1}$ FW and $36.7mg{\cdot}100g^{-1}$ DW, respectively, greater than those of the other cultivars. The EA content of the achenes of the 'Seolhyang' was $215.5mg{\cdot}100g^{-1}$ DW, significantly greater than those of the other cultivars. Results indicate that the antioxidant levels and other chemical compounds of strawberry fruits vary significantly among different fruit tissues. Our results also suggest that the recently introduced Korean 'Maehyang', 'Seolhyang', and 'Keumhyang' contain higher levels of antioxidants than other major June-bearing strawberry cultivars. These cultivars are feasible selections for both growers and consumers.

Rrst, it was easy to transform idea. Serond, student-oriented working was performed. Third, interaction among students was activated. Fourth, not only final results, but also midterm results was oonsidered for evaluation. These methods also have problems as rerent instruction methods, but it rould be used as a instruction tool to compensate for existing instruction methods.

  • this study, an expert AHP questionnaire analysis of public and private groups was conducted to take into consideration the requirements for realistic disaster services. Considered are public areas that manage disasters like fires and earthquakes that can be a major threat to national safety, as well as private areas that mainly develop disaster-related technologies. In the questionnaire, the public respondents valued accurate disaster situation information (ranked 4th and 6th) for citizens (1st), managers (3rd), and related organizations (2nd); the private sector highly valued the importance of three-dimensional (3D) control (ranked 1st, 3rd, and 5th) using future technologies. This study suggests the realization of a disaster-response service that meets the needs of public safety and technological innovation based on a 3D safety state information platform. We anticipate that this study will provide useful data for applying technology and for establishing detailed scenarios during the test bed and commercialization phases. We also expect that further studies will be conducted, such as the practical application and operation of realistic disaster response services, on the financial resources for the proliferation of local governments, and on policy support measures.

  • With the Japanese attacks on Pearl Harbor in 1941, approximately 2,500 people were killed. The terrorist attack on World Trade Center in the United States resulted in the heavy loss of people's lives, 2,749 in all. The 9.11 demonstrated that terrorist attack could be more serious problem than the war in our modern life. In addition, terrorist armed with new and high technologies have become more dangerous elements to the international community. Especially, the fact that the weapons of mass destruction are used by terrorist organizations is a matter of great concern. The strength of terrorist arsenal gives terrorist a decided advantage over us. The chances of success for terrorist have been increased due to the terrorist friendly environments. Terrorism has evolved without stopping from its birth, which is imposing a great burden on the authorities concerned. The counter-terrorism strategy and tactics used in the past have been useless in the fighting against new terrorism. To cope with the fast changing terrorism, comprehensive countermeasures should be developed. The purpose of this study is to know the enemy. To achieve the goal, the current situation on international terrorism as a whole is examined. Based on the result of the research, this paper also tried to give a perspectives on the future terrorism. At the same time, it provides a guidelines of the direction in the fighting against terrorism.

Process of Social Stigma on Behavioral Addictions -The Attribution Affection Theory applied - (행위중독에 대한 사회적 낙인과정 - 귀인정서이론 적용 -)

  • This study was conducted to propose anti-stigma strategies by verifying the social stigma on behavioral addiction under the premise that social stigma is a main obstacle to the treatment of addiction. A research model was constructed by applying the attribution affection theory and the modified attribution affection theory, which are very useful for explaining emotional and behavioral responses to the persons with mental illness. In other words, when attributing the causes of behavioral addiction to the personally controllable things such as personality, will and lifestyle, social distance can be increased by the mediate of anger. However, when attributing the causes of behavioral addiction to biological factors that can not be controlled by an individual, there can exist two pathway, one is the arising of helping behaviors by the mediate of sympathy (the attribution affection theory), and the other is the aggravation in the social distance due to rising fear (the modified attribution affection theory). In order to verify the research model, 383 adult subjects mainly in South Gyeongsang Province were randomly presented with the vignettes of gambling addiction and internet game addiction, and asked about the causes of the problems and their emotional, prejudicial, and behavioral responses to them. As a result, all pathway had statistically significant predictive effect. Therefore, in the case of attributing to personal causes, social distance increased by the mediate of anger. In the case of attributing to biological causes, both pathway had significant predictive effect, but the indirect effect of the pathway predictive of the helping behavior by the mediate of sympathy was greater. Researchers suggested that anti-stigma strategies, which emphasize that behavioral addiction is a mental health problem requiring treatment, are necessary.
